Hello, I would like to report that my Facebook personal account has been disabled. I have not posted any content related to child exploitation. Moreover, I have not posted any content for quite some time. My concern is that my account also manages a business page and ads account. Since my personal account was disabled, I cannot access my business page, ads account, or create new ads. I have received an email stating that my personal account has been removed from my business page, leaving it without an admin. Additionally, I am unable to add a new admin from my other Facebook account. I suspect that my account may have been compromised, as I received notifications of logins from Japan and password recovery attempts that I did not initiate. Hello. I am experiencing an issue with my disabled Facebook account. It has been under review for approximately 20 days. Despite being informed that after 30 days it will be permanently disabled, I have not yet received any response from Facebook. My personal account was disabled for allegedly violating policies regarding child sexual exploitation, although I have not shared any such content. Additionally, I have not posted any content for quite some time. I am also unable to access my business page and ads account linked to my personal Facebook account. Since I am the sole admin of the business page, the removal of my personal account has left the page without an admin, preventing me from adding another account. There are indications that my account may have been compromised, as I have received emails about logins from Japan and account recovery attempts that I did not initiate. I received this email regarding my blocked Facebook account: "Facebook Hi Suzy, It's possible someone accessed your Facebook account. To protect your account, you'll need to answer a few questions and change your password next time you log in to Facebook. For your security, no one can see you on Facebook until you've secured your account. Thank you, Facebook Security Team Secure your account now." When I click on "Secure your account now," I am not able to change the email address or phone number. An incorrect email remains and I can't edit it. I need to regain access to my account quickly as I have vital information on Messenger that I need to retrieve urgently. PLEASE HELP IMMEDIATELY.

Last night, a lady named Johnson Harriet approached me, claiming to be a realtor. She offered to pay me $[redacted] through Cash App or Zelle in exchange for posting rental and property ads for her for 2 hours a day, 4 days a week. I posted the information she provided, but upon further investigation, I realized the address she gave me led to a wooded area, not a property. I messaged her to confront the issue, but my account got disabled before I could remove the listing. I didn't know she was dishonest until then. I informed her of the situation and intended to delete the post but couldn't due to my disabled account. I was planning to report her as well. Please assist me in resolving this matter and restoring my account, as I strive to comply with all guidelines.

There is an individual going around hacking Facebook accounts and engaging in a money scam. He asks for IDs and Facebook information claiming it is legal and free, then accesses the accounts to change passwords and steal personal information. I had to create a new page and report him to Facebook. He's harassing people through my inbox and pretending to offer money. This situation is extremely concerning as he is sharing personal details and even had someone show up at my house. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I may have to involve the police to investigate and put a stop to it. I kindly request for my account to be deactivated to prevent further harm.

Before logging in, I changed my old password through the "Forgot Password" option. Now, my account has been deactivated or hacked because I hadn't logged in for a few weeks. I am being asked to get help from three trusted contacts to confirm my identity during login, but I never selected these people as trusted contacts. Unfortunately, I have no way to contact them as they are only online friends. How can I regain access to my account if I cannot verify with these contacts? I am at a loss. It would be helpful if Facebook could suggest different friends from my list for verification purposes, instead of the ones currently suggested. I feel helpless. How can I verify my identity to regain access to my Facebook account? Facebook should provide alternative methods for authentication in situations like mine.

Hello, my name is Nora, and I had an account under the name Pasteles Nora Edith. A month ago, I received an advertisement from Facebook stating they would be checking my personal account due to a supposed inappropriate post. Consequently, they disabled my personal Facebook account (Nora Meléndrez) and my business Instagram account (Pastelesnoraedith_). Although my business Facebook account was visible to others, I couldn't access it as they were conducting a review. Three days ago, they took it down. Facebook claims that my accounts were disabled because I violated the rules. I strongly believe that someone hacked my account, and the accusations from Facebook are unjust. I am seeking assistance in recovering my business accounts as they contain all my records. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. I am unable to reset the password as it is not sending me any codes for the recovery process. I had to create a temporary account to try to access my old account but now I cannot even access the new temporary account as it keeps saying the password is incorrect. I have tried everything and I am starting to worry if my account has been hacked. Both my old and new accounts have the same phone number associated with them. Hello, this is my official account. Today, after linking my Instagram to my Facebook account, both accounts got disabled. I am unable to log in now. I have always followed Facebook's community guidelines and did not do anything wrong on my official account. Someone pretended to be my close friend on Messenger and tricked me into giving them a 6-digit code to unlock their alleged Facebook account. As a result, my account got hacked, and the hacker changed my email and phone number associated with my account. I have precious memories of my daughter spanning 25 years on that account, and it's crucial for me to recover it. I've been advised to get a new phone and install anti-malware software. My Facebook page was compromised on December 29th. Despite following all the steps provided by Facebook's Help Center and Ad Manager, I have been unable to reach a real person at Facebook to address the hacking of my account. This issue is causing me to lose money daily as I cannot link my Instagram to my page. I am simply requesting that Facebook restore my admin access to my page. Despite scheduling 6 phone calls with Facebook customer support based in Malaysia, none of the calls have been kept. Each time I mention the missed calls, they request me to schedule another appointment. Although I managed to remove the hacker from my account, I find myself locked out of my own page. The hacker was granted access, ousted me and other admins, changed the email associated with the account, and began running ads using my credit card information stored on Facebook. The lack of customer support from Facebook is incredibly frustrating considering their immense financial success. My page addresses healing childhood abuse and trauma, yet I now feel mistreated by Facebook, spending excessive time trying to regain control over my own platform.

My Facebook account was deactivated recently due to an issue with a video posted from my profile. Despite never violating any rules, my account was deactivated, and subsequently, my Instagram account linked to it was also disabled. I have provided all necessary information, including my ID photo and verification codes, to Facebook support, but have yet to receive a response. Hello, on January 1st, my Facebook account was hacked, and I am still struggling to regain access. The hackers enabled 2-factor authentication using a code generator app, preventing me from getting the necessary codes. Although I managed to change my password, the issue persists because my old phone number was set as the primary contact, and my current number is now secondary. I cannot receive the SMS verification code on my current number, creating an obstacle to logging back in successfully. Despite entering the correct email and password, Facebook keeps prompting me to verify my identity using the old phone number.
