My Facebook account was hacked last Wednesday, March 15th. A friend noticed an ad for a car for sale that I did not post. When I tried to log in on my iPhone, I was prompted for my password. After several failed attempts, I clicked to reset it, which unintentionally led to creating a new account I did not want. Now I am locked out of my original account and unable to access it. Someone has taken over my Facebook page and profile, listing themselves as Lily Collins, which is incorrect. When I try to report the issue using the Facebook links, I receive a message stating I've been removed for violating Community standards under Lily Collins. There seems to be no way to contact Facebook directly to inform them that my page has been hijacked. Facebook addresses the hijacker as the person in need of help, rather than acknowledging me as the actual owner of the page. The impostor, Lily Collins, posts with a black and white caricature and a scarf covering their face like a bandit. This hacker posing as me must be removed.

Help needed! My Facebook account has been hijacked by a hacker. They changed my email address to caiazzolesafx which is not mine. I've tried everything, even creating a new account to merge them, but my friends are now being compromised too. Please contact me at [redacted]. I want my original account back. I am having trouble accessing my business page as it is linked directly to my personal page. Whenever I log out of the business page, I also get logged out of my personal page. Facebook is only allowing me to reset my personal account information and doesn't recognize my email for recovery. I am unable to find any proper contact for assistance as I keep getting directed to unhelpful troubleshooting guides that do not solve my problem.

Dear Team, I am seeking assistance regarding my personal situation. Earlier this year, my personal Facebook account was compromised, leading to the creation of a Business Manager account by the hacker. Subsequently, my Facebook account was blocked, and upon attempting to resolve the issue, I received an error message within the Business Manager stating, "We have detected unusual activity and therefore disabled your advertising account. Verify your account to be able to run ads again." I did not create this Business Manager nor initiate any advertisements. Despite providing my identification and phone number for verification purposes, my request was denied. Presently, I am unable to proceed with any further requests in the Business Manager interface. I am eager to establish my online business and adhere to the correct advertising practices to facilitate its growth. I am also having issues with Facebook Messenger, specifically it is not working on my Mac OS computer. The window does not open, preventing me from reading or sending messages. This problem has been ongoing for some time. When I contacted Facebook customer service over the phone, they mentioned they do not handle these matters over the phone and provided an email that bounces back as "non-delivery." Additionally, reaching out via the Facebook Messenger group has left me waiting for days with no response. Hence, I am reaching out here since I have not received a response from Facebook. On Sunday, March 19, multiple attempts were made to alter my email and password. Upon receiving notifications, I clicked the provided link to confirm that it wasn't me. However, when trying to update my password, I encountered errors indicating that my current password was incorrect. It seems the hacker managed to change it. Despite submitting my driver's license multiple times, I received only one rejection email. I am uncertain about the next steps. Despite working with multiple agents and attempting all suggested solutions, I remain locked out as of today, the 23rd. I acknowledge the challenge of verifying my identity but hope for a resolution. The problem began when I changed my password and subsequently forgot it, leading to the account lock. As I tried to regain access by entering my old password multiple times, the system flagged it as unusual activity. I am now unable to create a new account using a different email address due to the same issue persisting. I have been encountering some frustration with my posts being automatically removed from a public group despite them not violating any guidelines. It has been a struggle to post for a while now, and the group does not have an admin to contact regarding this issue. I have not received any messages indicating a rule violation or reasons for the removal of my posts. I attempted to post the same content from different accounts and devices, but they were swiftly removed without explanation. My account got disabled on March 18th under the name Gerald K Shone. I was informed that I violated the rules, but I haven't made any posts recently. I tried to upload my ID as requested, but it got rejected. Now, my account is permanently disabled. Could you please reconsider and reinstate my account? Hello. On March 21st, when attempting to log into Facebook, I noticed the name "LILY COLLINS" appearing under my email address, which is not my name. I received a notification that my account was disabled. I tried to submit my ID through the "MY ACCOUNT IS DISABLED" form, but I encountered an error message stating "YOUR ACCOUNT IS DISABLED, AND THIS DECISION IS FINAL." I suspect my account has been hacked by this LILY COLLINS. I would like to know the steps to recover my account and find out what this LILY has done on my account. Thank you for your assistance.

I'm having trouble receiving my two-factor authentication code. I know my Facebook password, but I'm unable to receive the security code from the Google Authentication app. Unfortunately, the information wasn't backed up, and now it's lost. Unfortunately, my Facebook account was hacked, and the hacker changed not only my password but also my email and phone number. This has made it impossible for me to use the "forgot password" option as the notifications are going to the hacker instead. They are even asking for money from people on my friend list! I have tried several times to recover my account but have not been successful. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I suspect my account has been hacked. The primary email address was changed, locking me out since March 11th. I submitted my ID, received an email instructing me to recover the account, but now cannot log in as my email has been changed, and the phone number associated with the account is not mine. Meta contacted my work email for verification, and after sending a photo with a code, my case was closed without further communication. I identified the hacker's email in a message from Facebook but cannot access the verification code. This situation is crucial as my account holds work-related information and irreplaceable memories. I can provide my current email, the phone number I use with Facebook, details about a card once linked to the account, and private information only visible to me. Please assist in recovering my account promptly; it has been two weeks of being locked out, hindering my work activities.
