I am having trouble accessing my account because the Comcast email it is linked to was deleted. I had it logged in on my old phone, which is no longer working. The phone number associated is a landline that cannot receive text messages, and the other number is an old cell phone I no longer have. Despite these challenges, I remember my old password and can provide proof of ownership. Additionally, I am locked out of my Instagram account as it was linked to my Facebook, which is also inaccessible. I have submitted my photo ID as requested but have not received any response. It has been three months without access, and I urgently need to update the email associated with the account. I appreciate any assistance you can provide.

My account, Mallory O. ([redacted]), was banned in early August for a comment regarding an article. I expressed frustration, leading to a 7-day ban. Recently, on November 6, I discovered the same comments from months ago were reported again, resulting in a 30-day ban. I attempted to remove them but couldn't find the comments. I believe this extended ban is unjust since I didn't engage in any new objectionable behavior. I request my ban be lifted, the comments removed, and the ability to use Facebook restored, as adding a new ban without valid reason feels excessive and unfair.

Hello, I recently had my account disabled using the email ([redacted]). The reason given was that I posted songs without the proper rights. My account was previously blocked for the same reason 10 days ago. Facebook informed me via email that they would block my account for 3 days, which they did. After the 3 days, my account returned to normal until it was disabled today. Following the initial block, I refrained from posting anything myself. I only shared links from YouTube to a page where I was the admin. I am requesting the reactivation of my account, which I have had for 12 years since [redacted]. The account holds many memories, and I no longer wish to maintain the music page. I assure you that I will not post anything further without the appropriate rights. Kindly consider reinstating my account. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards.

Hello Facebook Support, I'm not sure what's happening, as I've been unable to reactivate my account using the link provided by FB due to it claiming I've entered too many codes (which I haven't). I've tried to request new codes, but I haven't received any emails for the new codes despite multiple attempts over the past 2 days. Why is this happening? My registered emails are: 1) [redacted] 2) [redacted] 3) [redacted] (this email has been permanently hacked for a long time and I can't access it). I'm unsure why my mobile +[redacted]2 is no longer registered on my FB account. Please assist me as I'm concerned that someone may misuse my account. Thank you, Lee Mum Hong

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account on my mobile app. I forgot my password and the recovery options are not working because I no longer have access to my email or a phone to receive a verification code. I uploaded a photo ID on the site provided but have not received a response from customer support. I have been using this account for 10 years and would like to regain access to it rather than creating a new one. My name is Kaitlin B. My email for login is [redacted], and the email for password reset is [redacted] I appreciate your assistance to resolve this frustrating issue. Thank you for your help.

I initially accessed Facebook using the login [redacted] without any issues. Suddenly, I encountered an error message stating, "there is no FB account with this email" when attempting to log in. To regain access, I followed the account recovery steps and verified my identity with the help of three trusted friends who provided codes. After entering these codes, I received an email containing a long code with numbers and letters. Upon entering this code in the designated field, I was informed it should only contain six numbers and no letters. I question the authenticity of the email received from FB. Despite efforts to log in using both my phone number and email address, I am unable to access my account as all my information is deemed invalid. Initially, my account was linked to [redacted], but I transitioned it to [redacted] prior to encountering issues. Regrettably, I have been locked out of my account since October 19th.

My account was disabled incorrectly. I am a genuine user who does not engage in negative behavior. I do not have any other accounts and use my profile for positive communication with family and friends. Facebook is essential to me for staying in touch with loved ones. Please reinstate my account as I rely on it daily. Thank you.

About a week ago, I attempted to log in to Facebook and encountered a mobile security check. Although I received a code on my phone, inputting it did not lead to success after several attempts. A notification warned me about potential misuse, so I postponed my efforts until the next day. The following day, the code no longer arrived on my phone, causing me to wait a few more days before trying again. This time, after successfully entering the code, I was unexpectedly asked to provide a photo of myself for verification purposes. Despite finding this step unusual, I complied. After submitting the photo, I was once again redirected to the mobile security check. Presently, I am unable to log in as my phone number is no longer displayed as an option for receiving codes. I seek assistance in restoring access to my Facebook account.

Hello, I previously reported a serious issue with my Facebook account. I have lost access to my phone, including the phone number associated with it. It is urgent that I regain access to my account as I have important work documents and personal photos stored there. I kindly request that you disable the two-factor authentication to assist me in recovering my account. I have been dealing with this problem for nearly a month now and I am unsure of what steps to take. The content on my Facebook account holds significant personal value to me. I have also attached my official document for verification purposes. Please disable the two-factor authentication as I am currently without access to my phone or phone number. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I mistakenly set my login security settings to only allow access from my phone, which has been broken for months. I can't access my account even though I know my password and the old email it was linked to, which I no longer have access to. I have a new email but can't access my old one due to forgotten password. My phone number associated with the account is outdated too. I've tried contacting Facebook with no luck. This account is vital as it contains precious photos of my children. I'm distraught and in tears over this. Please assist me in recovering it. New Email: [redacted]

