I am having trouble accessing my account and suspect it may have been compromised. In my business account, I had several ads running smoothly until suddenly I couldn't view them or my data, which occurred twice within a few days. The first time, my ads and data reappeared after a day, but the second time, my account was disabled, and I was prompted to upload a new photo by Facebook. Now, when I log in, I see a message stating "You Can't Use Facebook Right Now" while they review the photo I submitted. This situation worries me, fearing it could be a scam or a hack. It's critical for me as I rely on Facebook and Messenger to communicate with friends dealing with major depression. Despite trying to verify my identity by uploading my driver's license as prompted in the Security Checks Preventing Login section, I remain locked out of my account for over a week. Urgently seeking assistance from Facebook to regain access to my account as soon as possible. Thank you.

I would like some clarification on how message requests function in Messenger. I have been experiencing harassment from an individual who creates new Facebook accounts to send me messages that I'm hesitant to either accept or decline, fearing his reaction. If I open a message, will he be notified that it has been read (e.g., "seen at 12:00pm")? Can he tell if I am reading and choosing to ignore his message requests? I want to understand what action constitutes "accepting" a message because the requests I've viewed no longer provide the option to accept or decline, causing me to worry that opening the requests might indicate acceptance and signal to him that I am deliberately ignoring his messages. Thank you.

Subject: Assistance Needed for NROW Facebook Page Dear Sir/Madam, I am reaching out regarding New River Ordnance Works (NROW), a company in which I have partial ownership. NROW offers energetic materiel storage services at the Radford Army Ammunition Plant (RFAAP). It has come to my attention that a Facebook user named Rick Brown created a profile for NROW back in [redacted]. As ‘NROW’ was used to refer to RFAAP in the past, I have realized that this page is a duplicate for RFAAP. The page lists outdated information and confuses potential customers, as the contact number leads to BAE Systems instead. I have tried unsuccessfully to have the page removed by submitting business documentation like the Articles of Incorporation or VA SCC Certificate of Incorporation. I am concerned that this confusion could impact NROW’s business. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, A.

Hello, I am experiencing a situation where my account has two associated email addresses. The one I originally signed up with is being used by someone attempting to recover my password. Consequently, my account has been accessed, and I continually receive password recovery emails. I am unable to access my account and require assistance in removing the original email and regaining control of my account. I would appreciate direct contact to address this matter promptly. If not resolved, I may consider deleting my account on Facebook due to the complexity of the recovery process. You can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted] Thank you.

My Facebook account has been hacked, and I suspect someone is spoofing my identity as Jenny Jones to send text messages. I have changed my password, but on November fourth, I received numerous notifications of password changes, indicating that my account might be monitored. I created a new account as Jenny H Jones for safety. However, I noticed a person named Jimmy South appeared on my account without my approval. This was concerning as I did not add them as a friend. I am considering closing my account due to these issues, especially since it seems like the hackers are reaching out to my contacts.

Greetings, We recently converted our Facebook profile to a PAGE, following your suggestion. However, our account has been locked again, and Facebook requests name verification once more. I've attempted to update it, but I encounter difficulty uploading the ID documents. Facebook stops responding, preventing me from sending the files. I've tried multiple times over the past two days using different browsers. Urgent technical assistance is needed as we have been unable to use our account for communication for several days now. Your prompt support is greatly appreciated. The updated name should read: First Name (Nome Próprio): ComArt Surname (Apelido): CUL Thank you for your assistance. Hello Facebook, I recently had my password reset on Facebook through my old Galaxy S8, which is linked to a phone number I no longer have access to due to canceling the contract. As a result, I am unable to update my number and access my account. Could you please provide guidance on how to update my phone number so I can regain access to my account? Thank you, Perpetual

Hello, I recently created a business account on Instagram and Facebook. However, Facebook unexpectedly locked me out multiple times. Despite providing the required identification documents for verification, my account keeps getting locked and was eventually disabled. I attempted to appeal this decision multiple times with no success. This has become a frustrating issue as without access to my Facebook business account, I am unable to promote posts on my Instagram linked to that account. Additionally, trying to connect my personal Facebook account to my business Instagram for promotions is also unsuccessful due to lacking "permissions." This situation has effectively made my Instagram account useless. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be highly appreciated. Thank you, J. Allen

Hello, I need assistance. My partner has a Facebook page called LoveLeeSoulHealer. He has received over [redacted] positive reviews, but a negative one was posted recently that contains slanderous and crude content, depicting a situation that never occurred. I, as the page admin, have reported this review, but it remains visible. I received a generic response stating that it does not violate Facebook's policies. It is upsetting as the content is offensive and inappropriate for the page. We are facing heavy trolling, and given my struggles with severe depression and anxiety, the situation is distressing. I feel unsafe with such attacks going unpunished by Facebook. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you, Sharon.

