Dear Sir/Madam, I am reaching out to discuss an issue regarding my removal as an admin of Our Own International Pvt Ltd Facebook page. I received a notification from Facebook on September 8, [redacted] at 3:50 am informing me of my removal. I have been managing my foreign employment business through this page as a government approved manpower agency in Sri Lanka for the past 25 years. The email stated that I no longer have admin access and suggested contacting other admins to re-add me or reporting a possible hack. I kindly request your assistance in reinstating my admin privileges on the page to ensure the smooth operation of my business. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

My account for MGL Gardens was blocked months ago. I have provided my information as Charles M., with Morrison Goes Legal as part of the name for MGL Gardens. Cannabis is legal in Canada, and I believe someone may have been unhappy with my page even though I was only offering consultations and room building services, not selling any products. As a small business, this situation is causing me significant distress by limiting my business visibility on your platform. I run a Facebook page named "Sheared Secrets Hair & Beauty" with over 7,[redacted] likes. I recently relocated and rebranded my business to "The Studio". I've been unable to change the name of my original page despite numerous attempts and messages to Facebook support. After setting up a new page under the new name, I considered merging them but hesitated due to the irreversible nature of the action. I would like to retain my existing page with its followers and update the name to match my new business. Any advice is appreciated.

I have encountered being locked out of my account for the third time this year, each time due to supposed "suspicious activity". Despite claims that accounts are not monitored, the continuous lockouts suggest otherwise. Accessing my account yields messages of "invalid phone number, invalid email, and invalid password", even though I continue to receive messages on the same details. Furthermore, the requirement to be tagged by another member to regain access is frustrating. Despite changing my password numerous times, it is consistently rejected. After eagerly awaiting joining Facebook for years, I am disappointed with the recurrent issues. If this matter is not promptly resolved, I will cease using Facebook altogether.

I am experiencing multiple issues that are not my fault today. Initially, Facebook blocked me after I made what I thought was a harmless call to Google. Consequently, this led me to buy a new cell phone due to the severity of the situation. I am now unable to access my photos on Facebook, as well as on my other cell phone which is no longer working. Moreover, someone has maliciously used my data to access my other Facebook accounts on the dark web, as confirmed by a Google representative. Despite reporting this to Verizon and the police, the situation persists. To reassure my family about my well-being, I have changed my name and details. I am primarily a Facebook user to stay connected with my family, not for extensive social interactions. It distresses me greatly that someone has taken control of my account, posting inappropriate content that does not represent me. I am reaching out from my new Facebook account seeking assistance to recover my personal photos and to permanently close the compromised accounts to prevent further harm. After providing my ID and submitting a photograph, I was informed that my account was open and assigned number [redacted]. Subsequently, my account was unexpectedly disabled without explanation. Later on, I received a different number, [redacted], but upon attempting to log in, my account remained disabled. It appears that the issue may be related to me logging in with my mobile phone number [redacted]5, which has limited functionality due to a lack of service in my village. For verification, my preferred contact method is via my email address [redacted] on my iPad. I am hopeful this matter can be resolved promptly so I can regain access to Facebook. I believe someone may have reported me, but I maintain I have not done anything wrong. There was a slight mix-up where I informed a seller on the marketplace about not being able to pick up a free item due to illness. Subsequently, I was blocked from messaging sellers on the platform. Although this restriction has been lifted, I am experiencing message limitations. I rely on the marketplace frequently for transactions and feel unjustly treated without a thorough inquiry into the matter. Previously, I could send unlimited messages which was beneficial for my buying and selling activities. I urge for a proper investigation into this situation as I have only acted honestly and transparently. It is important to address this issue promptly and fairly.

My email linked to my Facebook account has been compromised. I contacted my internet service provider, Penn Teledata, and changed my email password. Despite this, every time I tried to log in to Facebook and request a new password, the hacker intercepted the emails. I spent over an hour on the phone with Penn Teledata last week, and I was only able to access my email while on the call. I'm at a loss for how to resolve this issue. A post of mine got removed from Facebook Marketplace. I was asking for hunting trip hides, which are not for sale but meant to be recycled instead of wasted. I noticed the animal policy bans fur or pelts, although no money was involved. It seems unfair since fur coats and leather goods are allowed to be sold. If hides are prohibited, then all animal byproducts should be banned. I find it confusing and think it's unjust if I can't repurpose legally obtained hides for sale while others can sell similar items on the platform. Facebook should consider providing equal opportunities for all users to grow their businesses.

