I am unable to access my Facebook account due to "unusual activity". I have tried to recover it using my phone number, email, and a friend's account, but my account is no longer visible. How can I recover it, please?

I received a review request for my Facebook account. They removed some of my posts from groups, claiming they did not adhere to Facebook's guidelines. I believe this action was unfair as my posts were not spam and were completely accurate. They accused me of stealing money from people, which is untrue. Hello, I am Luis, and I have been dealing with an ongoing issue on Facebook since July 1st. On that date, the advertising accounts for three of my brand accounts were compromised. I initiated a case and was supported by the Meta Pro Team. They offered guidance and checked on my case every three to four days at first. In August, they informed me that they had successfully retrieved the advertising accounts. Nevertheless, they needed to link them to my personal blocked account for me to oversee (they shared a recovery link). They continued to follow up with me every few days. In early October, I got an email from Meta requesting feedback on the service provided. Worried, I reached out to inquire about my case status. I received an automated reply saying the ticket had been closed, providing the number, and suggesting opening a new case with the ticket number if I was unsatisfied and needed a resolution. Unfortunately, I can't find how to open a new case to reclaim my accounts.
