I came across an IQ test ad on BRAINETY.COM and paid $8.90 via PayPal. A week later, I noticed a $79.80 unauthorized subscription charge for "brain games." I reported this scam to both PayPal and my bank, but I am still awaiting a refund after 11 days. Upon further research, I found out that this company, Brainety, has a history of fraudulent activities spanning years. Despite numerous complaints and warnings online, Facebook permits their ads, enabling them to scam more users. It's concerning that Facebook allows such misconduct to persist and harm unsuspecting individuals.

I fell victim to multiple scams on Facebook, totaling $[redacted] in purchases through Marketplace. The sellers I encountered used various aliases like "Acreman," offering portable foldable garages with contact emails at service24@messages24h and [redacted], as well as a website www.gloried.shop. Another seller, "Schaude," claimed to sell "5 in 1 Laser welders" with a contact at [redacted] These sellers turned out to be fraudulent, taking payments without delivering any products. It is concerning that these scammers are allowed to operate on Facebook. I'm sure others have been duped as well, as a simple online search reveals their deceptive practices. I recently received a 6-digit code to reset my password, but when I tried to use it, I got a message saying "too many codes used, try later." It's been two days now and I'm still unable to proceed. After uploading my state ID, I received an email thanking me and directing me to another email with a "get back into Facebook" link, but I can't seem to find that email. I need a real agent from Facebook customer support to either email me or call me directly. Additionally, one of the emails associated with my account is unfamiliar to me, and I'm unsure how it got there or who it belongs to.

I recently dealt with a situation where my ex-boyfriend created a fake account to contact me through my business, pretending to be interested in purchasing something. After his attempt failed, he left me a negative review with false claims about our interaction. Despite reporting the account multiple times, no action has been taken. It is unjust that my first negative review is from a fake account. As a highly recommended seller, I have worked diligently to maintain excellent service for my honest customers. I am disappointed with the lack of assistance I have received in this matter. I urgently request the removal of the fake review from my account. Please don't tell me I entered incorrect information; you deleted my other account because you can't handle the truth, forcing citizens to use fake names. No one violates citizens' right to freedom of speech more than Facebook!! By law, you cannot simply delete accounts; you are breaking the law and limiting freedom of speech! That's probably why it's so hard to reach you. I want this account to be reopened, or I will expose these illegal bans online.

My Facebook account was hacked due to a virus on my PC, which led to losing access to Facebook and Instagram. After following Facebook's instructions and submitting identity documents, I regained access to Instagram. However, when trying to log into Facebook, I'm directed to a help page stating my account is blocked until I log in from a familiar device. Unfortunately, I had to clean my PC and smartphone due to the virus, so they are no longer recognized as familiar devices. Despite changing passwords and trying different methods, I keep getting redirected to the same page, unable to send another identity document. Access to my Facebook account and a page where I'm the sole admin seems impossible without logging in from a familiar device.

My account was hacked on 22/1/[redacted]. The hacker changed the email to a**********e@d*****.in, which is not mine. My actual Facebook email is [redacted] I reported the issue to the Help Center and provided my IC and passport for verification. After receiving confirmation that my identity was verified, I was required to reset my password. Unfortunately, I missed the window to click the reset link in the email. Despite attempting to reset my password with the authentication code received via email, I encountered an error stating I had entered too many codes. Subsequent attempts to enter the correct code led to the message "The number you entered doesn't match your code." I suspect my account may be disabled due to multiple attempts, but I can't report it as the Help Center blocks me from doing so without logging in. This Catch-22 situation is frustrating. After referring a friend, I inquired about the site today, only to realize they relentlessly ask for more deposits. I managed to win and am trying to cash out $[redacted] through Cash App, but there has been no response. I have messaged their Cash App profile multiple times for updates, but no luck. Frustratingly, when my roommate inquired about my payment, they denied owing me anything. The illusion they presented of real money gambling enticed me; had I known, I wouldn't have engaged. I'm among three others I know who have faced similar payment issues and have been blatantly ignored.