I received an email from Facebook through a foreign company mentioning a $50 charge on my credit card for the game "Clash of Clans." At 63 years old, I do not play Facebook games and have no interest in this. I have contacted Facebook to resolve this issue, but if I do not receive confirmation within three days, I will take further action. Cyber crimes are on the rise, and security should be a priority. It is crucial to address this promptly since past incidents like the "Cambridge Hackers" required intervention. Kindly respond within the specified timeframe, or law enforcement may get involved in the next contact regarding this matter. Sincerely, C. Walston

My Facebook profile, which I believe was hacked into last Friday, is causing me distress. I've tried multiple times to reset my password, but I don't have access to the original email linked to the account ([redacted]). When attempting to reset the password, my phone number ([redacted]) isn't showing up as an option to receive a reset code, only the old email is. I suspect foul play because I haven't changed my password in years, and suddenly got logged out two weeks ago with an incorrect password message. I was sent a reset code ([redacted]) from the number [redacted], but it didn't work. I even tried using trusted contacts, but I don't think I ever set those up. I'm willing to provide any necessary personal information to prove my identity to regain access to my account as I rely on it for communication, especially since I'm moving soon. I truly hope there is a solution to this matter.

There is a girl online who claims to be 22 but appears to be 15, using the names Nitin Suryavan and Brianna Lawson. She has been engaging in inappropriate behavior with my boyfriend and others, offering phone and video sex for money. This has upset my boyfriend and he has informed me about it. I believe she may be trying to solicit payment for sexual services. I am currently out of town and unable to address this directly, so I wanted to bring it to your attention. I will provide my email for further contact.

Hello, I successfully created a new account today, but after about an hour of use, I was asked to do a photo verification due to suspicious activity while sending friend requests. I submitted a photo but I'm worried my account might get disabled, as it happened with my previous accounts. I've had issues with verification before and never received a response after submitting my ID. Today, I deleted my old account ([redacted]) to start fresh. The account I made a few days ago ([redacted]) is now disabled after photo verification. I would like to have access to this account using a different email ([redacted]) and would only like to keep one account active. Thank you.

My Facebook account was hacked previously, and after contacting my friends for help, Facebook advised me to create a new account. I verified this new account through friends, but then was unable to log in for 24 hours due to a verification issue. When prompted to verify via text, I realized my phone number had changed, leading to difficulties in regaining access. Despite multiple attempts to contact Facebook through various channels, including certified letters, I received no response. After discovering my old number had been reassigned, I reached out to the current owner but they did not receive the verification text. I now urgently need assistance from Facebook to update my verification phone number and regain access to my account.

My son's ex-partner took screenshots of his private messages from when they were together, where he expressed his love for her. Months later, she posted these messages on Facebook, claiming he was harassing her. Recently, on CCTV, we saw her and three friends damaging his car outside our house. They discussed plans to harm my son at his pool games. She seems to thrive on creating drama and seeking attention. I fear for my son's safety, especially because he has Asperger's. I have screenshots of the threats. What should we do in this situation? Thank you.

Hello, I am seeking assistance as my listings for baby bottles and related products on the marketplace keep getting rejected after review. Despite following the guidelines and policies, my posts are not approved. I have reviewed the prohibited items list, and I cannot identify any violations in my listings, such as inappropriate content or misleading information. I am confused about why my listings are not allowed when similar ones are approved and readily available in searches. I want to address any issues to ensure compliance but need clarity on why my posts are consistently rejected.

My ex has embarked on a smear campaign, creating problems both in my personal life and at work. He has pictures of me on display and has even had others taking more photos without my consent. I recently discovered that he is a convicted stalker who has now resorted to cyberstalking. I had to deactivate my Facebook account because he gained access to it. This has been ongoing for two years, and instead of dissipating, it has only worsened. He has contacted my colleagues and made my workplace environment unbearable. He is a convicted felon, which I unfortunately found out too late, and he irresponsibly posts images of his weapons online. The marriage ended abruptly once I uncovered these issues he had lied about. I had hoped that by ignoring him, it would stop, but he continues to harass me online, making my reality increasingly difficult. His only vow that he has kept is the promise to make my life miserable if I divorced him.

I made a Facebook account for a mobile game to save my game data. The day after creating it, it prompted me to sign in and verify my identity with a photo, but the verification didn't go through. The following day, when I tried to sign in again, it said my account was disabled. I don't understand why it was disabled, as I only used it once and couldn't even access it while they were verifying. Facebook's terms state they disable accounts with suspicious activity, but I haven't engaged in any such activity. Despite submitting multiple appeals without any response, my account remains disabled. I urgently need assistance because I can't access my favorite mobile game without logging into Facebook. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as Facebook hasn't been of any assistance.

My main laptop containing all my bookmarks and account passwords recently stopped working, so I'm trying to recreate everything on a spare device. However, I seem to have exceeded the login attempts for my Facebook account ([redacted] - Paul Taylor). Even though I successfully changed the password, I can't access the account because it's frozen. I see a verification screen asking to ID friends, but those options aren't available. I waited over 24 hours before trying again, but it's still frozen. Could someone advise on the steps to unfreeze my account? Thank you, Paul Taylor
