I require assistance with verifying my identity on Facebook. The ID Uploader feature is not functioning properly. Despite repeatedly uploading my non-driver's license ID, birth certificate, voter ID, and medicaid card on my phone, with all details matching my government name, I have not been successful. Furthermore, the desktop uploader is not sending the necessary email for the next step. Although I activated two-step verification, I have changed my phone number since then. Due to focusing on an illness, my account is temporarily deactivated. Unfortunately, I am unable to seek help from friends, family, or trusted contacts at this time. I am seeking support to resolve this issue.

I am facing a serious issue with a friend's hacked Facebook account. The hackers are impersonating her, damaging her reputation, and even asking for money on her behalf. I have evidence, including a recorded phone call where the impersonators spoke with me and it's clear they are not my friend. Despite multiple attempts to report the issue, Facebook has not taken any action. The hackers changed the email and password, making it impossible to recover the account. This situation is causing my disabled friend significant emotional distress and tarnishing her image. I urgently need to speak with a representative over the phone.

Despite numerous attempts to recover my account through the help center, I keep encountering the same unhelpful prompts, such as requesting my old password or sending a new one to an email address not associated with me. Another option presented was to upload my identity card, but the system did not accept it. I urge you to promptly investigate this matter as I rely on my profile for various reasons. I have attached a copy of my identity card for verification. Please understand the impossibility of me changing my details from France, as I was actively using my account from Hungary during the reported incident. Hello, it has been several months since I lost access to my Facebook account. I have friends all over the world, including very close ones, with whom I have lost all contact. Facebook suddenly disconnected me from my app. I have tried everything to recover and create a new password. I even sent my ID card, but Facebook keeps asking for a code sent to a phone number I no longer have for several years! I have changed my phone number, but my email address remains the same! Hello, I'm reaching out because my Facebook account got hacked, resulting in Facebook blocking my access to both Facebook and Instagram. The hacker posted content that violated the platforms' rules. I submitted a form on April 1, [redacted], for them to review my account, but as of April 10, [redacted], I haven't received any updates. I am considering deleting Facebook because it seems like a platform where users blindly follow community standards that don't truly exist. Looking around, there are people committing serious crimes, and it's hard to believe that trying to enforce these standards will make a difference. Facebook tries to conform everyone to the same mold with its standards, making it seem like they know best, when in reality, they may be fostering bigotry. I hope this platform faces consequences for its actions in the future. Thank you.

I tried logging into my account using Opera Mini, resulting in it being locked out. Despite following all the recommended processes, I am unable to resolve the issue. Currently, my favorite account, Humble Bassey, is inaccessible. With my login contact [redacted]3, I attempted to recover the account using other accounts, Humble Dan and Humble Deemer, but they were locked as well. I feel stuck and need assistance. I'm having trouble accessing my two long-standing Facebook accounts, one for gaming and one for my main personal page. I've spent all night trying to resolve this issue using the customer help options on the pages themselves, but it only made things worse. I'm frustrated and considering reporting Facebook to the BBB. I'm also sharing my experience on all my social media platforms. I'm unable to contact your company for phone customer service, as you don't provide that option. Please refrain from sending me any more emails on this matter, as they have only complicated things further.

Unfortunately, on Thu, Mar 31, [redacted], my computer was compromised by malware and ransomware. As a result, hackers took over my Facebook account, posting inappropriate content and altering my personal details. Subsequently, my account was disabled by Facebook, prompting me to undergo the standard account recovery procedures. Regrettably, these steps are quite limited, preventing me from fully explaining the situation to Facebook and therefore hindering a swift resolution to restore my account and address any reputational issues. While Facebook is currently reviewing my appeal, they lack crucial background information due to the constraints of their procedures. I kindly request your assistance in facilitating the recovery of my Facebook account. I have already submitted my ID multiple times and am willing to provide it again if needed. My husband passed away on February 16, [redacted]. Following his passing, his adult daughter (my step-daughter) offered to assist with organizing his service. She initially supported the idea of creating a Facebook page in his memory, which she set up around February 19th or 20th, [redacted]. We both were listed as administrators on the page. Unfortunately, on March 1st, she removed me as an administrator, leaving her with full control. The page had [redacted] members and was a vital way to communicate about planned events in memory of my husband. Without consulting me, she decided to remove the page after his memorial service on April 8th, disrupting our plans to continue honoring him. I'm capable of managing the page and only suggested she create it to involve her in honoring her dad, as she had expressed interest. I kindly request the page be reinstated under my administration, as originally intended for ongoing remembrance by friends and family. I need access to post pictures from recent events and the live stream of the funeral that may not have been shared. On March 5th, I started receiving messages from someone who claimed to be an administrator for Facebook in Turkey. The messages were in Turkish, so I had to have them translated to understand the content. The person mentioned that I had multiple accounts and was behaving inappropriately on Facebook, which was confusing to me as I don't use Facebook in Turkey and I don't speak Turkish. I informed them that they had the wrong account but received no response. Later, when returning from dinner, I found my computer had unexpectedly shut down. Despite several attempts, I could only access my AOL email and other internet information, but my Facebook account remained locked. Subsequently, I received a message from someone via AOL offering to help me regain access to Facebook for a fee, starting at $[redacted], which I found unreasonable. After declining, the person reduced the amount to $50 before disconnecting. I have been following the recovery procedure provided when attempting to unlock my account, but despite multiple efforts per day, my account remains inaccessible. Feeling frustrated and exhausted by the process, I am considering transitioning away from Facebook unless the issue is resolved promptly.

