To make matters worse, unauthorized transactions of €[redacted] were made twice from one credit card, and another €[redacted] was deducted from a separate credit card. The fraudulent name used is "Võ Hoài Linh." Could you please advise on the next steps to resolve this issue and reactivate my account? Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated. I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account because I forgot my password. Despite multiple attempts to reset it by requesting a code via email, I have not received anything. I have checked my junk folders and confirmed the correct email address is being used without success. While I recall an old password, it appears it was changed more than three years ago when I try to use it. I have tried various other password combinations to no avail.

I set up my new Amazon Fire tablet today without any issues. However, I encountered a problem when I tried to install Facebook. The app requested my email for a security code, which I did not receive after three attempts. Lacking a mobile phone, I asked my neighbor to help me receive the code. Unfortunately, this connected my tablet to my neighbor's Facebook account. Is there a way to remove her account from my device? Also, can I receive a security code via email to create a new account on my tablet, or will I need to return the tablet to Amazon due to not having a mobile phone?

I am having trouble accessing my Marketplace account, which has been disabled. Despite contacting Facebook to resolve the issue, my account remains locked without any clear explanation. I use this app occasionally and haven't had any significant problems in the past with transactions. Last year, I enhanced my security by updating all my passwords and now maintain them securely. After informing Facebook that there were no customer issues on my end, I found my account locked again the next day. The reset process requires a secondary password, but despite my efforts, I cannot unlock my account. I have meticulously copied and double-checked the passwords provided, yet they are consistently rejected. As a 74-year-old veteran reliant on Facebook to connect with loved ones, the email reset method is not effective. I am hoping for a phone call for assistance. My account has been disabled by Facebook due to a video I shared without proper rights. I downloaded the series from a website and posted it without realizing the violation. I am being directed to retrieve a code via the email [redacted], which I no longer have access to as it cannot be reactivated. However, I still have a cell phone number associated with my account and I can easily receive a code via SMS if needed. I am also open to other verification methods like answering security questions or providing a photo of my ID (full name: Catharina Sophie Fischer). Recently, my partner Alexander Danetzky ended our 5+ year relationship, and I urgently need to regain access to my account to update my photos and relationship status. I've been trying to communicate with a buyer, but it seems like my messages aren't going through. When I check the item listings, it shows that everything, except the last item, is no longer available, like the hat and the statue. However, when I look at my own listings, they all seem to be active and available. I'm worried that I might have lost touch with potential buyers for those items that are marked as "no longer available." I want to make sure I can reach out to the buyers, but I'm unsure why this issue is happening with my listings.

My account, Geoff H., was compromised on Wednesday, April 12th, around 4 am EDT. The hacker used the email [redacted] to delete my contact information and change the password. I tried to resolve this by submitting my ID online. After receiving an email confirming my email was added, I clicked the link to log in but was unable to do so as the system couldn't find my email. I am having trouble logging into my account as it says my password is incorrect. I created the account around [redacted] when I was still a student and did not have an email back then. In [redacted], I purchased a secondhand phone from a friend, which had two active email accounts - [redacted] and [redacted] I used the phone until January this year and then passed it to my brother. After he reset the phone, I discovered I could not access my account. When trying to reset the password, the confirmation code is sent to the [redacted] email, but the group has disbanded, and the admin forgot the password. My Facebook pages were blocked for alleged spamming. I use Facebook for my business, and rely on it for work. All 3 of my pages got blocked on April 18 for reasons unknown. These pages are unrelated, and some hardly even have any promotional content. I disagree with this block as I do not engage in spamming, and my content follows all online safety rules. I communicate openly with my clients. What could be the issue?
