Now, I'm stuck in an endless loop of not being able to "secure my account" because the email address is changed. I can't receive the email to change the password. The best I've managed to do is get into Instagram, lock that down with 2FA and the Authenticator app on my iPhone, changing the password. I've resorted to password resets, which work initially but lead to a dead-end due to the incongruity with the Authenticator.
