I am experiencing difficulties accessing my Facebook account. Despite numerous attempts to reset my password, the issue persists. Facebook is essential for my job and other important matters. I have not been hacked, but I am unable to log in successfully. Each time I reach the final step, the process fails. I have tried entering the codes sent to my phone and email, as well as completing the friend picture matching task. I was questioned about old selling posts I made which were all legitimate, yet I was directed to delete them without an option to confirm their authenticity. After selecting delete all, an error message appears. This is a new and frustrating problem for me. I seek a prompt resolution to this issue.

I have been eager to create a FaceBook account for a while now. Three or four months ago, I successfully created one with a profile picture and uploaded another photo. However, when I tried to access FaceBook on my iPhone app, I was prompted to log in and found out my account was disabled. After appealing, I regained access for 24 hours before receiving the same disabling message. As of August 28, [redacted], my account remains disabled, despite only having a profile picture and a wall photo. I wish to understand why this has happened, as I only want to connect with existing and new acquaintances. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My Gmail accounts, [redacted] and [redacted], have been hacked alongside my Samsung J1 and Samsung S4 devices. My Facebook account under the name Hani Horton from Auckland, New Zealand, linked to [redacted], has also been compromised. I kindly request the prompt shutdown of these accounts associated with the mentioned email addresses. I'm unable to access my accounts, create new ones, or recover them due to the unauthorized changes. Despite numerous hard resets on both devices, I remain locked out, suspecting spyware involvement. Any assistance in addressing these issues would be greatly appreciated.

I deactivated my account to delete messages and my inbox as recommended by someone else. After marking messages as spam and trying to erase them, I was instructed to completely deactivate my account, which I did. The phone number and email associated with the account are outdated. I created a new email but now wish to access my old one. Despite remembering my password, it is not being accepted, possibly due to deactivation. When I try to use my trusted contacts to reset the password, the page does not load. How can I regain access to my old Facebook account?

I encountered an issue with my account being blocked. Upon realizing it was due to having multiple accounts, I acknowledge my mistake. I am keen to regain access to my account as it is associated with a mobile game called Dragon Ball Z Dokkan Battle. This game holds sentimental value to me as I have invested both time and money in it. For the moment, I just require a short window to be able to log back in. Regrettably, I didn't create a transfer code assuming I could easily log in through the linked Facebook account. Additionally, the game developer is unable to assist as I linked it to Facebook, rendering them unable to provide a transfer code for account recovery. I am facing a concerning situation. Despite having enforced No Contact Orders, my persistent stalker has managed to track me down on Facebook. Due to my work account being disabled, I was compelled to use my personal account for work purposes. I had previously raised this issue with Facebook but it remains unresolved. I solely used my work account professionally, maintaining a distinct identity for safety reasons due to my public occupation. My work account name was widely recognized in my industry. I have legal documentation detailing my history with this stalker, including court orders. Even the state has acknowledged my safety concerns on my government ID. Facebook's lack of response has forced me back to using my personal account, jeopardizing my safety. I implored Facebook to allow access to my original professional account, "MissReyna PromoModel," to safeguard my work and safety. I am apprehensive about losing work opportunities and the potential threat to my life. I urgently request a resolution from Facebook before any harm occurs.

I recently reported that someone had created a fake Facebook account using my pictures and name. My name on Facebook is Linda Walpole Price Garza, and the imposter is using the name 'Linda Garza' with old pictures of me and my friends. I have over [redacted] friends on Facebook, including some celebrities. The imposter has been sending out duplicate friend requests, causing confusion. I reported the fake account, but unfortunately, Facebook has also closed my real account along with it. I am now locked out of my own account and need assistance to regain access to it without the fake one being reopened. I have put a lot of effort into building my network of friends and do not want to start over from scratch. Can someone please help me resolve this issue and regain access to my original account?