My account has been disabled due to suspected hacking. Unauthorized $[redacted] charges were attempted on my linked debit card towards Facebook, which my bank thankfully declined. When I try to access help on www.facebook.com/business/help, I am prompted to pay $[redacted].66 to restore my account. The recommended steps on the Facebook Help page have not been helpful. The provided contact emails [redacted] and [redacted] bounced back as undeliverable, citing "Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual alias table." I urgently need to reach out to Facebook to report the hack and clarify that I did not initiate the disputed transactions. The disabling of my account is also restricting access to my organization's five Facebook pages.

Dear Community Members, I have been an active user of Facebook for several years with the email address [redacted] Recently, I encountered an issue as someone has altered the password for my account without my knowledge. Despite my attempts to resolve this problem, I am unable to regain access to my account because I no longer have access to the associated email address [redacted] and had not linked a mobile number for account recovery. I am in possession of a Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus and a Samsung Galaxy S8, using them to access Facebook. I reside in Berlin, Germany, and occasionally travel to Karachi, Pakistan. On my last visit on April 2nd, I accessed Facebook from Karachi but have been unable to do so since. If necessary, I am willing to provide further verification such as comparing profile photos or showing my passport. During the Covid-19 pandemic, I have been mostly based in Islamabad, Pakistan, rather than New York. I have noticed that my phone has been used frequently by my office workers due to the poor internet connectivity outside of the office or home. I have had to change my Facebook account security information and password numerous times, and I have been blocked multiple times for community standards violations I was not aware of. I kindly request Facebook management to reconsider closing my old account, which is important for staying in touch with my American friends, officials, and family, as well as promoting my restaurant business, TANGA CUISINE, in Pakistan, once the pandemic is over. On Sunday, April 10th, I discovered that my account email had been changed without my knowledge. Despite my attempts to access the account following the notification, I realized it had been hacked. I am dealing with identity theft, so the account does not contain my actual information. However, the platform is now requesting my identification as a verification method. Providing an approximate ID reveals that I do not use my real identity on this platform. Due to a previous identity theft incident, I have limited ways to prove my ownership of the account, and unfortunately, I am unable to speak to a representative for assistance. Additionally, due to being in an abusive relationship, I am cautious about sharing my real personal information online, further complicating the situation.

I've been struggling to access my Facebook account for three days now. Each time I try, it asks me to change my password, send a code to my phone via SMS, and prompts me for a Code Generator I never set up. Even though my account is for 2-factor authentication, I never approved this change. I attempted to send my credentials through the alternative methods, but my web camera doesn't take micro pictures. The Help Pages haven't been much help. I need Facebook to resolve this access issue promptly.

I often participate in a group challenge where we come up with three-word titles. Recently, I responded with song, book, or film titles to describe the last 12 years of Conservative rule. My answers were 'Gimme Gimme Gimme', 'Stand And Deliver', and 'Hang 'Em High'. However, I've been banned from Facebook for 30 days for allegedly inciting violence with my comments taken out of context. I meant to express how the public has been neglected, not advocate violence. Despite appealing the decision, I was informed that my case won't be reviewed. Facebook is vital as I live far from my family, and it's my only connection to the outside world. If I had been intentionally offensive, I would understand the ban. Can someone offer advice on how I can address this issue and be reinstated?

I would appreciate it if you could please review my account again. I understand that due to the current coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, there may be limited staff available to assist. If my account is found to comply with the Community Standards, I hope to regain access to Facebook. However, if it is determined that my account does not comply, I understand it will be permanently disabled with no chance for further appeal. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

My account has been disabled again. For unknown reasons, I received no explanations, just the excuse of unusual activities. I have been using Facebook since [redacted] without any issues. However, in March [redacted], it seems there are many problems with Facebook. If they review our activity, they would see that we only play games like puzzles and use play money from casino sites. We never use foul language or disrespect others, yet our account has been disabled. Facebook is asking for private information to confirm my identity, but I am not comfortable sharing this online. I have provided my home phone and cell number but have not received any response from Facebook. It feels like Facebook has hired individuals to deceive users in the private sector.
