Despite creating a new profile to recover the old one, the solutions provided by Facebook have not been successful. I attempted to call Facebook's support line and send multiple emails, but received no response. I even submitted personal documents to prove my identity without results. I am concerned about potential illegal activities being carried out in my name by the hacker. I have maintained my account for over a decade without any prior issues and took security measures seriously. Despite trying various solutions and contacting experts, I have been unable to retrieve my account.
