I have my personal Facebook account, Tony Terranova, and another one for the mixed martial arts school that my business partner and I own called Fighting Fit Martial Arts. I recently changed all my passwords on the websites I log into, including my personal Facebook account. However, I am unsure if I need separate passwords to log in to my two Facebook accounts or just one password. I attempted to change the password for my Fighting Fit account after changing my personal one but couldn't figure it out. Also, I would like to verify the email address associated with my accounts. I wanted to ask if you provide assistance to Facebook users displaying early signs of depression. I have noticed a trend of some individuals posting about their early struggles with depression. While I understand that Facebook is a social platform, it would be beneficial if there was a team dedicated to addressing this issue. Implementing tags for users exhibiting signs of depression could potentially prevent harmful situations. I have personally shared a lot of distressing content this past year without much response, even from my family. It would be greatly appreciated if there was a support system in place for those who feel isolated. This team could also offer recommendations for nearby doctors if needed. I've lost access to my login password for my Hotmail account and contact number. Back when I first tried fixing the problem, there was an option to take a picture of yourself holding an ID, but I never heard anything back. I provided Facebook with all my personal information. The account's email address was [redacted] I would like all my photos returned, or I will take this further. I made a record of the pictures I sent for ID. If it helps, I can use a digital ID.

I want to report an issue with someone who wanted to be my friend on FB. Once I accepted, the person immediately started chatting on messenger about inappropriate topics. After a few days, the conversations became even more unacceptable. One day, they initiated a video call resulting in both of us being exposed. Unbeknownst to me, they recorded the incident. Shortly after, they demanded Rp 20 million as assurance, threatening to share the video with my family and friends if I didn't pay. I was surprised and delayed sending money, stating it was the weekend. They waited until Monday morning at 9 am. If I didn't transfer the money, they would share the video. Dear Facebook, please help me. I apologize for this incident and it won't happen again. Should I block this person as a friend and also on messenger? The person's name on FB is Nalle Ashey Elicon.

Two days ago (26th, October, [redacted]), my Facebook account was disabled due to my profile picture. I unknowingly uploaded a photo that violated Facebook's terms as it was related to terrorism. My friend jokingly sent me the picture, and I was unaware of the implications. I'm concerned about this misunderstanding as I have no intentions of supporting terrorism. Last October 6 or 7, [redacted], I attempted to access my FB account on my phone, but discovered that a friend of my niece had changed the account to her own. Upon trying to log in, I received a "password incorrect" error message and found myself locked out. Despite trying to recover the account, I was unsuccessful because the associated email address was no longer accessible. Strangely, I had set up two-step authentication a few months before the account lock. I added a new phone number for security, but those options weren't available to me during the recovery process. Previously, a code would be sent to me after setting up two-step authentication on a computer, but this process seems to have changed. I'm hoping for a solution to regain access to my account.

I created a private event on Facebook for my birthday party, but I am facing an issue where I can't invite any of my friends. Although it shows that the invites have been sent, the event still displays '0 people invited.' I followed up with some friends, and they confirmed not receiving any invites. I tried adding a friend to a different event to see if the problem persists, and unfortunately, the same issue occurred. It seems like I am unable to add anyone to any event for some reason. It's urgent for me to resolve this matter as my birthday party is approaching in less than a week, and I rely on Facebook events to gather RSVPs from my friends.

My mom’s Facebook account, Haven Grace Co., was hacked. To our surprise, we couldn't access it yesterday at 9 p.m. here in the UK. Shortly after, my mom's friends started calling, concerned about unusual messages from her account. The hacker posed as my mom, attempting to borrow money. One friend even shared a phone number they used in the Philippines. Later, my mom's other account, Eilohy Soled Sotnas, was also compromised. This morning, she called the provided number, and a man instructed her to send money via iRemit. After the call, the hacker messaged her new account from the old hacked one, using offensive language, confirming they were aware of the investigative efforts. We have screenshots of the conversations with the hacker, their phone number, and the chat exchanges.

I recently got a new phone and encountered an issue where neither the new phone nor my computer were recognized as authorized devices, making it impossible to access my account as I lost my code generator codes. Despite trying various solutions recommended by Facebook, including submitting my government ID picture multiple times and using codes from trusted contacts, I have not been able to regain access. Even after updating my email and resetting my password multiple times, the login process prompts me for a code sent via SMS that I never receive. Despite having the same phone number linked to my account and attempting to contact the Facebook security team via email, I have not received any assistance.

I need to have this fixed. I have an old account registered under my name, Dwayne Best, with the email [redacted] and linked to the old phone number [redacted]. This account belongs to Dwayne Best, a self-employed individual from Rathdrum, Idaho. Additionally, I have a new account under the same name, Dwayne Best, which I am currently unable to access. The phone number and email associated with this new account are [redacted] and [redacted], respectively. I believe I didn't use my email but rather my new phone number to log in. Despite knowing my password for the new account, I am unable to access it. I am experiencing difficulties receiving SMS messages for verification despite trying various options provided. I recently reported a post on Facebook where an individual, against whom we have criminal charges, accused me of misusing my role as a Kentucky State Police employee to have him arrested. After Facebook removed the post initially, it has been restored and he has posted similar content concerning sexual harassment. The Kentucky State Police is investigating and will press charges. Can anything be done to ensure the posts are permanently removed from his account without the possibility of being reinstated?

Hello, I recently changed my Instagram account to a business account but now I want to switch back to a personal account. The problem is that my Facebook account got disabled, preventing me from changing the type of my Instagram account. I thought of creating a new Facebook account, but that got disabled too for reasons unknown to me. I don't even use Facebook much; I only made the account for promoting on Instagram, which I now regret. I also keep receiving a message asking me to stop promotions before switching, even though I don't have any promotions ongoing. I have submitted a form to Facebook multiple times with screenshots and a copy of my ID, but I haven't received any response. This situation is really frustrating and upsetting for me.

We are a [redacted](c)(3) nonprofit rescue dedicated to helping dogs. Recently, I organized a birthday fundraiser on Facebook for our rescue which raised $[redacted]. However, Facebook only transferred $[redacted] of the total amount raised to us. I contributed $[redacted] of my own money to the fundraiser, and I believe it would have been more beneficial to directly deposit the funds into the rescue’s bank account, rather than have Facebook retain a significant portion of the donations. I am requesting that Facebook send us the remaining $40 from our fundraiser. According to information I found, Facebook is supposed to waive fees for nonprofit fundraisers. Mark Zuckerberg announced in [redacted] that Facebook would eliminate fees for nonprofits, but apparently, they are still charging us. I hope that Facebook can rectify this situation and release the full amount raised to support our cause.

I was recently restricted from using Facebook for expressing my conservative views over a year ago. I feel this is unfair treatment as it goes against my right to freedom of speech as an American citizen. It is disappointing to see how Facebook seems to favor liberals over conservatives. I have been a user for many years and believe in upholding the constitution and standing by my beliefs. Despite the platform's ability to disable my account, I believe it reflects poorly on them to suppress differing opinions. I support our country, God, and the positive changes I believe Donald Trump has brought. It's disheartening to feel targeted for my views while others seem to get away with more.
