Hello, I set up a Group Page for my colleagues where I am the Admin. Unfortunately, my Facebook account got hacked. I had to create a new account and rejoin the Group I had created. Even though the Group says I'm the Admin and Moderator, it also indicates there are no Admins or Moderators. I would like to regain my Admin rights since I manage the Group. I suspect unauthorized access to my account. During a login attempt, a verification email was sent to an email address not belonging to me. Only two valid emails for my account are Marki.nichole@yahoo and [redacted] Additionally, I found unfamiliar messages in the support inbox on the help center site that I don't recognize. I need help removing the unauthorized email from my verification options and securing my account to prevent further unauthorized access. This situation is particularly concerning as my father is a public figure, and the idea of someone potentially accessing or hacking into my account is alarming.

I initially used Hotmail for recovery on my original Facebook account, possibly with an old cell number, but I can't recall exactly. A few months ago, while on the east coast of Florida without a cell signal, I tried to reach out using Messenger but encountered issues. Accidentally, I created a new Facebook page but never used it. Last week, I created a business page on a new Facebook account with Gmail for recovery. Later, I decided to delete the business and then the new account when I realized my old Facebook had Hotmail for recovery. I attempted to set up Outlook for recovery, but didn't receive any emails on Hotmail. I even tried using Microsoft Authenticator but kept getting stuck in a loop of entering codes. It's becoming frustrating; I am tempted to abandon all social media platforms entirely.

I have been trying to reactivate my old Facebook account which I deactivated in the beginning of [redacted], around March to May of [redacted]. I have tried everything, from getting code numbers from Facebook through my email and my phone, but nothing seems to work. I've attempted old passwords with no success. I can provide any information about my account and its contents, as I truly want to regain access. I miss connecting with old friends and family on Facebook. My phone number is [redacted], and my email is [redacted] The cover photo is of me with a Dallas Cowboys frame from Facebook. I really don't want to open a new account as I have important photos and memories on this one. Please assist me in recovering my account so I can also access my Panda Pop game and old contacts on Messenger. Thank you for your help.

A person named Jessica Bennet, also known as Jessica Nicole on another account, has been harassing me persistently for more than two months. Initially contacting me through the Jessica Bennet account, I asked her to stop and subsequently blocked her. She proceeded to defame me both locally and online, particularly on Facebook. Additionally, she posted comments urging me to harm myself, which I reported and were subsequently removed. I believe she should face stronger consequences, such as being banned from Facebook. Subsequently, she created a new account under the name Jessica Nicole and continued to mock me publicly on Facebook, reigniting the harassment. After warning her to cease or face reporting, she persisted in her behavior, leading me to block this new account. I urge Facebook to take measures ensuring she cannot create further accounts to harass me, possibly by tracking her IP address to prevent new account creation. Stricter regulations, identity verification, and enforcement against multiple harassing accounts are necessary. I am pursuing legal action against her for harassment and will involve Facebook if they do not act to address this issue promptly.

My phone was stolen, and the passwords for my Facebook account and associated email address have been changed or forgotten. When I tried to create a new account, it required a phone number which I don't currently have access to. I prefer to retrieve my old account and deactivate the new one. During the new account setup, using my email resulted in a message that an account already exists, possibly my backup email. When attempting to reset the password, the verification process failed. Any assistance in resolving these issues would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Robin.

I need help with changing my business name from "Pitter Patter" to "Toddler Baby Co" on Facebook. After submitting the request, Facebook rejected it citing that the new name could be misleading. I believe my request is legitimate because: 1. I own the domain www.toddlerbabyco.com.au and .com for my website. 2. I have already created a logo for Toddler Baby Co. 3. I have secured the Facebook URL @toddlerbabyco. 4. I want to change the name due to the similarity with other pages and because Pitter Patter is not my official business name. Initially, I chose the name without realizing its lack of uniqueness.

