I just discovered that my phone has a collection of disgusting images sent by people calling through video on WhatsApp. This is really upsetting for me as I come from a strict church background and am not used to such things. I have also been receiving emails from these individuals, affecting my Gmail and Facebook accounts. These notifications are either from a game app or messages, and I am feeling very nervous and shocked by them. It has gotten to a point where I can't handle it anymore. I am not technologically savvy and would need assistance over the phone to block these unwanted senders. My name is Allison White, and I am reaching out for help with this distressing situation.

While learning about digital marketing, I created a Facebook page for a weight loss product. I experimented with creating an ad to promote it. Unfortunately, Facebook reviewed the ad and banned my ad account. I tried to rectify any mistakes but did not receive a positive response from Facebook. My ad account was mistakenly banned while experimenting with affiliate marketing. I was unaware of Facebook's ad policies at the time. I have now thoroughly reviewed the ad policies and understand them. I have other legitimate businesses such as local stores and e-commerce shops that will require promotion on Facebook in the future. I kindly request the reactivation of my ad account. I am willing to delete the ad that caused the issue and ensure future compliance with Facebook's ad policies to use it for my businesses.

About a month and a half ago, my account was hacked, and despite numerous attempts, I haven't been able to regain access. The email linked to the account was created in junior high, and I've now forgotten the password. This situation is distressing because all my photos, including those of my firstborn child, and connections with friends abroad are on the platform. I've exhausted various recovery options, but I've hit a roadblock with the final contact person unable to provide the necessary code due to not knowing the associated email. I've even created a new email to confirm my identity, but there have been no updates on the account recovery process. My main goal is to reestablish my Facebook access, change the linked email, and ensure the security of my account. I'm willing to provide my ID and account details for verification purposes. Currently, I'm using my spouse's email for communication and eagerly await a response to that address, as it's now my primary contact for essential matters like bills, trips, loans, and banking. I encountered an issue with my business account on Facebook. After starting to advertise my product, my account was disabled. I then created a new account, only to face the same issue. I understand that having multiple accounts can lead to this problem, but I am unsure why my initial account was disabled. I was eager to use Facebook for business growth, but now I'm left without an explanation for the restriction. I have encountered issues with an account I opened many years ago. Unfortunately, this account has caused me some unpleasant situations. I am unable to access the account through the old email, which makes it impossible for me to retrieve important memories, conversations, and pictures. This has led to misunderstandings as people believe I am ignoring them when, in fact, I cannot log in to respond. I kindly request the reopening of my account as it contains precious pictures of my kids and granddaughter when she was a newborn. Upon reviewing my account history, it is evident that my ex repeatedly complained about my photos, leading to the account's closure. I suggest implementing a system where users are notified if someone continually reports their content, allowing us to block such individuals without disclosing their identities. This proactive approach would prevent immediate account closures, especially if complaints are solely from one individual. I recently received a notification from Facebook prompting me to change my password due to a potential security breach. After changing it to one of the passwords Gummybear1, Gummybear1980, or Gummybear80, I inadvertently got logged out while switching between accounts with my boyfriend, Shawn Pryor, who also uses my phone. Unfortunately, I am unable to log back in now. I believe I provided tiffanyseeney@gmail and tifflove615@gmail as recovery email options, but these are not working. The email associated with the account is purplekhroinc@yahoo, which I cannot access. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in regaining access to my account, as well as my boyfriend's accounts, Bear Blue and Bear Locc, as he has been facing similar difficulties with access. Hello, I am requesting assistance to unblock my Facebook account. It has been almost 6 days and I am not able to remember my old password to follow the steps provided for resetting it. More recently, it now freezes on the first page stating that I have been punished and locked out, preventing me from accessing the identifier tests. I have attempted to contact support via email seven times over the past two weeks without any response. I encountered an issue with Facebook where I had to upload a photo to verify my account. I uploaded a random picture, but now I am locked out. For the past few months, I have been experiencing issues with accessing my notifications on Facebook. Clicking on the bell icon only displays a few posts, and attempting to scroll down results in the page bouncing up and down without showing more. This limited view prevents me from seeing posts from all my friends. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Facebook app multiple times to no avail. Dear Sirs, I am currently on holiday in Sweden and Finland from the 18th to the 25th. I have always been the only person responsible for boosting posts on my company's Facebook business pages. Upon arriving in Stockholm on the 18th, I successfully boosted a post. However, upon reaching Helsinki the next day, I received an email stating that my account has been disabled due to unusual activity. After reaching out to Facebook, I received a response from their relevant department after 3 days, informing me that they cannot reactivate my account as their decision is final. They claimed that their policy does not support my business model. Our business involves reselling sports brands such as Adidas, Bata, Reebok, and Skechers in Malta, Europe. We have been utilizing Facebook advertising for over 5 years. I am seeking assistance as the live chat support was not helpful, and I am unsure if there is a higher authority I can appeal to. Hello Facebook, I am seeking help to recover my account. I was previously logged in on a laptop that is no longer functional. I attempted to log in through a mobile device, initially succeeding. Subsequently, I unintentionally created a new account for Dotty Brown, a family member, using my email address, resulting in the inability to access my original account for Georgia Brown. Despite my efforts, the system prevented me from logging in as Georgia Brown and only offered the creation of a new account. This situation has caused the loss of numerous irreplaceable photos, many of which were private and not stored elsewhere. I have contacted you multiple times about the issue with Love the Dress page making me an advertiser without my permission. Today, I discovered that several invoices were billed from my bank account for this page's ads. Two invoices have been paid, and three are pending. I manage the page for OrgaBeauty, and these invoices are not associated with my page's ads. I did not authorize these payments. My business is located in Romania, while the Love the Dress account is based in India. Please explain how my personal and company information was given to this fraudulent company and arrange for a refund of the unauthorized charges.

I've been unable to access my account for quite some time now since it was hacked. Despite waiting for the SMS codes repeatedly, I haven't received them. Facebook is my primary means of communication with my family, so I've even attempted to create a new account but can't proceed due to the missing code. I've submitted my ID photo three times as requested, but every time I try to log in, I encounter the same issue with the missing code.
