Yesterday around 5 p.m., I faced an issue with my Facebook account. It seemed like someone had hacked into it. The email and password were changed, and I couldn't log in. Thankfully, after trying different options, I managed to reset the password and regain access. However, shortly after, my account logged off again, and I couldn't fully access it. Upon checking my email, I discovered the hackers had changed my email address and phone number associated with the account. Despite my attempts, including uploading my National Identity Card, I haven't been able to fully recover my account. If anyone has advice on how to resolve this, I'd appreciate it.

While checking my emails, I noticed that recently (between 8 and 9) my email was suddenly changed, then the password was also changed, and I received an email with a recovery code. Since the email was changed along with the password, I am unable to sign in again or initiate a password reset since the email was altered. I believe you can see the emails I received from Facebook, therefore, it would be great if you could reset the email on the account back to mine and also remove the person from the account. I also just thought about whether the person might have access to my email account, but all emails were unopened so I don't think so.
