I am struggling with an issue involving my locked Facebook account. Despite providing detailed information on the problem and attempting various methods to reach out to Facebook, the issue remains unresolved.
After submitting five different forms of identification to verify my identity, I received a code to log back in, only to find that the account is still locked. The only option provided is to send a code to my cell phone, which has been damaged.
This situation arose after I deleted cookies on my PC to access my ISSA training, causing Facebook to prompt for additional verification. Despite using the same device for Facebook for over a decade, it did not recognize it without the password saved. I disabled two-factor authentication each time I verified my identity previously, yet it continues to require it.

While on vacation, I experienced issues uploading my photos on Facebook. The next day, I found out that my account was locked due to a violation of community standards. Several years ago, I deactivated my Facebook account. Recently, I decided to reactivate it. I successfully changed my password via the code emailed to me. However, upon uploading my photo ID to recover my account, the confirmation code email never arrived after entering my email twice. At the end of February, there were several unauthorized logins to my Facebook account where someone accessed my account and posted items on Facebook Marketplace without my permission. Despite following Facebook's security measures, the issue persisted as I suspect my Yahoo account was hacked, providing the culprit access to my email. Hello team,
I have been experiencing difficulties accessing my Facebook account since Saturday, March 26, [redacted], under the ID Mega Rabbani (Jahanzeb).
After attempting to reset my password and encountering a security block, when verifying my account via SMS, the system claims my phone number is incorrect despite receiving the code. Unfortunately, I cannot find a place to input this received code as shown in the attached image.
On March 31st, I again tried to regain access using the code sent to my phone without success. Facebook is now saying my number is invalid, even though I continue to receive security codes.
I urgently need assistance in recovering my account as I am involved in organizing a local esport event in April for eSportsFaction. I use Facebook for work purposes, including managing registrations and player queries. It is crucial for me to access Messenger for these tasks as the event approaches.

Additionally, I am restricted from going live or advertising for the next 30 days. I deactivated my Facebook account in May [redacted]. On Sunday, April 3, [redacted], I decided to create a new Facebook account. After connecting, within one to two hours, I was unable to log back in and received a message stating my account was disabled for not following community standards. I believe this deactivation was a mistake as I did not violate any of Facebook's rules.
On Tuesday, April 5, [redacted], I attempted to recover my old account under the name of Moth Mountakha Bassirou, which is a nickname, while my real name is Moth Top. I was supposed to receive a code at my email [redacted] for verification, but I did not receive it.

I am a disabled senior citizen who is home-bound and unable to afford a smartphone. Due to a power outage last night, my computer passwords were not working this morning. While I could access my Yahoo email with a new password, Facebook has locked me out and is requesting a selfie video and a picture of my ID, which I don't have due to my disability. Thank you for the reply; unfortunately, the issue persists as the person has changed the email and phone number associated with the account. Despite it being originally linked to my email, attempting to reset the password results in the code being sent to their email instead of mine, which is quite puzzling as I do not have a Gmail account. I have submitted a picture of my passport to Facebook, but it will take some time for them to address this, especially since the person has also altered the name on the account. I have tried contacting them with no success. Additionally, I have lost access to my Messenger, where I had cherished memories with friends who have since passed away. It seems my only option for now is to repeatedly request password resets in the hopes that the person currently controlling the account has to input new details each time. It's frustrating that such situations occur when individuals could simply create their own account, even if under a pseudonym. It's disheartening that a corporation of such magnitude lacks a direct customer service line for more personalized assistance.

I am having difficulty with forms and emails. I now know how to use a desktop on Apple products to send my ID to you. I have submitted the necessary documents, which have been approved. Upon sending these, I realized my primary email is a Live type email that was hacked around 8-10 years ago. I can't recall the exact timing. I would like to remove this email as I have been locked out of it for a long time.
Additionally, I am unable to set my current email as the primary one. I would like to make my Gmail the primary email and resolve the issue with my ad account, which has been locked for over a year. I suspect it's due to my inactive primary email, but I am unsure.

About a month ago, we were hacked, and despite several attempts to reach customer support, we lost all our published content.
