I am experiencing some issues with the "people you may know" feed or "find friends" feature on my Facebook page. This morning, I noticed a list of 49 profiles, while there were none twelve hours ago. Out of these profiles, 16 are in a language other than English, and 3 have obscene profile pictures. When I try to report or block these profiles, it seems like I receive more similar ones as a result, worsening the problem. If I can't take action against them effectively, I am left with only the option to "remove" them from the list, which doesn't prevent similar profiles from appearing. Some of these profiles, although drawings and not photos, are still pornographic and offensive. I am unsure if these profiles comply with community standards or if they are real users.
