Two days ago, my account was locked due to unusual activity. I was asked to confirm my identity and I uploaded my school ID as I didn't have my passport at the time. Unfortunately, my ID was rejected, and after multiple attempts, I was informed that I had tried too many times and needed to wait 24 hours before trying again. Even after waiting the required time, I am still encountering the same issue. I am now back in my hometown and have my passport with me, but I am unable to upload it for verification.

I've been unable to access my account since Monday evening. Even after resetting my password, I require a login code that I can't retrieve due to being locked out of Facebook. Though I sought help and was promised assistance via email, I have yet to receive any further instructions to regain access.

My 12-year-old personal Facebook account was disabled without reason. Despite not violating community guidelines, Facebook claimed I breached their rules after detecting a login on 14/12/22. I am certain I was hacked. After appealing and providing evidence like IDs and screenshots of their emails, I am yet to receive a response. The clock is ticking, with only 20 days until my account is permanently disabled. Losing access means losing connection to my work, friends, and 12 years of memories stored on it. Sold a Canon Rebel with 6 lenses on Facebook. My bank, US Bank, uses Zelle for transactions. They claimed to have sent $[redacted].00 and I received an email with a Zelle header confirming the transfer but requested shipping details. I shipped the camera and lenses to New York after providing the information as requested in the email. Unfortunately, no money was received, and it turned out to be a scam despite the Zelle headers in the emails. My bank confirmed no money was sent via Zelle. I have been attempting to regain access to my account for a while now through the proper channels, but unfortunately, I have not received much assistance or information. My account was compromised a while back due to a phishing attack through an ad page, leading to it being banned for policy violation. Despite appealing the ban with evidence proving my innocence and that my account was accessed without my consent, I have not received any response within the given timeframe. It's disappointing that Facebook has not addressed this issue yet.

I've been unable to access my account recently. I've been attempting to reset my password for several days. Even after changing my password, I am still unable to log in. The prompt insists I use a device previously utilized for logging in. I've used this phone for over two years without any issues, but now Facebook doesn't recognize it as a previously used device. Is there a resolution to this predicament?

Hello, I'm seeking assistance with resetting my Facebook password. I provided Facebook with a new email address to contact me as I no longer have access to my original email linked to my Facebook account. I submitted my identification document to Facebook and now, after 24 hours, I'm attempting to reset the password. Unfortunately, none of the codes sent by Facebook are working. I need assistance with regaining access to my personal and business Facebook pages. Unauthorized individuals removed my primary emails and phone number from the accounts. Despite numerous attempts, I haven't received confirmation after submitting images of my driver's license to prove ownership. When trying to change passwords, the hacker was quicker, resulting in my loss of access to Facebook with 13 years of valuable memories. Although I secured my Instagram accounts in time, I'm eager to retrieve the sentimental photos and connect with friends on Facebook. Unfortunately, Facebook's lack of a direct phone number and the inability to validate my original email and phone make it challenging to resolve. My personal Facebook account was disabled on 12/4/[redacted]. In the days leading up to the disablement, multiple unauthorized attempts were made to access my account from different locations. Facebook alerted me several times and urged me to change my password, which I did approximately 7-10 times, some within a short span of 30 minutes on one particular day. The hacker ultimately changed my profile picture to that of a man in a tank top, as reported by a friend. I am unsure of any other misuse of my account by this individual, but I suspect it led to the account's disabling. Despite using Facebook for more than a decade without incident, I seek reactivation of my account.
