I would like to address our Facebook account “[redacted]”. We used this profile to advertise our institute's admission. Initially, the engagement ads ran smoothly for a few days. However, when we tried to run lead capture ads, we received the following message: "Your ad account has been flagged for policy breaches. Any ads that you're running have been turned off.” We are puzzled by this and have provided the necessary information to the best of our knowledge. Despite creating new Facebook accounts like “[redacted]” and “[redacted]” to run ads, we have been unsuccessful. We kindly request your assistance in clarifying the policy breach/es so we can rectify the issue and resume our Facebook advertising.

On September 21st, my personal Facebook account got disabled for unknown reasons. However, my ad accounts are still active and running through my business manager profile. Unfortunately, I am unable to access my business manager account to make changes to my current ads. I am currently spending £[redacted] daily on adverts that I need to halt, but I am unable to do so without access. I am also unable to contact support as I no longer have a functioning Facebook account, leaving me in a challenging situation. I have provided Facebook with a copy of my passport and driver's license for verification purposes. I attempted to seek assistance through a live chat with a Facebook support representative using my brother's account this morning. The support agent informed me that I must wait, and when I requested to escalate the issue to a supervisor, the chat was abruptly ended. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I previously had a Facebook account under the name Hanaazi Abdi Casiis linked to my phone number instead of an email address. I am experiencing difficulty resetting it because the reset code is being sent to an unfamiliar Gmail account ending in "S and 3" that I do not have access to. My ex-boyfriend, who I have now broken up with, has altered the account details, making it impossible for me to log in successfully. When attempting to log in, a different Facebook account with a similar username appears, which is not my authentic account. Initially, I could see my account but was unable to log in, and now it seems to have vanished completely. My original account had *** friends, and the profile picture featured me wearing a red, black, and grey scarf with Snapchat glasses and a love emoji filter. I need to update my Facebook login from chartermi.net to charter.net as Charter has discontinued chartermi.net accounts. Unfortunately, I am unable to change or remove the chartermi.net email from my profile. I tried adding a new email when setting up Facebook Messenger, but Facebook states they sent a confirmation code to the new email, which I never received (checked spam/junk folders). After multiple attempts, I was blocked by Facebook. Realizing I won't receive the code, I removed FB Messenger. I've downloaded my FB data in case I need to delete my account if this issue isn't resolved with my login email being updated to my current one. Facebook only offers help with passwords, not email changes. This is my last attempt for help before considering switching to another provider. Thank you. - David H.

My Facebook account is under Bradley DeLacey. I recently got a new phone and encountered difficulty accessing my old Facebook account linked to the email [redacted], which is now inactive. Despite trying to recover the account, I unintentionally created a new account under the name Roger DeLacey with my phone number. Realizing my mistake, I deleted this new account. I recently faced an issue with my Facebook account. After being locked out and logging back in, I was prompted by Facebook to confirm my name, which seemed unusual. Consequently, I was asked to submit three documents, but I was unclear about the specifics. When I attempted to seek clarification by following a given link, unfortunately, it didn't work. Feeling unsure, I randomly selected some pictures and submitted them to regain access. Now, I have been informed that they are reviewing the documents and will respond in due course. However, I urgently need my account back since it holds important photos and game links. I later learned the type of documents required, possibly an ID or social, but I remain concerned about sharing sensitive data amidst doubts about potential hacking activities. Unfortunately, there is no direct support available over the phone for reassurance. Any assistance in expediting the resolution and ensuring the legitimacy of the process would be greatly appreciated.

My account was hacked. The hacker changed the phone number and email address associated with it. Even though I still have access to the original phone numbers and email address, Facebook disabled my account due to spam activities carried out by the hacker. I reached out to my trusted contacts to get verification codes, but now I can't even access the page to enter these codes because the account is disabled. When I try to submit my ID and driver's license for verification, Facebook says that none of the emails I provide are valid. How can I recover my account in this situation?

My Facebook account got disabled mistakenly. My login ID is imsahilvasrhney and my email is [redacted] Facebook disabled my account and removed access to my content due to various reasons, such as third-party reports of infringement, managing a page without authorization, repeated violations after warnings, trademark infringement, impersonation, or misrepresenting identity. Facebook does not arbitrate between third parties, so if there are disputes, it is recommended to contact the reporting party.

Hello, my name is Christopher Williams. I own an iPhone X, but there are other iPhone X devices with different IP addresses linked to my account. Someone changed my email password for Facebook, preventing me from accessing my account through certain apps. I have the IP numbers of the other devices on my phone. Nine days ago, my main Facebook account, under the name David Gamblin, was hacked. The IP address was traced to Redmond, WA, according to the message I received. I couldn't recall my password and tried various ones I usually use, considering prior hacking incidents. To regain access, I was sent a recovery password code. After entering the code, I received a message stating that I had tried too many times, and this has been ongoing for nine days. Each day, I attempted to input different codes but always got the same message - too many attempts, try again later. Feeling frustrated, I reactivated a secondary account under the name Dave Gamblin, and now this account has also been removed. I am now locked out of Facebook and seeking assistance. If possible, I would like to obtain a phone number for Facebook customer service.

