Recently, on Tuesday night, a stranger named Cole Bilodeau contacted me on Facebook, claiming the girl in my photos couldn't be me and had to be a model. This led to an argument, escalating to him requesting various photos of me, including a nude one, causing me frustration until eventually, I blocked him. Today, I received a message from someone named Thomas informing me that Cole threatened to send pictures to my dad and aunt unless I unblocked him to prove my identity. Feeling scared, I unblocked Cole, who then pressured me into sending more photos before disappearing after I reached out to a suicide prevention hotline. Subsequently, I noticed his Facebook account was completely empty with just a name and photo. Despite him being reported and banned, I fear his return.

Hi, I don't actively use Facebook, but since it's a key way people connect with businesses, I set up a page for my driving school, Karratha Driving Academy. I first tried using my wife's account, but it wasn't effective. I then set up a new account named after the business, but it got disabled. The original account linked to [redacted] was also disabled. Despite my efforts to regain access by sending photos and emails, I haven't received any response. Facebook is crucial for my business, and I'm struggling to resolve these account issues.

I created a business page on Facebook and later added a community group page which I now want to delete. I mistakenly removed myself as an admin, hoping this would delete the page, but it's still active. The only admin now is the original business page, which I still control but can't make changes to the community page. How do I either delete the community page or regain admin access to remove it correctly?

After updating my phone number, Facebook is still sending my login code to my old number. Despite getting codes from my three trusted contacts, I've been unable to receive a code on my new number after waiting 24 hours as instructed. I've used my trusted device before, but my computer is broken, and I reset my phone. It's been a week, and I'm still not receiving my login code. I've even submitted my ID to Facebook but have not received any response.

Jared V. Thank you for the clarification on the income statistics regarding Maryland and Baltimore.
I was informed that my post is being reviewed to ensure it aligns with the Community Standards.
Although my post was reinstated, I am still unable to access my Facebook account.

I set up a Facebook account to promote my new website, Georgian Bay Watercolors, where I sell fine art prints. After Facebook approved my ad campaign for launch, they unexpectedly disabled my account without clarification. I suspect this may be because I lack a personal Facebook account. Despite not being active on social media due to my work as a NICU nurse, I value privacy. I submitted an appeal on November 6, [redacted], but await a response. I believe my art prints are non-threatening, and I have never engaged in harmful behavior online. I am a genuine individual seeking clarification on why my ad campaign was initially accepted and later disabled. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention. Pamela Ann Hallock, Georgian Bay Watercolors.

I have two Facebook accounts - one from a few years ago and a newer one created by mistake or possibly by someone else. I've been unable to delete the new account despite several attempts. I wish to merge the accounts or transfer the picture and information from the new account to the old one then delete the new account. I find navigating Facebook confusing due to constant changes as I'm not on it frequently. I use an iPhone, a Windows 10 computer, and an iPad, all at different stages of updates. I'm also concerned about a potential hack since I can't recall my password and seldom log in. I appreciate any assistance. Thank you.

Hello,
I am Lcpl Keathley from the United States Marine Corps. My Facebook account under the name Randall Keathley Jr. has been hacked and subsequently disabled. This account has been a vital means of communication for me, especially while I am deployed and away from my loved ones. I have had this Facebook account since [redacted], and it contains years of memories that are important to me. I have not violated any of Facebook's community standards or laws, so I am unsure why my account was disabled. I have already informed my chain of command because my family became concerned when they saw it was deactivated. I am eager to resolve this issue and have my account reactivated. Thank you for your assistance.

I'm sorry to hear about your friend's situation with her compromised Facebook account. She has attempted various methods suggested by the Facebook Help Center but has been unsuccessful in regaining access due to the hacker's actions. Your friend is understandably worried and just wants to remove all personal content from her account if access cannot be restored. She is seeking guidance on how to report the issue to Facebook and possibly have the account deleted.

Hello,
I am the owner of The Energy Institute Inc. in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. My web designer, Simon Rolfe, created a Facebook page for my company under his account. Unfortunately, when I try to communicate through this page, it appears as if it is coming from Simon, not from The Energy Institute or myself, Rhonda Moffatt.
We attempted to create an independent Facebook account for The Energy Institute Inc. ([redacted]). However, when uploading a photo for security verification, we faced difficulties. Despite several attempts with different images, we were unsuccessful, and the account was disabled by Facebook.
Subsequently, we tried to set up a separate account as Rhonda Moffatt ([redacted]), encountering the same issues with uploading photos and being disabled from that account as well. Despite sending appeals to Facebook, we have not received any response.
Our aim is to have an independent account for The Energy Institute Inc., delete the Rhonda Moffatt account, and transfer the page from Simon's account to the independent Energy Institute account. We have sought help from local Facebook experts with no success.
Even attempts to contact Facebook directly have been fruitless as they do not address technical issues over the phone. Any advice on resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you, Rhonda.

Dear Facebook,
I am writing from India regarding an issue with my account. I accidentally uninstalled the Facebook app which caused me to log out of my account. When I try to log back in, I am not receiving the OTP message on my phone for two-factor authentication. I have my phone number, password, and ID proof but I am unable to access my account due to this technical problem. I have submitted a form to the Facebook Help team but I have not received a response yet. This is my real account that I have had for 4-5 years. Please assist me in resolving this matter promptly. You can contact me at [redacted] if further information or proofs are required.
Thank you.

