I was hacked on Facebook years ago by someone in Taiwan. They changed my password and deactivated or deleted my account permanently. I lost around half of my [redacted] friends, and I fear they may have spammed viruses to the rest. I used a fake name, SimeonBytheway Xoris oria, which I had for years, and want to recover my account for business reasons and to retrieve important personal photos. My old account had inaccurate information, like the wrong birthdate. I can provide my real ID, but it may not match the fake name I used. I'm frustrated with Facebook's lack of support and want access to my old account to reconnect with friends and recover lost photos. My current Facebook account is [redacted], but I miss my old one.

Hello, I recently spoke to one of your customer service representatives about potentially removing a specific individual's account due to ongoing abusive and derogatory posts targeting family members. Despite police involvement, the lack of "slander" laws in Scotland prevents them from taking action, so they advised me to contact you for assistance. This person habitually posts statuses seeking likes and comments to publicly humiliate family members, causing distress to those who inquire about the situation. I have evidence in the form of screenshots to support my request for the review and potential suspension or deletion of this individual's account. Her name is Elaine Allan and she has resorted to creating multiple accounts to reach out to different individuals despite being on bail with restrictions. Unfortunately, I am unable to attach the screenshots here. Please provide me with an email address or a link where I can send the evidence for further review. I am struggling to receive my verification code on all three of my phones due to the hacker's interference. I suspect this hacker may be connected to my service provider, Cell C, as the number added seems related to them. Despite trying to add that number to my Cell C account as my route number, I am unable to receive any codes or SMS messages on it. I've been waiting for three days and have not received any SMS for my Facebook account. Please send the code to my three phones listed as follows: [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]. I've been reporting hackers on Instagram who compromised my email and messenger. They have removed the secure phone I used to log into my account, and now my Facebook is locked. I need assistance as my account dates back to March [redacted], and old friends from Iran, Pakistan, Afghanistan, India, and others seem to be involved. These hackers know Facebook well, so I urgently seek help to secure my account.

I have found myself contemplating past connections recently. As a truck driver with ample time for reflection, I remembered the friends I used to communicate with online. It struck me as intriguing to revisit those past conversations and perhaps rekindle some of those connections. However, the challenge lies in the fact that my old account, brimming with messages, was set up many years ago. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the password or even which email address I used back then. While I understand the importance of privacy and security, given the similarities between my current and old profiles, could you kindly provide me with the email address linked to my old account?

Our page, Tnt Horseshoes, was disabled two weeks ago, and we have been left hanging by the staff. This page did nothing wrong. It was created 8 years ago and has existed without issue until someone in your organization mistakenly labeled it as fake, which it is not. There are years of pictures on there that we no longer have access to, as well as numerous contacts. We need this resolved ASAP; it has gone on long enough. We have submitted the required information but still receive a message saying, "We’ll take a look at the documents you submitted and get back to you. If we need more help confirming your name, we’ll reach out for additional documentation," when we try to log in. Please correct this wrongful disabling of our long-time page. I'm having trouble receiving my verification code via SMS on my three phones. I mistakenly entered my number as [redacted], and now someone has unauthorized access to my Facebook account. It seems they changed my phone number to 89???. I've been trying to regain access by resetting my password and requesting a code via email, but nothing is working. This hacker has been interfering with my account for a while, and I suspect they have blocked my access. I started my Facebook account in March [redacted], and many of my old friends have been affected. I urgently need help to regain control of my account as it has been three days already. Facebook, please investigate and help me secure my account.

Dear Sirs, We recently received an unjustified review from a worker named Artemo Ilciuc who joined our company some time ago but failed to provide any evidence of completion of work. Despite our attempts to contact him for assignments, he did not show up for a scheduled job as claimed, and no records exist of him working on-site. Artemo Ilciuc has sought payment for unperformed tasks and declined to offer any verification when requested. Moreover, he did not appear for work on two separate weekends after being scheduled. Attempts to obtain his payment details were unsuccessful, as he insisted on being paid as self-employed, which would be illegal for us. Our numerous attempts to discuss and resolve the situation with Artemo Ilciuc have been met with resistance and disinterest. We kindly request a call to address this matter and ask for the removal of his unfounded review from our Facebook page. We possess various forms of communication that support our account of events. I forgot my Facebook password. I tried to reset it but couldn't access the email linked to the account. Facebook approved my request to change the email, and I received an account key to reset my password. However, when I entered the key once (by copying and pasting it), it stated that I had exceeded the attempts. I really need access to my account for work, managing my child's care, and keeping in touch with family. I have all the necessary verification details, and just need to regain access to my account.

