We have previously discussed my issue, but it was challenging because you were speaking English, which I do not understand. Additionally, I encountered another major problem while advocating for the rights of mental health patients: my computer was hacked. This led to significant communication issues as I couldn't receive emails or access Facebook, where I was eagerly anticipating responses. I couldn't send messages either, unsure if my emails were getting through. I spent the past 8 days working to restore my PC functionality. It seems to be working now, but I am behind on correspondence and struggling to imagine what messages I may have missed. I have missed your assistance. I have eventually submitted my complaint to Facebook's legal and customer service departments.

I was recently asked for help and mistakenly shared a screenshot instead of a link. As a result, my account password, email, and phone number were changed. I managed to regain access using a selfie video for the security code, but couldn't enable two-factor authentication. Shortly after, my password, email, and phone number were changed again. I have reset my password, but now I am unable to access my account without the 8-digit security code. Despite trying to verify my identity with Instagram, using the selfie video method, I have been unsuccessful. Can anyone assist me in obtaining the 8-digit security code to regain access to my account?

I need help to log in to Facebook from a different computer. After being away for two weeks, I can't access my account using my phone or any other Windows laptop. Now on an iMac, the login process on Facebook's site is stuck in a loop and unproductive. I haven't violated any rules and attempted to troubleshoot without success. The lack of support or solutions from Facebook is frustrating and wasted a lot of my time. My Fakebook and Messenger accounts were hacked on 01/14/[redacted] by someone who seems to work for Fakebook. They are trying to extort money from me to return my accounts. I believe I am the rightful owner. I am requesting the hacker's account to be disabled and an email to be sent to me so I can change the account back to my name. I also want the hacker to face jail or prison time for theft, fraud, and identity theft. The hacked account profile picture is a beautiful purple rose. The hacked account's information includes the email [redacted] and the password Shirley8219, which has likely been changed. Someone claiming to be from Facebook called from the phone number [redacted] on 01/20/[redacted], pretending to help me, but then demanded $[redacted] as extortion. Can anyone assist with this situation?

My Facebook account is currently locked due to what seems to be suspicious activity. When I tried to change my password after getting a new Samsung phone in addition to my iPhone, the account got locked. When I logged back in, I noticed some unusual things like a set of numbers where my email or phone number usually goes, and my name initials together like the start of an email address that I never created. I haven't received the login code on either of my phones except twice. I've had this account for over 12 years, and I really need access back without having to provide my ID due to security concerns with hackers. The email address associated with the account is outdated, and I can't access it. I'm only connected to my current email ([redacted]) for verification. I also need access to my messenger with all the data intact. Please assist me in unlocking my account.

I am wondering why I cannot view all my matches on Facebook Dating. Despite being notified of 10 new matches, only 5 are displayed. Previously, I could see all matches, but now it only shows the latest 5. Usually, I wait for the other person to initiate a conversation to confirm their interest. I recently fell victim to a scam on Facebook marketplace. I followed the guidelines by paying through Facebook Messenger for an item, only to realize the seller was a fraud. Once I sent the payment and asked for a tracking number, the seller vanished, blocking me and deactivating their account. I tried to stop the payment without success. It's disheartening that scammers exploit platforms like marketplace, preying on individuals like me who are financially vulnerable. I hope Facebook takes more measures to prevent such fraudulent activities in the future.
