After using the same phone for over 5 years, I recently upgraded to a new one. When I tried to link my Facebook account, I realized I had changed my password a while back. I clicked on "forgot my password," but the issue is I no longer have access to the emails associated with my Facebook or the phone number listed on the account. I am unable to reset my password and starting a new account isn't an option as all my daughter's photos from age 1 to 10 are stored there. After changing my password due to a hacking incident, I am locked out of my Facebook account because it now requires the code generator for login. I don't have access to the app or my account on any previous devices, and my phone number is not linked to my account for receiving text codes. I've been attempting to verify my business page for over a week now. Initially, I tried with my business phone number, but due to the auto-attendant, the call never connected. Since I've exceeded the number of attempts, I'm unable to verify with a phone number now.
I then attempted verification using documents, all of which were rejected every time. Despite submitting six requests with various documents meeting Facebook's criteria, my invoice for office rent was surprisingly denied. The invoice shows my company's name, my name, and office address.
I can't provide a utility bill because Regus manages all utilities for my office. As for tax documents, we're a new business without them, and my business address matches my home address. Despite following up with Facebook as suggested, there has been no response. I even requested a human caller to bypass the auto-attendant, but no luck.
I'm eager to verify my business page, so please assist me promptly. Thank you.

As an administrator for the University Commons Neighborhood Association, I am encountering an issue when trying to create a post and upload a photo on Facebook. After writing the post and attempting to select a photo, the entire screen turns grey, the text disappears, and the picture does not display. A white rectangular box with options like create post/live/event/offer/job appears on the screen instead. Despite waiting, the picture and text do not appear, and when I try to exit, a message asks if I want to leave without finishing. Another admin tried on a different computer and faced the same problem. This issue is crucial for our community notices, so we need it resolved. Thank you.

My Facebook account was hacked on Sunday, November 4th. When I tried to deactivate it to investigate, it kept saying the session had expired and would log me out. I had to create a new password multiple times as it wouldn't let me log back in. Eventually, it completely kicked me out, and now my account doesn't exist. I've been encountering an issue when trying to access a group. It seems I've been blocked for apparently misusing the feature by being too quick. I'm unsure why this has happened, as I don't visit groups rapidly. I have already logged out of all devices, some of which were not in the same location as me when the issue occurred. Hello,
I am currently experiencing issues with accessing both of my accounts as they have been blocked. I am unable to remember the passwords since I used to log in via the mobile application which did not prompt for a password. When the Facebook application was accidentally deleted from my phone, I tried to log back in but have been unsuccessful. I am unable to receive the necessary 6-digit verification code, and suspect there may be a problem between Facebook and my mobile operator, "Beeline Georgia."

I do not use Facebook, but someone attempted to create an account using my phone. I have contacted your company multiple times to delete this incorrect email address. I am not a fan of Facebook, especially after seeing their actions in the news. I hope your company has improved its practices as your CEO promised. My Facebook is not working again since Friday. This keeps happening every time. Can't you stop these hackers? It took five months to get back my iPhone because you blocked me for using my timeline that I never used in Safari. The hackers have all my friends and can see everything. I reported it to you, but no one has done anything. Finally, I regained access in July after losing it in March. How are you allowing hackers to infiltrate my Facebook account?