Hello team, I changed my Facebook password three weeks ago. After resetting my phone, I couldn't log in. I tried changing the password and email, and verified with the security contacts. I updated the password and email twice but never received the confirmation email at [redacted] I followed the instructions to resend but encountered the same issue. Can anything be done?

I am currently experiencing harassment from someone named Sarah-Louise Swan. She is taking photos of my children from my Facebook page, leading to my children being placed under protection by social services. Sarah-Louise is not only taking the photos but also adding inappropriate comments underneath them. This has been happening for weeks. Although I previously reported this to you, I was told that she is not violating any rules. However, I strongly believe that stealing photos of my children is unacceptable. I am requesting for Facebook to remove my children's and my photos from her account. Please take action to stop her from bullying and harassing me by posting these pictures in various Facebook groups. Sarah-Louise's behavior is making me feel stalked and overwhelmed. Kindly address this issue promptly.

I would like to report a potential scam involving a person named Serah Ann Smith who claims to work for Facebook. She requests people to add her as a friend, informs them they have won a prize, and asks for personal information. To receive the prize via UPS, she demands £[redacted] upfront. After expressing my inability to afford this, she insisted on at least £[redacted] which I also declined. She mentioned the prize was in sealed envelopes and couldn't deduct the payment from the winnings. I offered to settle the amount once the cheque cleared and sign an agreement to this effect. I suspect this is a scam, especially since her profile picture shows an elderly person. It's crucial to investigate this matter promptly to prevent others from being scammed. I have some inquiries about the fees related to the birthday fundraiser I organized for the NH Patriot Guard Riders (NHPGR). The fundraiser raised $[redacted].00, and as the treasurer of NHPGR, I received two checks from the Network For Good - one for $[redacted].00 and the other for $[redacted].00. No credit card fees were deducted from the pledged amount. While I'm uncertain if other donors used credit cards, I personally did. I am curious about the waived credit card fees and whether this will continue in the future. Despite conflicting information and feedback from individuals dissatisfied with Network for Good, I'm puzzled by the absence of credit card fees. Clarifying this information is crucial for our future fundraising efforts. Moreover, my research suggests that Network For Good does not charge fees for 501C corporations. Can you confirm this?

I desperately need help! For weeks, someone has been trying to access my account, and they've finally succeeded. They changed my profile name and locked me out. Despite my efforts, I haven't been able to regain control, and Facebook has been unresponsive. I've tried everything, but the hacker changed all my personal information, making recovery impossible. My Facebook account was compromised or hacked around two months ago, and I have been unable to regain access using my username, Charlie Glaize. When attempting to reset my password, I receive two or three codes via email, but none of them work to restore my account. Even trying to sign in with an alternate name is futile due to everything being linked to my phone number, which I had to block as a precaution. Seeking help, someone claiming to be from Facebook reached out while I was away, offering remote assistance to resolve the issue, but I declined due to privacy concerns. I am currently locked out of my Facebook account due to an outdated email address that was used to sign up over a decade ago. The email has been deactivated, causing issues with authentication. Despite multiple attempts to reactivate the old email, it has been blocked. Access to my Facebook is crucial as it contains irreplaceable memories and photos. I aim to update the associated email once access is restored to prevent this issue in the future. Recently, Microsoft Recovery tried to charge me $99.99 for assistance, leading me to question the legitimacy of the service. I am 73 years old and bedridden. My nurse visited Best Buy in Hickory, NC [redacted] twice to delete my Facebook account with the help of the Geek Squad. They received a code from FB to request the deletion, and I was told I would get an email confirmation within a week. It's been over 3 weeks, and I haven't received any notification.
