Hi, my name is Matthew Boehm. I've been a Facebook user for a long time. I recently had an unfortunate experience where I thought I made a friend on Facebook, but it turned out to be someone pretending to be someone else. I mistakenly shared my email with this person before realizing the truth. When my mom tried to help me block this person and change my password on both Facebook and email, she accidentally deleted everything and reset my phone. I have a new phone number and email now. My old email was [redacted], and my new one is [redacted] My old phone numbers were [redacted] or [redacted], and my new number is [redacted]. I need help in recovering my Facebook account. I hope you can assist me and I look forward to your response. Feel free to call me at [redacted] if you need any further information. Thank you.

Subject: Issue with Recovering Facebook Account Hello Facebook Support, I recently encountered a situation where my account was compromised by a scammer who sent unauthorized attachments to groups on my profile. As a result, my account was locked pending verification of my identity, due to the attachments sent without my knowledge. During the verification process, a code was sent to my old mobile number, [redacted] [redacted] [redacted], which I no longer have access to as it was linked to a lost phone. My current mobile number is [redacted] [redacted] [redacted], which I overlooked updating in my account settings. Therefore, I am unable to access the code sent to my old number and verify my identity to have my account reinstated. I briefly considered creating a new account, but hesitated due to the potential loss of my extensive friends list, which includes approximately [redacted] contacts. I kindly request your assistance in reinstating my original Facebook account. You can reach me at [redacted] My name is Jimmy Collington, and I also maintain a music and dancing website with my wife at www.limpinjimmyandtheswinginkitten.com.au. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Warm regards, Jimmy (James Collington)

I used to have a Facebook Page named Ray Kirk@MuscleMusicianMotivates, which is now either Ray [redacted] or @MaxedOutMotivation, but I can't access it. When I try to add the page in Business Manager, it shows it's there, but I can't see it under pages. The issue is compounded because I started an online store and created a separate page for it. I initiated the adsManager for my online store on facebook.business, created the first ad but was unsure if it would go to my store's page or the motivational one. I mistakenly deleted the motivational page via adsManager, and now I can't access it as the admin, even though I can visit it with my personal profile. Additionally, my ad isn't visible on my store's page (Maxed Out Fitness@MaxedOutFitnessStore), and I want to be able to track its performance on the actual page rather than just the adsManager's admin page.

I am having trouble accessing my account as my recognized device is no longer working, and I no longer have access to the phone numbers linked to my account. I am unable to use the trusted contacts option and do not have an email linked to the account. I attempted to fill out the account recovery form but lacked the initial proof of identity requested. The documentation for the second option includes my full name as "Anne-Marie Rowan," while my account is under the name "Annie Rowan." I am unsure how to proceed to regain access to my account with these discrepancies. Can you please provide guidance on resolving this issue promptly? Thank you.

I am having trouble accessing my Gmail account, which was last used around August [redacted]. The email address is [redacted] This account is linked to my Facebook campaign, but I have forgotten the password. The issue with Facebook is that I have been using it for almost 2 years with the phone number [redacted]2. However, I did not update the phone number, so it has been reassigned to someone else. When trying to log in, the OTP goes to the new user who is not willing to share it with me. I urgently need to recover my Gmail account ([redacted]) to regain access to both the email and Facebook account. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Please contact me using the information below.

For almost a year, my fiancé's ex-girlfriend, Monica Lynn Hernandez, has been harassing and stalking me both in person and online. The harassment, filled with anti-LGBT hate, involves attempts to expose my transgender identity to others. Despite blocking numerous fake Facebook accounts and phone numbers, as well as relocating to another state, the harassment continues predominantly on Facebook. Monica started by creating a fake Facebook profile under my former male name and now uses my current name with a random male picture, sending friend requests to those connected to my fiancé and me. Despite involving law enforcement multiple times, the harassment persists. I value my Facebook presence but considering deactivating my account to escape this torment.

I was contacted on Facebook by someone who started a casual conversation that turned sexual and sent explicit photos. Flirting back, I realized they were a scammer threatening to share the images with my friends and family. After blocking and reporting the fake account, a new account messaged my family. I reported this to the local police and tried to provide screenshots, but when I tried to access the conversation, my account was suddenly disabled. The police suspect hacking or fake reports led to this. Despite appealing to Facebook, my account remains disabled without reasons given. I feel trapped as a victim of a scam, unable to contact my loved ones or provide evidence to the police. I've lost precious memories and am unable to create a new account.

