Hello, I'd like to share what happened with my Facebook account. Recently, it was accessed without my authorization, and the password was changed. Interestingly, the verification code sent to my email was never entered during this process, and only my Facebook account was impacted. Following the breach, the associated email was altered to a hotmail.de address that is not mine. Despite my attempts to recover my account by resetting the password, I encountered challenges. Facebook prompts me to enter a 6-digit code sent to the unfamiliar hotmail.de email for verification, which I cannot access. When I indicate that I don't have access to this email, the process loops back, asking for the same code. I've reached out to Facebook support for assistance but have not received a response yet. Now when I try to log in, a message appears referring to the account being compromised. I appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you.

Dear Facebook Help Center Team, My Facebook page has been hacked! The hacker gained access on March 18th through Business Manager. They have become admins on my page and are posting inappropriate content. Despite multiple complaints to the Facebook Help Center team, my issues remain unresolved. I recently switched phones and am unable to access my Facebook account due to my old email being closed for the past 8 years because of a virus. I haven't used my security code in that time and don't remember it at all. To make any changes to my Facebook account from my old phone, I need the security code, which is sent to my old email address. I am stuck in a difficult situation and need to update my account information and security code to use my Facebook on my new phone. I have tried various solutions like adding a new email to my account to receive the code, but nothing seems to work. It's frustratingly secure to the point where I can't even access it myself. Thank you for any assistance you can provide; I really don't want to create a new Facebook account and end up with two existing ones! Thank you once again.

I am unsure why my posting ability was disabled, and I would like clarification on the violation of community policies. Around 7pm Eastern on April 1st, someone hacked into my account and changed the email address associated with it to their own. I attempted to create a new account to regain access to my old one, but it was unsuccessful. Unfortunately, support is sending verification codes to the hacker's email address. When I receive emails from support, they are requesting my old email address, which the hacker is still able to provide. The changes made to my account were done through an iPhone, even though I use an Android device. This means that any communication related to the iPhone is likely with the hacker, keeping me locked out. The new Facebook account I created only has one friend, while the correct account dating back to [redacted] is inaccessible due to the email changes made by the hacker.

My newly created Facebook account got disabled shortly after its setup. This was my first attempt at joining a social media platform, and the reason given was not meeting "Community Standards". Despite not having interacted with anyone or posted anything, my account was disabled, leaving me confused. My Facebook account has been hacked. The hackers changed both the email and password associated with it. I am unable to access the new email or phone number they added because I didn't set them up. Even after uploading a picture of my ID for verification, Facebook's automated system failed to recognize my account as mine. I have also tried using my old last name to match the one on my account to no avail. The hackers are using my account to scam my friends through Messenger and posting fraudulent content. Despite my friends reporting the hack, Facebook has not taken any action. I urgently need help to recover my account.

On March 27th, I received alarming news from friends about my Facebook account being hacked with inappropriate content posted. Subsequently, I was threatened via email for ransom in bitcoins. Despite my immediate efforts to regain access, I encountered issues with the SMS recovery process; although I received the code, Facebook did not prompt me to input it. While I believe I managed to update my password, I continue to face challenges logging in, receiving notifications of policy violations regarding child exploitation. This situation has put my business accounts, along with 13 years of cherished memories, at risk. The ongoing lockout is causing significant distress both personally and financially.

I am encountering an issue with a girl who is spreading misinformation to my family members through messages. She is a friend of my former roommate. Due to my past roommate's abusive behavior and the girl's rent payment issues, I moved out of the apartment out of fear for my safety and personal belongings. I am experiencing issues with the payments on my website. The payments seem to be made but are not reaching my PayPal account. I have contacted PayPal and they mentioned that Facebook may not have updated my PayPal email database. I need to reach out to customer service or find a way to speak via Messenger call with technical support to resolve this issue. On March 30, [redacted], I loaded $[redacted] onto my card for the first time. A little over an hour later, I sent a friend $80 via a payment service. When my friend tried to make a purchase, it was declined. I had to send him another $80 to a different card, which worked without any issues. I've used this payment service many times before without any problems. It's been over three hours since I sent the first $80 to his credit union debit card. We checked his account balance at an ATM, and he only had $16.34 in his account. The transaction appeared as completed but stopped pending. His credit union had declined the transfer because he entered the wrong zip code when adding his card to his payment service wallet. It has been several days now, and I have $4.31 left in my account. My bank claims the transaction was approved, even though it was declined. It's stuck in limbo, not in his account or mine. I was told it could take up to three months to resolve this issue. I have a son with diabetes, and every dollar counts. I was hopeful it would be returned the next day, but it hasn't. Can someone please assist me in resolving this and getting my $80 back today?