I am having trouble with the help center. When trying to log in on a different device on Instagram, a verification code is requested but I am not receiving it. I have tried numerous times and have not received anything from Instagram. My email address is correct, and I have previously received emails from Instagram, with the last one being in August this year. I have not linked my Facebook account to Instagram, so email is not the issue. This problem is not on my end, Instagram needs to resolve this matter. It is causing a lot of inconvenience for me. Many individuals use variations of their names on social media, and my brother's Facebook name "Abdi Musa" is closely related to his legal name "Abdul Nasser Musa Mohamoud." Please reconsider removing the memorialization. I am willing to provide his death certificate, as well as my passport and his passport to confirm our identities. A few months ago in July, an old friend named Kieran McCarthy sent me a message. Despite being in a new relationship, I responded politely stating that I couldn't meet up with him. Recently, on Saturday, November 3rd, my current boyfriend and I discovered something shocking while viewing the message together. The timestamps in the message thread only displayed times without any dates, giving the impression it was sent that day. However, this is untrue. When I tried to archive the message, it disappeared. No matter what I do, I can't retrieve it. Now, my relationship is in jeopardy because my boyfriend thinks I sent those messages that day. I tried reaching out to Kieran through Messenger but found out he forgot his password and can't access Facebook. Besides recovering his password, is there a way for me to retrieve the message content on my end? I want to sort this out before involving him, as I believe I should be the one addressing this. It's frustrating that a Facebook glitch is causing such turmoil. I'm seeking resolution because I know I did not have any conversations on that particular Saturday. The message's content also needs clarification as its wording is ambiguous. I desperately need help to resolve this situation.

I deactivated my Facebook account around 8 months ago. After trying to regain access, I found that my account was untraceable. Despite reaching out to Facebook multiple times, I haven't received any assistance. I have come to terms with the loss of my account, which held countless photos and information. Occasionally, I attempt to log in without success. Today, when using my email, there was no response. Trying my phone number prompted a request to send a verification photo, which I submitted. The account is now frozen as Facebook reviews the situation, where the name listed is Mayar, my number for over a decade and the one linked to my account for about 8 years. After investigating, I believe my account was hacked and taken over. Facebook has provided no information or aid. I now wish for the account to be deleted promptly, with the responsible party held accountable, or else I will escalate this matter.

I encountered a problem while trying to set up a profile for my organization to create a page on Facebook. After discovering that creating a profile for a business was against Facebook's guidelines, I researched and found out that you needed a personal profile to manage a page. So, I decided to make a personal profile for myself to be the page administrator. I successfully created the account and the page, but suddenly I was logged out and my account got disabled. I followed Facebook's guidelines and am confused about why this happened. Managing this page is essential for my job, and I urgently need help to resolve this issue. I have not violated any rules such as using a false name, impersonating someone, sharing inappropriate content, or harassing others. I hope to receive assistance as I am currently unable to perform my job responsibilities.

I tried to connect with someone on Messenger, and they responded rudely by sending me a screenshot of a message from a year ago that I didn't send. I suspect a friend I shared my Facebook with may have sent it without my knowledge. The person threatened to report me for it, even though I was only trying to make friends. I'm having trouble making friends, and this encounter left me feeling unfairly targeted. My friend who may have sent the message is no longer with me as they returned to India a few months ago. I hope this misunderstanding doesn't lead to any unnecessary actions from Facebook as I am innocent in this situation.

After changing phones, I got logged out of my Facebook app. When I try to log in with my email and password, I'm prompted for an authorization code. However, I'm not receiving the code because I unintentionally created a duplicate account with the same details. I reported the duplicate account as fake and had to create a new account to report it, using the same number. I then deleted this new account. I urgently need to access my original account as it's tied to my small business, but I'm unable to receive the authorization code.

I encountered difficulty accessing my Facebook account this morning due to password issues. After being prompted to reset my password multiple times, I am now uncertain which one to use.