I'm trying to link my Instagram account to my Buffer account. Buffer requires the Instagram account to be connected to a Facebook page. Concerned about privacy, I created a second profile under my work name. Unfortunately, this triggered a security flag. I learned that page managers are not visible and that pages can be kept private. After setting up a page on my first profile, I discovered it was already linked to another Facebook page that I can't access. I tried to resolve this, but encountered errors connecting to Instagram. Recently, my second profile was disabled, which I assumed removed the associated page. Now, when attempting to link Instagram to the page on my original profile, I'm receiving an "Unknown Error" message.

I created a page called "爆脾气女孩" using my existing Facebook account under the name Ong Boon Bee, registered with the email [redacted] I selected the "promote my page" function and added RM20 to boost my page.
Later, I set up a new Facebook account named Bao piqi with the email [redacted] After creating this account, I transferred the admin rights of my page "爆脾气女孩" to this new account, Bao piqi, and removed myself, Ong Boon Bee, as an admin.
Unexpectedly, I am now unable to access my new account, Bao piqi, and my page seems to have disappeared.
I would appreciate immediate assistance with this issue, as I have credited RM20 to the page. If the new account and page cannot be restored, I would like to request a refund for the funds I added to the page.

I submitted two inquiries through Facebook Help but have not received any response. I am unsure if they were successfully submitted as I may have missed entering a required field for a JPEG photo. I recently created a Facebook account for Bill Goldstein on my home computer, focusing mainly on setting up a sub-account for my brand, SoMuchGreatMusic.com, with minimal information. Last Friday (11/2), while using a different device to update a profile field, I was asked to submit a photo which I did, although Facebook would not have a matching photo. Since then, attempts to log in have been unsuccessful, with a message stating my account is under review since 02 November. Despite receiving multiple emails from Facebook prompting me to log in for notifications and friend suggestions, I have not received any confirmation regarding the review status. I recently attempted to create a new account but encountered the same issue. As a newcomer to Facebook, this situation is overwhelming. I would appreciate any assistance.

Hello,
I recently received this notification from Facebook:
"Did you log into Facebook from somewhere new?
Hi Tang,

If you believe this wasn't you, please log in to Facebook so we can guide you through some steps to safeguard your account.
Thank you,

I encountered a problem when asked to enter my current password, as it was not accepted. I tried twice, fearing that the third attempt might result in permanent account lockout. I am unsure whether I should try using my cell phone number or not. Please, provide guidance on resetting my password correctly so that I can continue to enjoy my social networking experience. Thank you very much!

I manage a Business Manager account for my company, Wizard Marketing Solutions. We are a new digital marketing and web design company that recently started using Facebook Business Manager. While we haven't utilized the ad manager aspect yet, we plan to do so soon. We received notice that our Business Manager is disabled from creating and using ads, and we are unsure why. We are eager to resolve this issue, as we want to start using ads and make the most of our Business Manager. If we made a mistake, we would appreciate knowing what it was so we can correct it and move forward effectively. Thank you for your assistance and time.

I tried to update my password and notification settings but had issues with both old and new passwords and the verification code. I also noticed my city was changed without my input, indicating a possible hack. I have sent two emails about this but have not received a response, leading to concerns about my personal information being compromised. Kindly address and rectify this situation promptly. Please deactivate my account until this matter is resolved. Additionally, I am receiving unwanted marketplace notifications. I eagerly anticipate your swift response.

Three weeks ago, I cleared the browsing cache on my Facebook account and have been unable to log back in since. I was informed two days ago that my IP address is blacklisted, causing me great distress. I have been advised to use the community forum to seek help, but I cannot access it without logging in, which I am unable to do. Dealing with this issue has triggered severe stress and I have experienced four angina attacks as a result. Despite multiple password change attempts suggested due to learning difficulties, I have been unsuccessful. I rely on my Facebook account to reach out to family for support due to living alone. I was advised by a Microsoft technician to consider seeking legal advice for discrimination against a disabled person, as this issue only affects Facebook and Messenger. I am eager for a prompt resolution to this pressing matter.

I am seeking assistance with regaining access to my Facebook accounts. Over the years, I have had to create new accounts due to being locked out, password changes, or issues when switching phones. Currently, my Facebook is displaying unfamiliar interactions, and the settings seem to be changed beyond my recognition, causing strain on my marriage. I created two accounts in September or October [redacted] and another in February or March [redacted], all of which I have lost access to. I am eager to retrieve my photos and reclaim my online identity. I am determined to identify the individuals responsible for these unauthorized actions and request a detailed report of the account activity, including locations of access. Please assist me promptly. I believe I was banned from the Marketplace back in July. I have been attempting to seek help from the support inbox with no success. Each time I check Marketplace, this message appears:
"We're Reviewing Your Request to Access Marketplace. You'll be notified about our decision via email and Support Inbox within 7 days."
I would appreciate it if a human could review Case #[redacted][redacted] as I sense a computer is handling my case and possibly overlooking it.
In my appeal, I listed various clothes mainly from Old Navy. I was warned to ensure the clothes were truly from the brands I specified, then my post was disapproved, leading to this situation. I was only trying to sell items and declutter my house before Christmas to earn some extra money. Although my access to the sell group was reinstated, I still feel the ban is impacting my sales as I haven't received any responses and can't search for items I want to buy. I believe this decision was made irrationally by a computer. This is not the first time; the initial issue was with a picture of puppies that Facebook Marketplace misunderstood as an attempt to sell them.
Please reconsider my case and reinstate my access to FB Marketplace.
Thank you,
Caroline C.