I recently changed my phone number from [redacted] to [redacted] due to spam and harassment but forgot to update it on Facebook along with my new email, [redacted] Now I can't access my account as my device broke and I had to switch to a new one, causing me to be locked out of Facebook with no way to reset my password since I can't receive SMS messages on my old phone number and email. I keep getting locked out of everything. You guys locked me out after you unlocked me on Monday, saying you verified I was who I said I was. But tonight, as I was trying to retrieve all my contacts, I got a message saying I'm not who I claimed to be. I am telling the truth, and it's unfair that someone else gets to control whether I have access to Facebook or not. Please, may I have my original account back? There's so much important information, pictures, and connections with family and friends that I'll lose without it. I have crucial pictures of my family from Minnesota and my granddaughter, Emma. I came across a site on Facebook, www.saleandmall.com, offering various tools like welders, tool sets, cordless tool sets, and lawn mowers at great prices. I made purchases using my credit card, including a tool box set and an air compressor with expedited shipping. After receiving a tracking number, I eagerly awaited the delivery. Unfortunately, when the package arrived ahead of schedule, it only contained a small stuffed toy doll instead of the tools I ordered. Despite multiple attempts to contact the seller, named Dynamic E Shop, there has been no response. I hope that Facebook can assist in resolving this issue so I can receive the tools I paid for. I have Facebook on my old iPad. I recently got a new laptop but am unable to log into Facebook on it. After resetting my password on the iPad, I was prompted to submit a photo ID with personal information, which I did not feel comfortable with. Despite trying on my iPhone, the same request for a photo ID occurred. I find this process frustrating and Facebook is not being very user-friendly.

Our Facebook account experienced unauthorized logins. We have secured it with a stronger password. Seeking IP addresses of the intruders to investigate. Federal Police declined involvement as it doesn't pose a life-threatening risk. Our page addresses church mishandling of a child grooming case. We aim to promote accountability. Suspecting hacking from areas where church officials reside, seeking clarification.

I am a writer and a member of various book promotion groups on Facebook. Currently, my posting privileges in these groups have been suspended by Facebook until Saturday night. This suspension is impacting not only myself but also other authors in promoting our books effectively. These groups are essential for authors to connect with readers interested in discovering new books. By suspending my ability to post in these groups until Saturday, Facebook is causing me to lose out on 3 days of promotion for my latest book, ultimately affecting my book sales. Additionally, I invest in advertising on my Facebook author page, but if I am unable to utilize these book promo groups for promotion, I may consider taking my advertising budget elsewhere. My previous account has been unlawfully accessed multiple times. The unknown perpetrator altered my contact details, including the phone number, email, and password. They are now exploiting the account to deceive my acquaintances. My account features photos of my daughter and others who have tagged me in their children's pictures. Despite requesting immediate deactivation, the account remains active and continues to be misused. The current profile picture is of me without a heart frame. As I am unable to resolve this on my own and lack the necessary information used for the breach, I urge swift deactivation. If the situation persists, I may have to consider alternative measures.

Good morning, my Facebook is fixed now. I had trouble logging in many times despite receiving several recovery PINs. Even trying the photo recovery of my Facebook friends and some of my comments did not work. After two frustrating days of failed attempts to change passwords and seek assistance through email and live chat, I finally resorted to Googling "Facebook login." Following their instructions, I regained access to my account. Upon recovering my Facebook, two of my contacts informed me that my account had been hacked and used to send inappropriate content to them and others. One contact mentioned that her account had a similar issue. If you are facing login issues, I recommend trying different methods until you regain access. I hope this advice helps you with your situation.

About seven months ago, I was in a head-on collision with a semi-truck while traveling at 65 miles per hour. It resulted in severe injuries to the entire right side of my body. Fortunately, I managed to heal well. However, my phone was destroyed in the accident, leaving me without access to my phone number and email, as I had not updated my account information for a long time. I understand this situation is not your responsibility, but I am willing to provide any verification necessary, such as current photos, my driver's license, or anything else to prove my identity. The account contains precious pictures of my children, including one who has passed away. I received a 30-day ban for sharing a video of a man abusing a dog. The article's author requested it to be shared to help identify the perpetrator, who has a history of such acts. While it's distressing, sharing these helps in apprehending dangerous individuals. This is not about sharing explicit content but about seeking justice for innocent animals. I shared it with the sincere intention of aiding in the capture of such cruel people, similar to how the video of a lady discarding puppies led to her arrest. Being an animal lover, witnessing these acts is heartbreaking. Please reconsider the ban as my actions aimed at protecting animals from such atrocities.

I have been struggling to regain access to my account for almost a week. I've been locked out for nearly three weeks. I need help. I have the phone number linked to my account, a backup number, my login username, both email addresses, and a 4-digit security key. However, my password was changed three weeks ago, and I haven't been able to recover it. I've been using Facebook help for the last three days. Recently, I set up a Facebook page and began organizing albums and uploading images. However, today I encountered issues with adding new photos to existing albums or creating new ones. I can only download one photo at a time, and I seem to have been removed as a member. Additionally, when I search for the page, it no longer appears in the listings. Could there be limitations on the number of photos you can upload daily that result in temporary restrictions?
