Hello, my name is TJROXX Williams. I have decided to leave Facebook due to past issues with unwanted interactions. Unfortunately, I have faced challenges such as losing or damaging phones and losing control over pages created under my name due to forgotten passwords. I currently have around 3 to 4 pages on Facebook that I would like completely deleted. I am unsure how to proceed as I no longer have access to the passwords. Can you please advise me on the necessary steps to prove my identity and have these pages permanently removed? Your prompt assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, Facebook. This is Kaitlyn Nicole Bigtrack. Unfortunately, my Facebook account has been disabled, and I am concerned because it contains all my precious memories, especially photos of my son. I made a mistake by posting a picture in September, which led to restrictions on my account. I deeply regret this and understand the consequences. This account holds nearly a decade's worth of memories, including high school photos with friends and, most importantly, pictures of my son. It would mean a lot to me if I could have access again to retrieve my son's pictures. I acknowledge my wrongdoing and sincerely ask for the opportunity to rectify it. Facebook has been an integral part of my life, and I am hopeful for a chance to recover my important memories. Thank you for your consideration.

My mother recently got a new computer and forgot her Facebook password. I tried to change it through her phone to set up the Facebook app on her new computer. However, Facebook has sent her a message verifying her identity by contacting five people to retrieve a 4-digit code to recover her account. I was one of the contacts, but the other individuals are elderly and don't know how to navigate the process online. This has left my mom without access to Facebook, which is her main way of staying connected. Since the other contacts are far away, I'm unsure how to proceed to help her. Any advice on how to assist my mom in recovering her account would be greatly appreciated.

I am concerned about the activities of a man named William Murphy who runs several Facebook groups under different names. He has caused issues by stalking individuals and disrupting online communities. He recently targeted Chris Martin for creating a paid membership group. There are also questions regarding his fundraising practices for charity through PayPal. It's important to address these issues and ensure transparency in fundraising activities. William Murphy's behavior needs to be addressed to prevent further harm.

I promoted my video on Instagram using PAYTM. After completing the payment, I encountered an issue accessing my balance from my mobile device, being prompted to use a desktop. I utilized a desktop to pay with my debit card successfully. However, despite the payment being debited from my bank account, Facebook ads reported a processing error. The promotion remains paused, and on Instagram, an error message appears. No resolution has been provided, with no communication from Facebook or Instagram. I urge for a prompt resolution.

I believe my Facebook account has been compromised, as I did not post the recent content that led to a 30-day ban. I primarily use my account to share my YouTube videos and merchandise. I am deeply concerned that someone accessed my private account as well as the three pages I manage. As a professional Branded Model and Journalist, my reputation is important to me, and I would never post inappropriate content. Upon logging back in, I was shocked by the unauthorized activity. I follow all guidelines and have been penalized in the past when warranted, but this recent incident is not my doing. Any assistance in identifying the individual who breached my secure account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, B.W.

Over the weekend, someone accessed my personal Facebook account under the name Lee Sandt, changing my password and altering my profile picture. Due to this unauthorized activity, Facebook disabled my account citing policy violations. I attempted to reinstate it by submitting multiple forms, mistakenly attaching profile photos instead of the required photo identification. Realizing my error, I eventually submitted the correct documentation with no response. My personal account is linked to important pages I manage, notably my business page, BowlerX.com. The hacker gained access to all linked accounts, including BowlerX pages. As the sole administrator, I lost control over these accounts, impacting business operations. Unauthorized transactions totaling over $20,[redacted] were made on Facebook ads, depleting my finances and involving PayPal, Wells Fargo, and Capital One accounts. I've taken steps to secure my accounts and prevent further fraudulent activities. I urgently need assistance to regain control of my Facebook account, hoping to rectify this situation promptly as a long-time advertiser with Facebook. Your immediate help in removing the unauthorized individual from my account is greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing issues with accessing my Business Account on Facebook and the associated Store due to a name verification process. After reporting an incident of someone misusing my image and identity to ask for money on Messenger, I find it unfair that I cannot access my account. I have submitted numerous documents proving my identity, which I have used for 20 years, but have received no resolution after waiting for over a month. This situation is hindering my ability to conduct business effectively. I would greatly appreciate an email guiding me on the necessary steps to swiftly resolve this matter, allowing me to proceed with my holiday advertising. The message I receive upon attempting to log in indicates that Facebook is unresponsive, making it challenging to seek help. Any assistance provided would be invaluable. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Unity

Over the weekend, my personal Facebook page (Lee Sandt) was compromised, and my password was changed without my knowledge. Despite not changing my profile picture, my account was disabled due to Facebook policy issues. I attempted to have my page reinstated by submitting my email address, full name, and mistakenly profile photos instead of photo identification. After realizing my mistake, I resubmitted the form with a photo of my PA driver's license multiple times. Unfortunately, Facebook responded that my account would not be reinstated. This has left me locked out of my linked accounts, including BowlerX.com, Bowler X Staff Page, Team X Staff Page, and my entrepreneur page under my personal profile (Lee Sandt). The hacker, now listed as Pilar Sweet, has authorized significant Facebook ad transactions using my payment methods, leading to financial losses. I have taken steps to secure my accounts and stop further fraudulent transactions but urgently need assistance in regaining control of my Facebook account to protect my business's online presence and reputation.

