I encountered an issue with my Facebook account. One morning, I found myself logged out of Facebook and Facebook Messenger. When I attempted to log back in, it kept saying my password was incorrect. Despite trying all possible passwords with various email addresses, names, usernames, and phone numbers, I couldn't regain access. Even the "forgot password" option didn't recognize any of the email addresses or phone numbers I entered. A friend checked my account and noticed my contact details were missing from the "about me" section. I suspect someone may have tampered with my account. I've exhausted all the help options provided by Facebook online. I'm willing to verify my identity if necessary. My name is CJ Parsons, and I think my username is CJParsons11. The email associated with the account is [redacted], and the phone number linked could be [redacted] or my old number, [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance.

I participated in a skit with friends at a school pep rally, and we included popular trends and challenges like Baby Shark, the Kiki Challenge, the Zoom Challenge, and the Baby Momma Challenge. We made sure the skit was approved by the faculty and advisers. Before performing, we checked with a pregnant classmate to ensure she wasn't offended, and she agreed it was fine. Unfortunately, this student had a history with one of my friends in the dance group, and she later falsely accused us of hurting her feelings. She recorded our performance without consent, shared it with her mother, who then posted it on Facebook, leading to bullying from adults. We are struggling to handle this quietly and respectfully, and we kindly request the video be removed from Facebook to avoid legal action. The person's Facebook account causing issues is Lori D Tennant, with a cat profile picture featuring a butterfly on its nose. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

I attempted to access my Facebook account from another computer in my home and updated my email address using Internet Explorer on a Windows Vista system. After receiving an email from Facebook regarding this change, I clicked the provided link to secure my account. Now, every time I try to log in, I am prompted to go through security measures, including providing a phone number for a security code. I tried entering both my landline (1-[redacted]) and cell phone number (1-[redacted]), but the website does not accept them. Since I made the changes myself, I believe I should not have to go through this process. How can I regain access to my Facebook account and page without these security steps? Can my account be reinstated considering I am the one who updated the email address?

I am currently experiencing difficulties with my Facebook accounts. My primary account is now [redacted], where I connect with family and friends. Previously, I had another account, [redacted], specifically for playing Country Life Meadows with neighbors and some family. Unfortunately, that account was disabled. I have a link to the game on my desktop and invested a significant amount in it; however, I can no longer access the game features I need to progress. Due to my age and the desire to keep my accounts separate, having two accounts was essential. I received some photos from the disabled account but not all. Although you provided access to [redacted], it has been revoked. Every morning, when I try to log in, it prompts me to the disabled account and indicates an incorrect password, leading me to suspect it has been hacked. I kindly request assistance in resolving these account issues to resume playing the game under [redacted] Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Dear Facebook Team, On June 8, [redacted], while using the Facebook mobile app on my Android phone, I received a notification about potential phishing. Following the prompt, I changed my password right away. However, upon logging in with the new password, my account was disabled, along with my fan pages. This has left me feeling devastated. I kindly request the reactivation of my account. I have attached my personal documents for your reference. Should you need any further information or clarification, please do not hesitate to contact me. I appreciate your attention to this matter. Sincerely, M. Pacolli

My Facebook and email accounts have been hacked, and the hacker changed all my information and passwords. Unfortunately, when I try to access my accounts, I am only prompted to create a new account. This situation is frustrating, as my phone was also removed from being linked to the accounts. The username for my Facebook account is [redacted] I urgently need assistance from Facebook and hotmail to either delete the compromised account or restore access to it. The hacker now has access to mine and my family's information, creating a serious privacy concern. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My account was hacked a week ago, and embarrassing content was sent to my friends. The hackers managed to withdraw $[redacted] from my checking account, causing me significant distress. Although I no longer have access to the Yahoo email linked to my Facebook account, I want to regain access to retrieve precious memories of my son. I am considering taking this issue to the media. As a single mom, falling victim to this scam and losing $[redacted] is unacceptable. On another note, my ex-husband holds a PHD from Harvard, a detail I could expose, considering the irony of someone from such an elite institution being irresponsible. I find it ironic that Facebook started at Harvard, a place associated with elitism and lack of accountability.

I accidentally logged out of my account and cannot remember my password. Despite multiple attempts with my name and email, I keep receiving an error message that my account cannot be found. My name is Phillip Shoop, and I access my account on a Samsung Galaxy S8 using the phone number [redacted]. My email address is [redacted] I am still able to use Messenger, which is unaffected, if that helps. It has been four days since I last accessed my account. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and any assistance you can provide in resolving it. Thank you.

Dear Concerned Support Team, I am reaching out regarding my Facebook account, temporarily blocked following a reported nudity claim. This action has surprised me greatly as an active user. The situation arose from sharing a photo of my wife, Lopa Hossain, a prominent news presenter and singer from Bangladesh, alongside popular Indian actor Parambrata Chakraborty during an event in Dhaka. The photo does not contain any nudity. I find it disconcerting that my posting rights were revoked without a proper investigation. I believe Facebook should exercise discernment in identifying explicit content. Reacting solely based on a report without verification is disappointing. I am eager for a resolution and hope to regain access to my account swiftly. Respectfully, Sirajum Munir

I'm having trouble accessing my Instagram account because I've forgotten my password. When I click on "Forgot Password" and try to get a link to reset it, I keep receiving an error message instead of an email. Please send me the link to reset my password urgently. Here are my account details: - Username: rachel.ligon - Email linked to my Instagram: [redacted] - Previous cell phone number: [redacted] (now using a landline only) I would appreciate it if Instagram could promptly assist me with this matter. Thank you for your help. Rachel L.

