My name is J.C.S. Comia from the Philippines. My Facebook account, Jhayson Comia, was hacked by someone I know. Despite my efforts, the hacker keeps gaining access to my account. On October 23rd, they even stole my SIM card and changed the associated email address. I managed to regain access, but the hacker keeps taking over. I tried various methods to regain control, but nothing worked. The hacker even added trusted contacts today. I believe Facebook's security measures could be improved, as the hacker still gains access despite my efforts. I suggest removing all email addresses, phone numbers, and active sessions associated with my account after I prove my identity. This would prevent the hacker from tracking my information. Hello, I'm reaching out because after experiencing the [redacted] terrorist attacks in Brussels, I struggled with PTSD and exhibited erratic behavior for a period. Hello, I am a writer with my own Facebook page and another page for my book series, "Paul Slatter's - The Vancouver Series." Recently, I accidentally opened a third page for my book and forgot to delete the old one. The previous page was managed by my family in Canada, the UK, and Thailand. My wife used her credit card to boost a post with $10. Unfortunately, that account was closed by Facebook for unknown reasons, resulting in the loss of two weeks' worth of work establishing my brand. Following this, my wife's attempts to boost posts on the remaining account were unsuccessful. Could you please consider reopening the closed account or transferring the lost connections to the remaining book page? On the 2nd of September ****, I attempted to log in at *:**pm and received a request from Facebook to verify my identity by uploading a clear picture showing only my face. I promptly complied with the upload requirement. However, since then, I have not received any communication from Facebook regarding the status of my account. Every time I try to log in, I am informed that the picture I submitted on the 2nd of October is still under review, and I am unable to access my account for security reasons. I kindly ask Facebook to expedite the process and allow me to regain access to my account based on the picture I provided.

I need assistance with an advertising overcharge issue related to a campaign I ran on Facebook back in September. I did not authorize any recurring payments after the campaign ended. Despite trying various methods to remove my credit card information from Facebook, I was still charged $24.90 on Oct 25 without my consent. I have since canceled that credit card and initiated an investigation with Capital One regarding this unauthorized charge. I am looking to unlink my posts from my Organization's page from showing up on my Personal page. Currently, both pages are connected and I want to separate them. I plan to delete one of the Facebook pages to achieve this and create a new Organization/Business page as a fresh account with a different Username and Password. I have already set up the new page and now wish to transfer the timeline content from the original page to the new one. Once this is done, I intend to delete or deactivate the original page while keeping my Personal account/page. Is there a way to move the timeline content over to the new page?

In my Facebook account settings, I attempted to remove two phone numbers by following the prompts, entering my password, and receiving a confirmation number via text. However, despite trying multiple times, I encountered difficulty in adding my new number and faced a security question due to a different device and location being detected. I was unable to proceed as the security code was being sent to a redundant number I attempted to remove earlier. I am stuck in this verification process and advocate for alternative verification methods such as choosing security questions that are easier to recall. I need to delete my Facebook account and information. Someone I don't know has taken over my account and is posting other people's photos. I created my Facebook account using my Gmail, but I haven't logged in for a long time. Today, when I tried to log in, I couldn't access it. After resetting my password using my Gmail, I changed it, but realized the account has been compromised. I want customer service to assist me in deleting all information from this Facebook account. Urgent Concern: I need assistance, as I recently discovered that an individual I connected with on Facebook under the name Michael Porter has been using false information. After realizing this, I terminated communication due to discrepancies in his identity. Subsequently, he threatened to share compromising photos I had shared with him. I reported the situation to the authorities who advised me to report the user to Facebook. It has been a month, and I have not received any updates from Facebook on this issue. While I was ordering my daughter's school pictures online, his name inexplicably appeared in my personal information section, causing me to fear that he may have accessed my account. I am dealing with a situation where my ex-girlfriend, Toni HARTMAN, is continuously harassing me on Facebook. Despite blocking several of her accounts, she keeps creating new ones to bypass the block. I will be going to the prosecutor's office to press charges against her for stalking. However, it is frustrating that she can easily reactivate accounts to circumvent being blocked. I wish there was a way to completely prevent her from accessing my profile. It seems like there should be a rule against having multiple Facebook accounts, but I know of others who also have more than one. I had to deactivate my account to prevent her from causing trouble. I cherish using Facebook and want to return to it, but this issue needs to be resolved first. If there is a solution to stop individuals from making multiple accounts, I would greatly appreciate it.

I have reported an individual for harassment. This person is a 35-year-old man who has been involved in drug dealing and criminal activities. He has been manipulating my 18-year-old daughter and got her addicted to heroin/fentanyl for a year. We have managed to get her into rehab and away from him. He is now posting pictures of them together, professing his love and claiming they will reunite soon. It's distressing to see him sharing personal information about her. My family, friends, and I are deeply upset by his actions. We are working hard to save our daughter's life and break free from his influence. We are desperate to find a way to prevent him from using her images and details on social media. I have reported the situation as harassment, but his posts do not seem to violate any rules unless you know the full story. Any advice on how to stop him would be appreciated. Thank you, B.K.

I am Jabran Sadiq and I use my Facebook ID, [redacted] I had listed my old mobile number, [redacted][redacted], on my account, but I haven't used it for the past two years. The cellular company has now closed that number, and I can't use it again. When I try to log in, I am prompted to enter a verification code sent to that old number, which I can no longer access. I encountered issues while updating my birthday on Facebook and sought assistance through a support number I found on the platform, [redacted]. They highlighted someone attempting to access my account from Lynn, MA, surprisingly on the same day as my inquiry about my birthday. When asked about their affiliation with Facebook, they claimed to provide support for the platform. Dear Facebook Support, I encountered a security issue with my Facebook account on October 19, [redacted].
