My account was maliciously hacked on January 8th, and I have been unable to stop it. The hacker has access to my personal and business contacts, as well as my identification documents. Despite my attempts to recover the account through the provided methods, the hacker's email listed as a contact allows them to regain control each time. I have informed you of this issue, but it persists. I even provided a different ID as proof of identity, but including the hacker's email renders it ineffective. I am seeking assistance to appeal the disabling of my Facebook account. On the morning of December 16th, my account was compromised by a hacker who accessed my ad account and violated Community Standards. The hacker gained access by using my email obtained from a data breach, performing two-step verification around 1:50 am, and requested a code to my email while I was asleep. The IP address traced back to Media Comm has been reported to their abuse department. I have appealed the ban, submitted my ID for verification, and provided screenshots of relevant emails and timestamps. I also have evidence of spam/scam emails from the hacker group received over the weekend. As a marketing company owner, this issue is preventing me from servicing my clients. I value the platform's rules and opportunities and sincerely hope for a resolution to restore my accounts and permissions. After clicking the link and providing login details, my account was hacked. The hacker demanded money to return my account, threatening to sell it. I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account because the address on my identification does not match the one on my account. Despite submitting multiple documents, I have not received helpful responses from Facebook. The process has been frustrating as they claim there is nothing they can do. I have been facing the same issue for over 6 months now. I originally wrote about this problem in August but got busy. I am still locked out of my Facebook account, not because of an incorrect password but because I am not receiving the two-factor authentication code. I set up two-factor authentication 3 years ago after my account was hacked. Recently, I re-downloaded the Facebook app due to crashes, and now I cannot log in as I don't receive the authentication code. Possibly it's because I deleted the authenticator app. I cannot recall if I turned off two-factor authentication, and I can't access my profile to check.