There is a woman named Leah Rowland who has been sending me intimidating messages. She claims to have obtained my IP address from Facebook. We both play a game called ARK on PlayStation. She is upset because I bought something she wanted, and now she is threatening me by saying she has acquired all of my information from Facebook, including stealing my family photos. Leah is threatening to share MY family pictures online with false information and has threatened to send misinformation to my workplace to try to get me fired. I need to know how she managed to obtain my information, especially my IP address, from Facebook. I am extremely concerned about this situation, as she is now threatening my job, my family, and my home.

After fleeing an abusive relationship with our daughter, I have been troubled by the lack of safety measures on Facebook. Despite blocking my ex-partner, I am concerned about his friends monitoring my profile. I believe Facebook should introduce an option that allows users to block not only the individual but also everyone on their friend's list. This would reduce the risk of them using mutual friends to access the account. The feature should extend to friends added after the blocking as well. This idea stems from my own experience and that of a friend who faced a similar situation today. I urge Facebook to consider implementing this to protect women who have suffered abuse and just want to rebuild their lives in peace.

I forgot my password and have been struggling to recover it for a while now. Every time I try to recover it, I receive a code, but when I enter it, I get a message saying there have been too many attempts and to try again later. This cycle keeps repeating, and now I am not receiving any emails with the reset code at all. I am at the point where I am considering deleting my account because I feel frustrated. I also received a message stating that someone had hacked into my account and accessed my personal information. Can anything be done to recover my account? At this stage, I have lost faith in Facebook’s security measures.

Hello, I'm Katrina Eerkes and I have a Facebook account. Recently, there was an account under the name Joan P Anderson who posted about having tickets for the Fleetwood Mac event at the Moda Center in Portland, Oregon. After messaging on FB Messenger, Joan's account is now deactivated, and I can't see the messages due to an error stating, "This message has been temporarily removed because the sender's account requires verification." To address this issue, I've contacted Amazon concerning payment via a gift card. Amazon is currently investigating the person who received the gift card. I would like to request a transcript of the FB Messenger conversation for important details and dates. Is there a way to have the conversation sent to my personal email?

I am having trouble accessing my 3 accounts registered under the name Brianna Garcia and 1 under Jane Ellis. I need to consolidate and delete some of these accounts but first, I want to retrieve photos saved in them. Unfortunately, I cannot access them because I no longer have the old phone number ([redacted]) and email ([redacted]) linked to these accounts. I have encountered difficulty resolving this on my own and seek assistance to delete extraneous accounts. The Jane Ellis account, associated with phone number [redacted] and email [redacted], also needs to be deleted. It seems that due to using my recent email and phone number for multiple accounts, I have lost visibility and access to the older accounts. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I used to be part of the UBC Graduate Students Housing Group on Facebook, where I found housesitters when I travel abroad for my studies in Europe. Recently, due to personal circumstances and losing my mother, I had to manage her apartment in Canada. When I tried to reach out to a potential housesitter, they unexpectedly blocked me, possibly misunderstanding my situation. Even after offering to provide documents and references from UBC to verify my story, I was still blocked without any explanation. UBC suggested contacting Facebook for help. This experience has been distressing for me, especially considering my current situation. I hope for a resolution as this might be my final year needing assistance. Please refrain from responding if there is no assistance available.

I used to be a member of the UBC Graduate Students Housing Group on Facebook. This group has been my go-to for finding housesitters whenever I have to travel abroad. I am studying Medicine in Europe, and unfortunately, I recently lost my mother, leaving me with no family in Canada. I had to take over her apartment rental to manage our belongings. When I have to go abroad, I rely on this group to find housesitters from a trustworthy community. However, a member suddenly blocked me, possibly misunderstanding my situation. I reached out to him with my documents and references from UBC to explain my situation, but he blocked me without any explanation. UBC suggested contacting Facebook for help. I would greatly appreciate it if this issue could be addressed, as I feel cornered and distressed by this situation, especially given my recent loss. This might be the last time I need to seek help from the group.

Yesterday evening, I began setting up a page for a church group I manage. While trying to upload a profile picture, a pop-up appeared stating there was suspicious activity, requesting a photo of my face for identity verification by FB. I uploaded the picture, leading to a message indicating access would be restored post-verification. Since it's a church group page, not linked to specific individuals, this process puzzled me. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

I have several Facebook accounts from a past relationship. My current partner insists that I must delete all the previous family-related pages without discussion. I am experiencing abuse from my current partner and need to remove any Facebook pages with my ex-wife's photos. It's a distressing situation, but I am driven by my love for my 15-month-old daughter. I fear losing her and understand I must let go of my past. It's a painful process; I appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. - Stephane M. Email: oasisfund[at]yahoo.com Phone: [redacted] I no longer have access to the other email accounts or phone numbers. The multitude of numbers and emails makes it hard to recall; any help to avert a crisis with Facebook is much needed.

I've been experiencing suspicious activity on my account, which is preventing me from commenting or editing my posts. Even when I log out, it still shows me as logged in. I received a friend request from someone who is already my friend, so I tried to reset my password but couldn't input the code sent via email. When I tried to reset by using my email, it prompted me for a friend's name which did not work. This has been very frustrating for the past month, as I can't seem to control or locate anything on the platform. It's extremely annoying and overwhelming.