I've had conversations and chats with someone through Facebook. I had screen-shotted the messages, but somehow they got deleted. I am aware that this person still has all our messages. I deleted them on my end when I blocked him and screen-shotted them. I need to retrieve them. I'm not sure how the screen shots were deleted from my phone. This individual has been following me home, observing me leave and return to my house. He has also been accused of serious crimes. I need these messages for evidence to protect my job and to seek help from the police for a restraining order. If he still has the messages, how can I access them? Is it possible to retrieve them? In these messages, he has expressed threatening behavior. He has made false claims to my employer because I declined his inappropriate advances.

Hello, my name is Yolie Gaspar Correa. I need help accessing my account as I have been unable to do so for the past three weeks. Unfortunately, I forgot my password, and the email and phone numbers associated with my profile are no longer active. I have not set up friend recovery options either. Despite numerous attempts to create a new account, I keep encountering issues where my account gets disabled or becomes unavailable after a review process. Yesterday, my husband, Leo Correa, reported my original account, hoping it would be disabled or disappear like the new ones I created. However, the account is still active. I am wondering if there is a way to recover my original account, as I would like to keep it if possible. Thank you for addressing my issue promptly.

For the past two months, I've been unable to log in to my account. When I try to reset my password, it keeps asking for a new photo and then my driver's license. After providing this information, it requests another photo, which I already submitted. It's a frustrating cycle that leads nowhere. I'm disappointed with the process of resetting the password and adding a photo. Not everyone has easy access to multiple photos or the ability to upload them. Facebook assumes everyone has top-notch computer skills. I am really frustrated with Facebook and the amount of time it has wasted. There should be a helpline available day or night for assistance. I've tried calling [redacted] numerous times, but it's just a useless loop. Please fix this issue with my account. My email is [redacted] and the password is as follows: [redacted]. Thank you, Scott W.

After agreeing to the terms, when I attempted to log back in, it claimed I was using an old password. I then tried the "forgot password" option, but I did not receive the code it said it sent. The responses from Facebook mistakenly referred to me as Allan, despite my clear explanation that my name is Mal Ritchie. Furthermore, the phone number associated with the account is not mine, and the email is outdated and unused for years. Although my profile picture appears correctly, upon selecting it, it switches to Allan Snelson's account (my ex from 4 years ago), even though my account should be under Mal Ritchie. The phone number I am being prompted to use ends in 41, but mine is 0[redacted]00. I received another code (addressed to Allan), but upon entering it, I was informed it was incorrect. This mix-up is causing confusion and frustration, as I am constantly stuck in a loop while trying to resolve the issue. I have never encountered this problem before and urgently need assistance to ensure my information is not being sent to my ex-husband.

I am currently unable to access my account. The email addresses linked to my account, [redacted] and [redacted], have been inactive for several years. The phone number associated with the account, +[redacted]4, is still in use but was not selected as a recovery option. Can the reset code be sent to my phone number, or can I recover my account using a friend's assistance, a feature I did not set up previously? If possible, I would like to link it to my fiancé's account under the name Cobus Cilliers, indicated as my fiancé on my profile. Sending the password reset code to my registered cellphone, linked to my account as Sharlene Govender, would be the simplest solution.

I am seeking assistance in recovering my Facebook account. I requested a six-digit code via text message, but I did not receive it. After multiple failed attempts, the option to receive a text is no longer available. The email associated with the account is incorrect, and my attempts to access it have been unsuccessful. Despite spending weeks on this issue, I am determined not to give up. I mistakenly created a new account thinking it would make it easier to seek assistance from Facebook, but now I only receive a six-digit code to reactivate the new account I no longer want. I am eager to regain access to my old account as it holds cherished photos and memories. Any guidance on resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

I am facing difficulty accessing my old Facebook account under the name Ricky Houser with a wolf meme profile picture. The account has an outdated email that I cannot retrieve due to security questions. I initially considered deactivating it but realized there are important pictures I want to save. I am unable to reset the password. Can someone at Facebook headquarters verify that both Ricky Houser and Rick Houser are the same person and assist me in accessing my account? The old account dates back to the early 2000s until around [redacted], falsely listing my location as London instead of Southington, CT, with New Haven humorously mentioned because of my college at Southern Connecticut State University. My current Facebook account, now under Rick Houser, has a champagne photo at the Eiffel Tower, representing my move from student life to working as an EMT in Meriden, CT. I share 63 friends with the old account. The email associated with the old account may be [redacted] or [redacted], complicating matters as my new account uses the same email. I aim to retrieve some pictures before deactivating the old account. As I attempt the "Trusted Friends" recovery method, I hope to receive assistance from Facebook. Thank you in advance.

