Recently, I deactivated my account which had the two-step generation code activated. However, as a result of deactivating the account, I am unable to log in to any device to access the code. When an account is deactivated, you are automatically logged out from all devices. Now, when I attempt to log in, the system prompts me to enter a code that I can only retrieve by logging in, creating a loop. It seems like a flaw in the system that needs to be addressed.

I'm encountering multiple issues with my new iPhone. Firstly, logging in has been problematic despite several attempts with password reset codes. After receiving a message claiming I've made too many login attempts and need to try again later, waiting four hours has not rectified the issue. Secondly, I suspect my account might be locked; since acquiring my new iPhone in August, I've started receiving text notifications, a feature previously absent. Upon contacting FB customer support and being informed of a compromised account, I was abruptly told it would require a monetary payment to resolve. The representative disconnected the call after my skepticism. Interestingly, my FB account remains accessible on my iPad. Urgently seeking a resolution, should I consider deleting my account and starting anew? Your prompt assistance in resolving these matters would be greatly appreciated.

I am extremely upset that my phone was stolen last week and I didn't have access to a computer. Although I purchased a new phone two days ago, every password I enter is being rejected by Facebook. Additionally, whenever I try to use a code sent to my phone, I am informed that I have exceeded the limit of attempts. This situation is causing me a lot of stress as anyone could potentially have access to my personal Facebook page. While I have had no issues accessing my Gmail or other accounts on my new phone, Facebook is proving to be very challenging. I feel like there should be alternative methods to regain access to my account, but they are not being presented to me. I cannot wait another 24 hours to resolve this matter, as I have private information on my Facebook that I don't want exposed. I appreciate any prompt assistance on this matter. Thank you.

I had a Facebook account for years and deleted it a few months ago. Recently, I've started a new business and tried to create a new account for a business page. However, security measures have locked me out and are requesting identification. I've submitted an appeal letter with no response. I briefly accessed the new account but was asked to upload photos for security, which resulted in my account being disabled. Subsequent attempts to create new accounts were also unsuccessful due to perceived unusual activity. I am unable to verify my identity and proceed with creating a new account. How can I reach the appropriate department to have my new account reinstated and continue with my business endeavors?

A few days ago, I received a message stating that someone logged into my account from an unknown location in Chicago. I followed instructions to change my password, thinking all was resolved. Unfortunately, I kept receiving notifications to change my password and received codes via email repeatedly. Despite changing my password multiple times, I am now unable to access my page. Every time I enter the new code emailed to me, the system claims I don't have any available codes, although I am inputting the correct information. This situation is new to me after using Facebook without issues for so long. My email remains the same, but I am at a loss for how to resolve this issue and regain access to my account. I appreciate any assistance in this matter.

I recently switched cell phones and encountered issues logging into my account. I removed the deactivated phone number and updated it with my new one before clearing my old phone. Unfortunately, I'm unable to reset my password despite trying numerous times, leading to a message that I've attempted too many times. I also submitted my government ID as requested but have had no success in accessing my account for the past 4 days. Facebook sent me a message claiming my new number was the deactivated one, which is incorrect. I even received a code via text on my new number, but it didn't work, possibly because I used an old password. I'm frustrated by this situation and eager to have my account unlocked for access. If necessary, feel free to call my new number for verification purposes. Thank you, G.E.M. [redacted]

Hello, I am saddened by the deactivation of my Facebook account that I have maintained for ten years, resulting in the loss of precious memories. I established a football news page called "Meercato" where I shared football news and videos sourced from the internet. I was unaware that these videos were protected by copyright laws, and naively posted them. Upon receiving warnings about the illegality of sharing copyrighted content, I ceased all activities on the page immediately. I value my account with its decade's worth of content, filled with memories of family, friends, and moments that hold sentimental value. Throughout my time on Facebook since [redacted], I have never intentionally engaged in any unlawful activities or downloaded illegal content. I cherish the connections I've made globally and the joy it has brought to my life. I sincerely regret any unintentional wrongdoing, and I assure you that it will not occur again. I kindly request the reactivation of my account, as it holds irreplaceable memories. Thank you for your consideration. Account Name: A.L. Account URL: facebook.com/ayoub.lahraoui Account Creation Year: [redacted] Best regards,

Help with Girlfriend's Facebook Account My girlfriend is locked out of her Facebook account and can't regain access. She no longer has access to the email or phone number associated with the account and doesn't remember the password. Is there a way she can recover her account, maybe by answering security questions? Thank you.

I previously used to be under the name Linda Ritter. After losing my husband, I wished to go back to using Linda Sharratt, so I created another Facebook account. However, I am now unable to access either my Sharratt or Ritter accounts as I have been locked out. Despite my efforts to resolve this issue, I have not received any responses and there is no phone support available. As a 72-year-old retired policewoman, I do not pose any security threats. When attempting to create a new account, I encountered an error message apologizing for the issue and advising me to reactivate my account. Unfortunately, I am unable to do so without assistance. I would like to regain access to my Sharratt account using the email [redacted] and keeping the password as dirtfilledboots1942.

