On January 22, [redacted], I discovered that my Facebook account had been hacked. Despite changing my password multiple times and submitting appeals and reviews, I have not been able to successfully reach Facebook support or Customer Service. The hacker posted inappropriate content that goes against Facebook Community Standards before my account was disabled. I fear that my account, which I have had for over 10 years, may be permanently disabled, and I am unable to access my pictures and personal content. I am currently unable to access my Facebook account as it appears to be blocked. The issue might have occurred when I changed my email address without realizing it would lead to this situation. I no longer have access to the code sent to my old phone number. Despite still having access to the email linked to my account, it does not help in unlocking it. Whenever I attempt to visit my Facebook page, a message informs me that my account was locked on December 8, [redacted], due to suspicious activity. As a result, my account is not visible to others on the platform, and I am unable to use it. I have been instructed to follow certain steps in order to regain access, but unfortunately, I am encountering difficulties completing these steps.

My account got hacked, and now Facebook has locked me out. I've been providing all the requested information weekly, but I'm still locked out. Despite updating my contact details, during the security check, they only show my old phone number, not my current email or updated phone number. I even tried contacting the person who now has my old number, but no code was sent there either. It's frustrating that I can't reach an IT or customer service representative to resolve this. I had to create a new account just to message the assist FB user, which seems counterintuitive. Although I reactivated protection settings, my account was still compromised. I'm at a loss on how to regain access since they are not sending a code to my old number.

A friend asked me for help accessing their account after getting a new phone. They received a verification code on my phone, which I passed along. Later, another friend informed me that the first friend still had login issues. After messaging a former colleague about meeting up, I found myself logged out of Messenger and Facebook. Despite trying to reset both accounts, the contact information linked to the accounts belongs to the friend I assisted initially. I didn't engage in any inappropriate behavior, but now I am locked out of my own accounts. The profile picture, with sentimental value, may be lost forever due to this mix-up.

My account was hacked a week ago. While chatting on Hangouts, the hacker asked me for a Recovery code that led to the account being compromised. I tried to recover the account but it's disabled, and I can't revert to my old username. Even the new account I created got disabled. Despite changing the password multiple times, I can't regain access. Almost restored it once, but a message popped up saying it's still being fixed. I attempted to seek help to undo the hack but encountered scammers. I'm sharing my situation to recover my FB account. Any assistance is welcome, and I prefer discussing this over the phone. I noticed that my Facebook account was compromised on Monday, January 31, [redacted], after receiving a message from my friend, T.P., whose account was also hacked. I unknowingly shared my phone number, email, and password with the hacker, J.A., assuming the message was authentic. Now, I'm unable to regain access to my account as the verification code sent by FB is being received by the hacker's email. J.A. even texted me from [redacted]. Despite uploading my ID for verification, the hacker acquired a copy. This individual, J.A., is obstructing my friends, including my daughter, C.B., who tried to alert others about the hacking incident. I'm looking to restore my original account, update my contact details, and enhance security measures. Although I've reached out to FB, I am yet to receive a response after 24 hours.

On December 15, I requested a review immediately after the deactivation, but have not received any confirmation via email. I need to gain access to a Facebook account originally set up by a former employee to be able to change the page. We received a negative review which I would like to respond to regarding a customer's experience with his Thorogood boots purchased from Red Wing Shoe Outlet Myrtle Beach. The customer faced issues with the stitching of the boots and the warranty process. Despite the store's efforts to repair the boots, the manufacturer ultimately replaced them after reviewing pictures. The customer was unhappy with the store's handling of the situation and posted a negative review. The manufacturer intervened and asked the customer to remove the review as the store was not at fault. We have been unable to reach the customer as their phone number has changed. Communication from the manufacturer has not led to any resolution of the matter.