I can receive messages directly from my Facebook page via email and phone number. I've tried logging in several times with my password but haven't received any text for the login code. I attempted extra verification and reported the issue to Facebook, but I still haven't heard back. They requested a code generator, which I can't access because I am unable to log in to generate the code. It's been a week since I contacted them, and I'm still unable to access my account. I've had my account since [redacted], but I encountered issues logging in when I got a new phone. Facebook wouldn't accept my password, claiming it was incorrect, even though it seemed to recognize it as one of my previous passwords. I created a new account with a new email, [redacted], but I really want to access my original account and update the email to an active one. I am experiencing frustration as Facebook has removed my personal profile, Apricot Jam, without providing a clear reason. This has been my personal space, even though Apricot Jam is a nickname I prefer over my real name. Since Monday, I have not received a response from Facebook about what steps I can take to restore my profile, which is adding to my frustration. Many users on Facebook use names like Apricot Jam, making me question why my case is being treated differently. As a member of the queer community, I wonder if Facebook requests identification from all users and how this policy may impact transgender individuals uncomfortable with using their birth names. I've been trying to add products to my store page, and most of the T-shirts I've added have been stuck in "processing" status for over four days. I'm curious about the delay and would appreciate an update on when this issue might be resolved. Additionally, when attempting to create an ad, the dialogue box requesting to select my goal appears empty each time. I've disabled my AdBlocker and tested a different browser, but the options needed to proceed with the advert creation remain unavailable.

Hello, I need assistance with an issue I've been trying to resolve for hours. I previously had a Facebook business page linked to an Instagram business account. After changing the name on Facebook, I couldn't update it on Instagram, so I created a new Instagram account with the new name. Despite deactivating the link on Facebook and deleting the old Instagram account, I keep receiving a message saying "Page already linked to Instagram account." I uninstalled and reinstalled the Instagram app but still face the same issue. The old account is named "theoilladyofnz" and the new one is "theoilladynz." I've been using Facebook on my phone without having to log in for a long time. The email linked to my account is outdated, and I can't update it because my husband's Facebook is connected to it. I recently got a new email address, but I forgot my password and can't access the code sent to my old email, which I can no longer recover. I don't want to lose all the memories and photos on my old account. I need help to regain access to my account. I successfully created a Facebook page for my business with a chosen username which I also used for an Instagram business profile. However, I accidentally deleted the Facebook page. When I tried to recreate it with the same username, I received a message saying the page is not eligible for a username. Even though the username I want is available with a green checkmark, it won't let me use it. Now, I only have a bunch of numbers as a page ID. How can I promote my business effectively with just numbers in the link? I really need help to resolve this issue.

Hello, I am requesting assistance with deleting my deceased Grandmother's Facebook account permanently. I possess knowledge of her account passwords and email addresses, but unfortunately lack official identification documents like a birth certificate or passport. Facebook requires identification to surpass the security check prompt preventing access to her account. The platform prompts me to provide identification such as a passport or driver's license, which I do not possess. Dear Facebook, A few weeks ago, I received a message stating that someone from the Netherlands hacked into my account and changed my password. Regrettably, I do not recall what the original password was. I attempted to reset it, but the verification emails from Facebook never reached my inbox. I tried multiple email providers such as IndaMail, Gmail, and FreeMail, but none of them received the verification emails from Facebook. I exhausted all options available in the Facebook Help Center, including identifying with a code sent to a friend, but despite my efforts, I never received the emails from Facebook. I am concerned about multiple Facebook accounts I have that seem to have been hacked. Over the past six months, I purchased three phones and suspect my ex-partner, Kenny Lyons, has been unlocking them without my permission. He uses the email address kennylyons26[at]gmail.com. My emails are tessa.sugarplum45[at]gmail.com and anntheresa744[at]gmail.com. It appears that searches have been made for phone manuals for a Galaxy 3 Merge and for an Alcatel One Touch, which do not belong to me. When Mr. Lyons calls, other individuals' names like Dice Devine, Billy Rhineburger, Anthony Gray, and Becca Martin show up on the screen. I suspect my phone might have been cloned or mirrored. I have experienced a security breach on my Facebook account associated with the email [redacted] and username Tins Mik due to falling for a phishing scam. The hacker has changed the recovery email to a randomly generated one using my name followed by numbers. Despite following Facebook's recovery process, I received an automated email claiming everything is secure.
