As the only administrator of a group with over 8,[redacted] members, I am experiencing difficulties accessing the Discussion page on my computer. Whenever I try to view or post information, I keep receiving an error message saying "page isn't available right now." I have attempted various solutions found online without success. Despite reaching out to Facebook for help multiple times, the issue remains unresolved. Additionally, I am unable to access the Community Help page as it also displays the "page isn't available" message. While I can view specific posts by clicking on notifications about comments, the same does not apply for reaction notifications. It is crucial for me to have access to Facebook on my computer, especially since my group provides public safety updates during wildfires, requiring me to keep multiple websites open to share vital information with members when homes and lives are at risk.

Hello, A few weeks ago, I received emails from Facebook about someone attempting to change my password without my authorization. Despite informing Facebook immediately via email that it was not me, someone managed to hack my account and access my credit card information, leading to unauthorized charges. I am frustrated with how easily this happened. Facebook's lack of direct contact options and reliance on generic buttons for issue resolution is disappointing. The absence of emergency contact information only complicated matters further when my account was compromised. My blocked Facebook account has caused me significant setbacks, affecting my work and ability to use Facebook for advertising. I am currently waiting for Facebook to address the situation, but the delay is causing me distress. My Facebook page has been restricted, and I am unsure of the reason. I happened to recover two forgotten passwords some time back, resulting in three pages under my name. This was not deliberate, as each page catered to different groups of people. My main page, where I share information about my business as a Computer Support Technician, should not violate any rules to my knowledge. These pages are essential to me, holding memories of my grandson who was recently murdered and my late 93-year-old mother who passed away in May [redacted]. I rely on them to help others. I have tried the steps on Facebook to no avail; I did not receive any code on my phone numbers or emails. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello Gethuman.com, I am experiencing difficulties with Facebook and reached out to support at [redacted] on June 20th. I had set up 2FA on my Facebook account, but after switching to a new phone, I forgot to update the Auth app and re-link it to Facebook. Although my cell phone number is saved in the account, I am not receiving the login code required to access the Facebook app. I can still access Facebook through the browser on my work PC, allowing me to post. As I manage two business profiles (www.facebook.com/VBLahr/ and www.facebook.com/blackvrst/), it is crucial that I regain access to my account. Around 8:30 a.m. on Friday, June 24th, I received a Facebook notification informing me that someone unknown had accepted a friend request that I didn't send. After dropping off my son at school 15 minutes later, I checked the notification and was surprised to see that I had allegedly violated community standards. I attempted to review the message but I am still locked out of my account without understanding the reason. At approximately 1 p.m. that day, I got another notification asking if I tried to log in from somewhere in America, which I did not. I promptly changed my password. As I use Facebook for my business, I am eager to regain access. The accusation of child sexual exploitation, based on a photo of my son in the bath from about 10 years ago where the word "sex" was unintentionally spelled out, is distressing. Besides that innocent incident, I cannot fathom why I would be accused of such a serious offense. I suspect my account may have been hacked.

I am seeking assistance regarding my hacked Facebook account. On Monday, June 27th around 2:30pm, my account was compromised, and unauthorized posts promoting Middle East terrorist groups were posted. These posts do not reflect my beliefs or values. Currently, I am locked out of my account and prompted with a "Review Requested" message whenever I attempt to access it. Reviewing my Facebook history will confirm that the posts were not made by me. Once access is restored, I plan to change my password immediately. This incident is unprecedented for me and my account, which I have used for business and as a repository of cherished memories. I have encountered various issues trying to regain access to my account. Despite creating two new Gmail accounts for this purpose and receiving account recovery codes, none of the codes are successful. Even after submitting my ID twice, my reset attempts have been unsuccessful. Although my Facebook account seems active, the recovery codes aren’t sent to [redacted], and the codes provided for [redacted] are ineffective. I have used the Facebook account associated with [redacted] for years, yet I was swiftly locked out. I would appreciate any assistance as this situation keeps reverting to my old Facebook account.

This morning, I received 6 emails indicating that my Facebook account has been compromised. The hacker changed my email, password, and phone number. I attempted to reclaim my account using the provided method in the emails, but it requires the Facebook application, which I cannot access without my account. Even trying to log in without the credentials, the system did not recognize my devices. The stolen account had a profile picture with the number "17," used to be associated with the email "[redacted]," under the name "Lorenzo Barone." The hacker changed the email to "[redacted]" and added the phone number "+[redacted]8." My account is currently blocked, and I am seeking assistance to recover it. If there is an Italian operator available, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

Dear Facebook Team, I am reaching out regarding the hacking of my email [redacted] and Facebook account Matteo Matta. My account was used by a hacker to share a video containing child pornography, resulting in my suspension from Facebook. On Saturday, 25.06.[redacted] at 01:22 am, the hacker gained access to my email, changed the password, and then posted the illegal video on my Facebook page at 01:51 am. My account was suspended by the Facebook team at 01:57 am for violating community standards. I only discovered this on Sunday morning, 26.06 around 09:00, when I received a notification from the Facebook app regarding the video that was published without my consent. I tried to report and remove the video, but my account had already been suspended, and I was unable to log in. I have been unable to contact Facebook support regarding this issue. I suspect there may be more unauthorized videos on my profile. I am seeking assistance to regain access to my Facebook account, which I have had since [redacted]. Hello, I am Veronica Stephens. I recently discovered that my email was hacked, allowing the hacker to access my Facebook account and change the login credentials. They also changed the email associated with the account and removed my phone number. I was unable to regain access due to the altered email address. The hacker created a new Facebook account using my email, which got locked demanding my driver's license for verification. However, I do not wish to verify the new account but instead recover my original Facebook account. I believe I need to delete the new account to regain access to my original account, where I can verify my identity by providing a photo of my driver's license.

I have been struggling to resolve a Facebook account lockout issue for over a year. Despite attempting several fixes, I continue to be unable to log in due to not receiving any two-factor authentication codes.
