I've made several attempts to access my account without success. I selected the forgotten password option and updated my email due to no longer having access to the old one. After changing my email, I received the code to reset my password, but encountered an "unknown error" multiple times. Even after successfully entering the code, I faced the same error when trying to create a new password. I've exhausted other solutions, but continue to receive the same reset code each time I attempt the forgotten password option. It has been 2 days now, and I'm still unable to log in.
