My Facebook business page was hacked, and all my information and posts were deleted as of October 5th. I received notifications from Facebook stating that the name of my page was attempted to be changed multiple times on the 5th. The hacker also requested to delete my account by impersonating me as Douglas Callaway.
My Instagram and Facebook pages showcase the artists I represent. I create content on my Instagram account and share it on Facebook.
The stolen posts have appeared on a new Instagram account @thestatzergreycollection, which I reported as spam for using my photos without permission.
I am requesting the restoration of my Facebook Business page and the closure of the hacker's account. I have been advised to file a police report regarding this incident.

I believe my account has been compromised. I called the number found on Google and spoke with a woman who claimed to be from a cybersecurity department. She offered plans for $[redacted] for one year, $[redacted] for 3 years, and $[redacted] for life. I opted for the $[redacted] plan and provided my debit card number. Since I couldn't take a picture of a check due to my locked account, they asked for my routing and account numbers. They promised a technician would call back, which hasn't happened. I fear I may have given my details to a fraudulent person. I'm worried about the financial risk involved and need urgent assistance. My bank is closed until Tuesday, leaving me anxious. I am concerned about the ads on Facebook, particularly one from a company called "Dream Store" which I suspect is fraudulent. I placed an order for an "Assassin Creed Jogging" two months ago for Rs.[redacted], paid via net banking to this company after seeing their ad on Facebook. Recently, I updated my phone, causing my Facebook account to log out. I attempted to log back in with one of two passwords I usually use, but they didn't work. Those are the only passwords I rely on for most of my accounts. It's crucial for me to regain access as I need to communicate with my family and friends.

I am experiencing difficulties accessing my disabled Facebook account even after receiving the recovery code sent by FB. Following FB's instructions, I changed my email address to goneagain2 at gmail, and now I am being notified that this email is not associated with a disabled account. My previous email was fuzzymmm at earthlink. Despite confirming my identity through trusted friends and submitting the codes provided to them, the system prompts me with a message stating that if further confirmation is required, FB will reach out. When trying to upload documents for verification, I encounter a processing issue that is currently being addressed by FB.
My account has been inaccessible for over four weeks, hindering my ability to manage my business page and losing out on promotional opportunities. The professional contacts I have established on FB are crucial to me.
For my safety due to stalking incidents, I use the nickname MiMo MoMi on FB. I would appreciate a solution where FB can verify my birth name without disclosing it publicly on my profile for enhanced security. I need assistance urgently. This morning, I reported a fake profile, and shortly after, my password started to be reset or changed repeatedly. This situation is getting out of hand, and I urgently need to regain access to my account. I have received at least six emails notifying me of these password changes, and it's becoming concerning. I am experiencing frequent lockouts from my Facebook account, requiring me to upload a photo of myself multiple times every month. Despite having provided my mobile number and email address, Facebook does not attempt to contact me through either method when locking me out. I recently changed my password and unfortunately forgot it. I also cannot remember my email account password to recover it via email. Although I am logged into the Facebook app and have my phone number set up, I am unable to change the password as it requires the current one I forgot. The phone codes provided do not work for me. I attempted to recover my email, but Google has not responded for months, despite having the correct recovery email and phone number. Google just acknowledges my request and states they will reply in 3-5 days, which never occurs. Consequently, I am at risk of losing access to the email associated with my Facebook account if I accidentally log out of the app or change my phone. After my phone was factory restored, re-logging into Facebook required manual entry of my login details. I had forgotten my password and attempted my old passwords before trying a new one. After three failed attempts, Facebook prompted me to change my password. I received a verification code via email and successfully changed my password. Now, Facebook wants to enable 2-step authentication through SMS, which I never authorized. I am unable to receive SMS codes and do not want to provide my phone number. Facebook's options are to provide a government ID or send a picture with a generated number, which I have done twice without a response. I prefer using email for verification and do not wish to use 2-step authentication.

After resetting my phone, I encountered an issue with my Facebook account when restoring it. The linked page Perla Art seems to be missing, and despite my efforts, I am unable to reconnect it. Several months ago, I successfully deleted Perls & Gumboots and replaced it with Perla Art. Previously, I could post from Instagram to Facebook as Perla Art. Although I updated the default on Instagram to Perla Art, posts are still going to my personal page. I require assistance with:
1. Removing Perls & Gumboots.
2. Reinstating Perla Art as my work page.
3. Ideally, restoring all settings from a recent backup before the reset last week.