On November 16th, my husband, Mark Bandy, a Realtor, signed up with We Promote to boost his business. He was asked to create a Facebook page using his email, [redacted] However, upon trying to log in, it shows the email is not linked to a Facebook account. While he received a confirmation email, he is told the account has been disabled. After discovering his old personal Facebook account and logging in, we are unable to make the markbandysellitall@gmail email the primary one. This hindrance is preventing us from connecting We Promote to Facebook. Any advice on how to proceed and resolve this issue would be appreciated.

I recently changed my password on my Facebook account. However, I am having trouble accessing the code that was supposed to be texted to me for the two-factor authentication process. It has been 5 days, and I have not received the text with the code. I regret choosing this 2-step authentication method as it's preventing me from using my account. I was redirected to a third-party claiming to be from India demanding $[redacted] to help me with my account access issue due to a supposed hack. I declined their offer. I am hoping to receive assistance from the legitimate Facebook help center, and I prefer not to be directed to another third party. Thank you.

My account was compromised, and it now displays in Arabic with a different profile, as reported by my friends. I am unable to recover it as my email is invalid, and I have no trusted contacts. How can I resolve this? If restoring access isn't possible, could you please consider temporarily deactivating or freezing my account? UPDATE: The hacker is now erasing my photos and memories, replacing them with their own videos from previous years like [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]. They are rewriting my history, and I am losing all my content. Kindly intervene and stop this behavior!

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my Facebook account. My name is Ella Price, and my email address is [redacted] Strangely, there is another user named Autumn Spiker who also has a Facebook account under the name Ella Price, but it is not linked to my email address. Whenever I attempt to reset my password or log in, I end up accessing her account instead of mine. Furthermore, the settings on my Facebook mobile app have been altered without my knowledge. I am concerned that emails intended for [redacted] may also be reaching Autumn Spiker. I believe Facebook should rectify this by unlinking our accounts, as it is perplexing how our accounts got intertwined in the first place.

I recently got a new phone and had trouble accessing my Facebook account due to forgetting my password and using an obsolete email. After following the account recovery steps, I managed to reset my password. However, when trying to confirm my new email or phone number, I encountered an issue where clicking "okay" after entering the confirmation codes did not prompt any action. This problem persisted on both my cell phone and computer, with the computer attempting to refresh and redirect to a different page without success. Consequently, I am unable to confirm my updated contact information, leading to difficulty accessing my Facebook profile. Additionally, repeated attempts resulted in being temporarily blocked from the account, further prolonging the resolution of the issue.

I purchased a Halloween-themed bath mat from Crazepet .com after seeing their advertisement on your website. The mat I received did not live up to the advertised claims. Instead of changing color like shown on their website, it only had printed footprints. Moreover, the delivery took until the beginning of November, well past Halloween. The company's refund policy also seems unfair, as they only refund the cost of the mat, not the shipping fees, allowing them to still profit from the shipping charges. These misleading ads appear on Facebook, and I believe action should be taken. I feel that as a consumer who fell for this deceptive marketing, I should not be held responsible for any costs associated with this misleading purchase. -Iain M. [redacted]

I am looking to deactivate my account due to login issues. After filling out a form with my ID, I received an email from Bella Chase containing a link to my Facebook account. However, my account was updated without my permission, changing my name from Arash Arash to include my family name. I value my privacy and did not authorize this change. I only connect with friends from high school, college, and work on Facebook, and it is important to me to have control over my account. Can you please assist in removing my family name from the account? Thank you.

Hello, I am Clint R. I am requesting to have my account reactivated. My username is clint.rodefer.[redacted], and my email is [redacted] I submitted an appeal over five days ago with no response yet. I included a copy of my driver's license and a former student ID card. I did not mention my profile URL as I believed providing my email address, matching JPG profile photo, and government ID was enough. It seems like there might be a large backlog or possibly the system is not processing it. I have not received any email reply regarding this matter. Thank you for your assistance.

My mobile phone, which I use for internet, suddenly stopped working and won't turn on. I attempted to log in on my tablet but couldn't remember my password. The email it requests is one I haven't used in about 15 years. When I select "no longer have access," it asks for trusted friends' names, which I don't recall setting up. I've had this account for years and don't wish to create a new one. I can't access my Facebook verification due to my broken phone and outdated email. The friends listed for verification are no longer available. I'm stuck in a loop of the same questions and not making progress.