I'm assisting my mom, who is trying to access her Facebook account under the email [redacted] She no longer has access to the phone number associated with her account. We then tried verifying through her Google account, which was unsuccessful as well, prompting her to confirm her identity. She's unwilling to provide her driver's license or create another Gmail account. My name is Patricia Morton-Thomas, and my email is [redacted]

I was contacted by a person named William Wood on Facebook regarding IFC Grants. I was approved for a grant due to medical reasons, but then asked to pay $[redacted] for a delivery of $[redacted],[redacted]. Despite refusing, eventually, they claimed I didn't need to pay for delivery. However, they asked for my driver's license and access to my Facebook account for final approval. After granting access, there was suspicious activity from New York on my account. Subsequently, I lost access to my account, with my email changed from Gmail to Yahoo. Efforts to recover my account have been unsuccessful, and my contacts have been targeted for money. This experience has left me upset and considering deleting everything. My original account was under the name Robin Ripperdan with the email [redacted] and password cujocujo. Now, the email on the account has been changed to [redacted], and I am locked out.

I need to bring to your attention that there seems to be a mix-up on Facebook regarding the location of Agbor, Delta State, Nigeria. Many Facebook users have their location set as Agbor, Rivers, Nigeria, which is incorrect. Agbor is a major town in Delta State, not Rivers State. It is important to rectify this error as these are two distinct states in Nigeria. It appears there might have been an error in associating Agbor with Rivers state when selecting locations on Facebook. It would be beneficial to accurately represent the different locations to avoid confusion. Please address this issue and correct the misinformation displayed on the affected users' profiles. Thank you. Regards, P. Isibor from Houston, TX, USA.

Urgent: A mother from Skopje is seeking help to locate her missing son. It has been over a week since he disappeared, which is uncommon in this small town. The young man, who has a stable job and good relationships at home, was last in contact with a girl from Tetovo through Facebook Messenger. The family suspects he may have gone to Tetovo to visit her, but they fear that the girl's profile was fake and he might have been abducted. Despite the mother's pleas, the police have not been able to assist. She is requesting assistance to access her son's profile and messages for any leads. If you can help, please advise on the necessary steps or where she should seek help. The focus is on retrieving information about the communication with the girl from Tetovo. Hello, I go by the name Rostislav Datmir online. I encountered a problem where after sending a photo for verification, my FaceBook account got locked for over a month without any updates on the verification. Every time I try to log in, I receive a message stating "You can't use FaceBook right now" and that they are still reviewing the photo. I attempted to create a new account, only to face the same photo verification issue the following day. I am easily recognizable by my distinctive clothes, known to many after just one meeting. I urgently need access to my account restored, prioritizing this over security concerns. Individuals should face the consequences of their own recklessness. The situation may not always be pleasant, but fairness is essential. For inquiries, feel free to reach me at 1 [redacted]. Please address this promptly before my patience wears thin.

After getting a new phone number and registering it on Facebook, I faced a password issue leading me to reset it. The process unintentionally revealed that my new number was linked to someone else's account, belonging to John Hurst. I managed to reset his password, left a polite message on his wall, and then logged out promptly. However, this situation could cause a loop if he tries to reset his password via the shared phone number. How can we address this potential ongoing issue and avoid further disruptions?

Hello, I'm Geoff Morrissey. I seem to have forgotten the passwords for my account. I tried resetting it, but it keeps saying it's incorrect. I suspect I might have more than one account. I kindly request to reinstate my original account using the email [redacted] and setting my password to Thelma2006, which is something I can easily remember. This email is my original one, and the password is a combination of my mother's name and the year she passed away. I am attempting to standardize my passwords. If you are unable to assist, regrettably, I will have to delete my Facebook account, which I use daily. Thank you for considering my request. I eagerly await your response. Geoff Morrissey, from Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia, Post Code [redacted].

Hello, I lost touch with a friend on Facebook a few months ago. I am certain she has deactivated her account as I cannot find her through searches on other accounts. I reached out to a mutual friend who confirmed she is also not on his list. Could you please verify if "Ro chelle Lee" has indeed closed her account? I observed she disappeared from my friends' list around August 17th this year. Any information you can provide would be appreciated. Thank you.

Last Tuesday, December 11th, while logged into my Facebook account, a friend went live, and as I reacted to the video with likes and hearts, I got abruptly logged out. Now, I am unable to log back in because I have forgotten my password. Despite repeatedly trying the "forgot password" option and entering my email address, I have not received a password reset link. I have checked my spam and junk folders and refreshed my email, but there's been no email from Facebook. I even tried creating a new Facebook account using the same email, assuming it would be recognized, but it was not, and I now have a new account that I didn't intend to create. My old Facebook account is still visible, and I have access to the email associated with it, but I cannot regain access.