#Truth Happy Birthday! #21stCentury #GlobalAfricans #GodShowedUp As one people among all people = balance & equity. This is #attainable. For example, many creative concepts are taken from us by others due to the exploitation of our $trillions GDP, leading to people having #GoldFever and losing their way. It's known our national consumption rate is about $1.2 trillion for #Africans in America. Understanding this helps grasp the demographics of #GlobalUnification. Uniting as a people means #DignityInTheWorldSystem is #Restored. Are we prepared to be #GloballyCompetitive using our own methods? Hello, my email address is used for my account login. Lately, I attempted to log in to my Facebook account but discovered it was disabled by Facebook because they suspect the user is not the account owner. I've tried to submit my identification documents to prove my ownership, as I am the one who has been using it. I'm unaware of who may have reported my account or why. I assure you I've always adhered to Facebook's policies and rules. It's possible someone has personal grievances or spread false information. I assert that I've not violated any laws or policies on Facebook. Therefore, I kindly ask for my account to be reactivated. Additionally, I urge Facebook to conduct a thorough investigation before blocking an account and to determine the reason behind my account's disabled status. Thank you. -RJ

I recently received a message about improving ads. Is there a way to completely opt-out of ads? I am willing to pay a fee if needed. I prefer communicating via email with a human instead of a chatbot. Contacting Facebook has been challenging. It would be great if Facebook, as a communication platform, could offer easier communication. Could you please provide me with all the data you have on my account, including any hidden information, details of any data sales, and the amounts Facebook received for this? I appreciate your platform and look forward to receiving the information I requested. Thank you for assisting users and valuing our feedback. I assure you I'm not a bot, and I hope others can share their thoughts too. If they do, they are genuine users. What significance does that hold for you?

I mistakenly set up a personal account instead of a page named Huck Sawyer, then created a separate page and invested money into it. I had intended to consolidate the account I recently regained access to in order to download the data and pictures, dating back to possibly 2[redacted] when I couldn't access my [redacted] account due to a forgotten password and outdated phone number. I appreciate the assistance in recovering these valuable photos from my time in the Navy and of my dear friends and children. The Huck Sawyer Media Page was meant for my not-for-profit work. I'm requesting to merge my old accounts into the correct one. I have encountered and reported numerous fake accounts, but I believe my situation has been handled unfairly. Please reach out to me to resolve this matter without legal action, as I've invested funds into building my startup page. I suspect this issue may stem from my critical videos about social media's impact on behavior and emotions. I'm also concerned about a removed ad that was approved previously. It's now featured on my website and gaining traction.

I am facing consistent issues with Facebook disabling my accounts. I solely rely on Facebook to stay connected with my friends. Unfortunately, each account I create gets disabled shortly after without any clear explanation. Despite not using multiple accounts simultaneously, every new account I make ends up disabled. I have tried creating accounts under both my real name, Aiden De Been Hall, and my nickname, Aiden Buscemi, but they all get disabled. Even attempts made by a friend on my behalf have faced the same outcome. This ongoing problem has prevented me from using Facebook effectively for months, causing significant frustration.

On April 23, I got logged out of my Facebook account while playing Pop Slots. I had to sign back in using my password. When I tried to log in again, it said the password I used 15-20 minutes earlier was my old password. I was advised to use the "forgot password" option, but the email linked to my account is inaccessible. Additionally, my phone number and another email for recovery were changed. I created a new account hoping to link it with the old one but was logged out again. I contacted 1[redacted] on April 24 and was told to buy a $50 steam card and give the 15-digit code to a representative claiming to work for Facebook to thwart a hacker. I found this suspicious and reported it to Facebook via email. They sent a password reset link to my new account, not the old one. Despite informing them, I am yet to retrieve access. I need help recovering my long-standing account, linked to Shazzan Hogue with the email [redacted] I can now be reached at [redacted] I have provided verification pictures but have not had a solution after a week of this issue.
