I believe my Facebook account was mistakenly blocked after reporting another account that was impersonating me. This person is spreading false information and violating Facebook's policies. I had to reactivate my original Facebook account to report the impostor, and even connected it to my Instagram account. However, Facebook has now disabled my account.
The fake account is using my Instagram photos without permission and making incoherent posts on Facebook. The impostor is also soliciting money from people. The fake account is under the name Sibongile Pretty, while my original account goes by Sibongile More. You can verify my identity through my Instagram account: 1pong_pong. I would appreciate any assistance as this situation is escalating.

I deactivated my Facebook account a few months ago, but even though I never logged back in, some people are telling me it still shows I'm active with all my pictures. The account belongs to Andy King from Grand Island, Nebraska, with the email [redacted] linked to it. I recently updated my phone number, but I'm facing issues logging into Facebook on my new device. Despite changing my number, I was still able to access Facebook on my old phone which I then passed on to my son. Now, I cannot log in on my new phone. I have tried various methods to resolve this, like using trusted friends or receiving SMS codes, but nothing seems to work. I even considered switching my old number back to the old phone to log in but wasn't sure if that would solve the problem. Additionally, attempts to switch my email address haven't been successful either. I haven't received any instructions as promised. I have been trying to access my old Facebook account with the email [redacted] Each time I try, I receive the message "Unable to verify your identity. Please try again later." There seems to be no option provided to verify my identity, and I used to be able to update the password at least, but now even that prompt doesn't come up.
I have searched through various forums, tried calling multiple numbers, and attempted to submit my driver's license, but the page for that also isn't functioning properly. It keeps saying no image is selected even when there is.
I am very frustrated by the lack of access to my account, as well as concerned about the breach of confidentiality.

I previously contacted Facebook regarding being scammed by a fake vacation rental link owned by Carlos Morris, a fraudulent profile using hacked pictures. I reported the incident, and Facebook advised me to block him, stating he did not violate their standards. He took an $[redacted] deposit for a rental he does not own. Facebook deleted all messages between Carlos Morris and me, which I now require to dispute the credit card charges. I was unaware of this deletion and am left with only my messages. It is imperative to retrieve these missing conversations to pursue recovery for the theft.

I am facing a serious situation where a person is defaming me and impacting my safety due to negative posts on their Facebook page. This has led to people threatening and assaulting me at my home and workplace. I have taken action by filing police reports for both incidents and obtaining a restraining order against the individual. Hello, I'm Malaki Etuale. I've been locked out of my Facebook account for about two and a half months now. I've tried to regain access without much success and have become quite frustrated. It seems that I may have thought my account was hacked in the past, leading me to open a second account. The account I prefer is the one with the family picture from a holiday in Thailand, while the other has no profile picture. I believe both accounts were created with different email addresses I've used over the years. As an older computer user, I can get easily confused and end up in trouble. I frequently deactivate my account due to privacy concerns. Upon logging back in, I was asked to re-enter my email and mobile phone number. Even though I've had the same mobile number for years, I started receiving messages for someone named Rochelle Wilson. After entering the mobile number, I was connected to Rochelle Wilson's Facebook account. I couldn't delete it, but managed to deactivate it. I'm ready to delete all Facebook communication as I've lost trust in its privacy and security. My account has been hacked by someone using the name Jhoylyn De Castro with the ID number [redacted]65. They have altered my login email, password, and contact number. I previously created another inactive account with the same email but can't access it to change my details. When I log in with my email and new password, it automatically takes me to the inactive account. I recently sold an item for $[redacted] through Messenger but encountered an issue with the payment method used. Despite updating the debit card details, the funds were sent to an old PayPal account that I no longer have access to, causing a loss for both the customer and myself. Despite reaching out to Facebook and PayPal for assistance, I have not received a resolution. I was deceived by this person into a compromising situation during a video call, and they are now blackmailing me. I believe my friend's hacked account has affected me, as I have received scam offers of $[redacted],[redacted], which I ignored. I regret clicking "accept" on a message claiming my friend wanted to communicate via Messenger, as one doesn't need to accept anything to use it. Now, I've received another suspicious message supposedly from my son, asking me to "send a link" to join him on Messenger.
