My mom is experiencing a concerning issue with an ex-boyfriend who has created a fake Facebook profile impersonating her. The profile is spreading false information and unauthorized photos of her and her granddaughters, as well as offering sexual services to her friends. Despite our multiple reports, Facebook has not removed the profile, claiming it does not violate guidelines. The local police could not assist as Facebook is a U.S. company. My mom had to deactivate her real Facebook due to unwanted messages. She has been defamed in various groups and lost her job over false information shared with her employer. My Facebook account, registered under the name Steffen Krö, was compromised on 16.05.[redacted] at 6:20 PM German time. The perpetrator changed the password and removed my standard account email address. Since I hadn't linked a phone number, I'm completely locked out of my account. Unfortunately, the usual Facebook help links like facebook.com/hacked or facebook.com/identify are of no use to me as I can't provide the necessary information that was changed by the hacker. Despite reaching out to three different Facebook email addresses for help, I haven't received a response yet. I urgently need assistance from a Facebook employee to regain access or, if necessary, have the account blocked or deleted to prevent further damage. My Facebook account was hacked on October 11, [redacted], leading to unusual activity that violated the terms of service. The hackers accessed my Outlook mail and sent a recovery code without my knowledge. As a result, my account was disabled. Upon reviewing my data, I discovered login locations in Bellbrook, Ohio, and Somerville, Massachusetts, which may have been obscured by a VPN. Despite submitting my ID for verification and filing an appeal, my account was deemed "ineligible" for reactivation. The limited staffing due to the Coronavirus has made it challenging to get my account reviewed. I fear losing photos, memories, and my business page linked to my account of 12 years. Despite having 2-step verification, I received no warning before my account was permanently disabled. I have tried automated solutions on the Help Center to no avail and have only received automated responses to my emails. I desperately seek human support to address this issue and reactivate my account, which has now been disabled multiple times. I have been using my Facebook Gmail account for 6 to 7 years, but it has never connected to Gmail. Recently, I've been having trouble receiving the login codes sent to my Gmail. Even though Facebook is sending the codes to two contact numbers, one of which I no longer use, I am unable to receive the codes. Hello, my name is Evgenia, and I'm from Minsk. I'm facing an issue where I'm unable to access my Facebook account. Recently, I had trouble with my Cash App not opening at all, leading me to uninstall the Code Generator App from my smartphone during that time. My Facebook account was hacked, leading to the creation of a linked Instagram account that violated community standards and got disabled. Consequently, my Facebook account was disabled as well. I attempted to report the issue on Facebook and Instagram, but faced challenges. Facebook would not accept reports for an Instagram issue, and Instagram did not allow reporting since the fraudulent account was not mine. Even after trying to report through my own Instagram, the problem persisted, resulting in my Instagram account being disabled. While I managed to recover the Instagram account, I am still struggling to regain access to my Facebook account due to reporting limitations.

Although the password and email remained the same, when I discovered this, I immediately changed the password. I attempted to fill out the suspension form but faced difficulties receiving the authentication code promptly, despite providing the correct phone number. As a result, I am unable to access both my account and my linked Instagram account. On August 5th, my account was accessed by an unauthorized person who potentially violated the rules by posting content. Although they did not alter the password or associated emails, I swiftly changed the password upon discovery. Subsequently, I attempted to complete the form to appeal the wrongful suspension, but encountered difficulty receiving the authentication code promptly despite inputting the correct phone number. Additionally, I am unable to access my linked Instagram account.