Dear Facebook Support, I am still unable to access my profile. On the desktop, after entering my password, I encounter an error message. Using the mobile app, after entering my password, the system requests that I confirm my identity. I have successfully identified my friends in their photos multiple times. I have also changed my password several times. However, the system always stops after that and does not proceed further. Clicking on "Continue" or the blue "Skip" icon at the bottom of the list shows a spinning icon but does not move forward. My registered email address for the account is [redacted] Please assist. Looking forward to your response. Best regards, Mátó József

I am encountering several issues with my Facebook account. The email address associated with my account is deactivated, preventing me from contacting Facebook for support. Despite my attempts to update it, I received a message stating it was blocked by an Administrator. I was suspended due to a Community Standards violation, but without a functional email, I couldn't appeal the decision. Even after the suspension, I won't be able to reach Facebook for assistance since there is no live customer support available. My correct email is [redacted], but Facebook shows [redacted] I have a phone number on file for account verification purposes. I tried contacting Facebook Customer Service, but the person claimed to be a Facebook Account Manager and asked me to purchase a Google Play Card to fix the email issue. This raised red flags, and I discontinued the call. How can I address these account issues without reliable customer support from Facebook?

Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience with a mobile game called RuneScape, which has been available on PC since [redacted]. I saw a sponsored advertisement on Facebook offering double experience rewards for a week by logging into your account. I later realized that the website I logged into was fake when it prompted me for a bank account pin that I didn't have. Within minutes, my online account was drained of around $90 worth of items and money. I believe this was a scam to take advantage of players like me. I urge the company to investigate this issue and remove similar fraudulent ads from their sponsored list. The game involves valuable in-game items and currency, making it a target for such fraudulent activities.

In May [redacted], when trying to log into my Facebook account, I received an email advising me to reset my password due to a possible unauthorized access attempt. Following the suggestion, I requested a password reset, but unfortunately, I did not receive the reset notification via my email ([redacted]) or my mobile number ([redacted]3). Every attempt to regain access to my old Facebook account has been unsuccessful since then. I accidentally created a new Facebook account in the process, which I don't want. I am seeking assistance to recover my original Facebook account. To verify my old account, you can check the groups I joined, such as FIN, Rant Headquarters, and Heart of Giving. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I hope this message finds you well. I recently received a notification about a suspicious login on my account. This issue has occurred in the past because my fiancée also accesses my Facebook account on her mobile device. We jointly manage a Facebook page called "Timber Creations," where she handles customer inquiries because I struggle with client interactions. Our business has significantly benefited from Facebook, which is crucial for securing income to support our family, especially our twin boys. I kindly request your prompt assistance in resolving this matter, as it directly affects our livelihood. Additionally, any guidance on preventive measures would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your understanding and support. Best regards, A. Chiltob

Some time ago, I reset my phone to fix a battery draining issue. While that problem was solved, I'm encountering difficulties logging into my Facebook account. Despite having all the login information, I never receive the verification code via text message. I've tried various methods like password resets, sending a copy of my ID, and even a photo of myself with a generated code - all to no avail. I really hope to regain access to my account soon. Thank you for any help resolving this.

After flying from the UK to Indonesia, I encountered an issue with my disabled Facebook account upon arrival. Despite providing my driver's license and passport photos for verification, Facebook requested more information and has been unresponsive since. As a professional who relies on Facebook for work-related communication, this has been a frustrating experience. I hope to receive assistance regarding this matter. My account was hacked and then disabled, but I still have control of Messenger, which shows I am the owner. I am eager to recover my account and prevent this from happening again. Despite reaching out to Facebook multiple times, I have yet to receive any responses. I need assistance with this issue. The email associated with the account is [redacted], which I've had since September [redacted] after a similar incident with my previous account. The email [redacted] was somehow duplicated on my phone. Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I apologize for any offensive language in my previous post. I have noticed other derogatory comments about various individuals online but faced consequences for expressing my opinion about a different matter. I recently encountered unauthorized charges totaling $[redacted] on Facebook Pay and was surprised to be blocked without receiving prior notice or verification attempts as stated in your policies. The transaction details show (FB *Patrice Newell PAY.FB.COM CA). I am concerned about the double standard in enforcing rules, as some users make severe statements without repercussions. I urge your team to address the financial fraud issue promptly and conduct an investigation instead of focusing solely on my statement. I await a resolution regarding the unauthorized transactions and the block on my account.

I need help reactivating my Facebook account. My email is [redacted] and my Facebook name is Anthony Appleyard. Unfortunately, my account was disabled after only 3 days of usage because I struggled with a security check that required me to send an identification image. Despite appealing multiple times within Facebook, I have not received a response to unblock my account. I am located in the UK and unable to call the USA toll-free numbers provided. Attempts to contact Facebook UK have been unsuccessful as the phone number is only accessible if you have an internal staff phone number. I created a new account with another email address, [redacted], but it was also disabled by Facebook for having multiple accounts. Writing physical letters to Facebook in the UK and USA did not help. I even tried emailing [redacted] with no response. Kindly assist me in reactivating my Facebook account.