A person in Belgium has made disturbing terrorist remarks, supported terrorist actions, and has threatened the group he associates with, indicating he may do so again. Additionally, he has directed inappropriate, sexist remarks at me due to my gender. Surprisingly, you informed me that his comments do not violate your standards but promptly blocked me after I warned him that his statements could lead to trouble and that I might report them for not aligning with your guidelines. It appears there may be an issue with translating Farsi accurately, or there is a concern regarding support for terrorism. As a next step, I am considering making both his and my comments public to gauge public opinion on your existing policies.

I am dealing with a negative review on my business page (Heffel Law Firm) by someone named Monique Wilson. Despite not having any professional relationship with Monique, she has left a damaging review due to a personal situation with my husband's affair that she was involved in. Her actions have led to harassment not only on review sites like Google and Yelp but also on Facebook, where she and her friend have targeted my family. A police report has been filed with the San Diego County Sheriff Department, and Detective Adams is handling the case. I have successfully removed her reviews from several websites and am looking to Facebook to take action against her account for misuse.

I am having difficulty accessing my account due to the two-factor authentication setup. I used to receive codes for login attempts but have not received any since September 23, [redacted]. Although my phone number remains the same, I no longer have access to the email linked to my Facebook account. I provided a handwritten code as requested to regain access but have not received any response. Despite being able to log in initially using my phone number as an email, I am unable to proceed past the two-factor authentication step without the codes.

On September 9th, my original Facebook account was hacked. Despite trying all my known passwords, I was unable to regain access. Currently, I have three Facebook pages: my personal page, Glenda Shearman, Purple Satin, and A Stana Katic Love and Appreciation page. The Stana Katic Love and Appreciation Page has been compromised, with unauthorized posts soliciting money. It's crucial to mention that these actions do not align with my values. Regrettably, I am unable to access this account to rectify the situation. I would appreciate if Facebook could establish a user-friendly way for individuals to report such issues promptly. In response, I've created new pages under Glenda Fewell Shearman, Castle Reflections, and Stana Katic Appreciation. I am seeking guidance on additional security measures I can implement, such as security questions or personalized access codes, to bolster protection for these accounts in the future.

I have never had a Facebook account. Unfortunately, someone has fraudulently used my name and birthdate to create a fake account. I was alerted to this by a friend and have been unable to delete the account as I do not have the password. The account is under the name Richard Deddeh. Please delete this fraudulent account as soon as possible. If you require more information, please let me know. You can contact me at [redacted] or [redacted]. Thank you. If I do not receive a response or if the account is not removed within the next fifteen (15) days, I will have to involve the authorities and take legal action against Facebook.

Hello, I recently had my access to Facebook Marketplace restored after appealing. However, despite being informed that it has been reinstated, I am still unable to access it. Dear Readers, I am encountering some issues with my Facebook account that I need assistance with urgently. Recently, my account was compromised by a hacker who changed the recovery email to an unfamiliar address. This hacker proceeded to create a new Facebook profile using my original email. Upon attempting to log back in, I was met with a incorrect password prompt and had to reset it via email. I have been facing multiple issues with Facebook and Facebook Messenger. It appears that several accounts linked to me are being used without my knowledge for activities I do not want any involvement in. I am seeking assistance to have all these accounts, including Messenger, deleted promptly. These accounts are associated with phone numbers not under my control, and I need guidance on stopping this unwanted activity. Additionally, my Google locations show inaccurate information, placing me in places I am not at. I am adamant about disassociating my phone numbers and email accounts from these accounts. Hello, I'm in need of help with my disabled Facebook Ads account. My Facebook ad account got flagged recently. I wasn't aware that accounts older than 60 days with low activity get disabled to prevent misuse and fraud. I created my ad account and set up the payment method in advance, planning to start advertising after finishing my website and Facebook page, not my personal profile. Had I known about the 60-day activity rule, I would have built my website and page first. I always check the terms of service before proceeding with unfamiliar tasks but couldn't find this specific rule. Even after researching Facebook's Help Center and terms of service extensively, I came up empty. It seems like this rule is new and hard to find. I believe my account's deactivation is a mistake and would appreciate help in reactivating it. I have a Facebook account where I am running a personal fundraiser for medical needs. I provided Facebook with all the necessary information to deposit donations onto my Visa card after I replaced my original one. Despite the account and routing numbers remaining the same and using the same card details for my new one, Facebook keeps sending messages about not being able to release the funds due to a card issue without specifying the problem. I am frustrated with the lack of clarity and have reached out to a local TV station who is interested in covering my story but is waiting 72 hours before investigating. I hope this situation can be resolved soon as these donations are crucial for my medical appointments and treatments.
