I am extremely frustrated as my Facebook account was disabled on December 9th for 30 days, after I requested a review. Hello, last night my email inbox and my Facebook account were hacked. First, a new password was requested, and then the primary email was changed, allowing access to my emails. My account was compromised, my name is Jessi Z. I've lost access completely! Everything was fine on Facebook, then I got suddenly logged out and was told my registration had expired. I tried my password several times, but it didn't work even though it was correct! I attempted the Forgot Password option, but it didn't work because a second email was listed that I don't recognize, and I couldn't receive the code via SMS since my old phone number was still linked and I never received a code. I have exhausted all options and I am in desperate need of help! The person who hacked my account changed my email, password, and even posted my profile picture. I tried to have my mother-in-law access the email from my account, but she receives 40 messages a day and can't keep up. No matter what I do, I can't regain access!

I've been unable to access my Facebook account since Sunday. The issue started when I was logged in on my laptop, then Facebook prompted me to confirm my identity through last login verification. My account has been compromised, and the profile picture has been changed to a black flag. Additionally, I am unable to access my business page, which is concerning as the account may be permanently disabled in four days. Both my personal and business pages showcase the repairs we offer, and customers are trying to reach me, but I cannot respond. I enabled the "end-to-end encryption" switch on my Facebook Messenger app, hoping to have more private chats with my friends. I need assistance regarding my Facebook accounts. Recently, my husband's account got temporarily suspended for breaking "Community Standards" right after I set it up for him. I uploaded his photo and changed the account name to include both of us, but now my account got blocked, leaving me frustrated and unhappy.

This hacker has been using my account to ask for money from my contacts, which is distressing. My phone was stolen by a Lyft driver on Sunday. He deleted my Facebook account. I purchased a new phone on Monday and need to regain access to my social media profiles. Since November 21, [redacted], I have been trying to receive my money from the marketplace. I had to pay shipping costs upfront when sending out three items. Despite numerous messages, I keep receiving the same unhelpful response. I am frustrated because not only am I out the money for the products, but I am also out a significant amount for shipping. As a single mom of three, I cannot afford to give away items for free and cover shipping costs. I have provided evidence that the customers received their items on time, so where is my payment? I need urgent assistance because I cannot continue to be ignored. This situation is unfair and needs to be addressed promptly. I am hesitant to engage with the marketplace further out of fear of losing more money. I updated my payment information in case that was the issue, but the money has not appeared in my account. In October or November, my account got hacked, and despite my complaints, I was reassured everything was fine. I created a new account but unfortunately got deceived by someone I befriended who took advantage of me by misleading me into giving them a verification code. Upon waking up, I realized my accounts were compromised, with someone else accessing my Facebook and Messenger. Upon numerous failed attempts to access my accounts, I discovered I was logged into a stranger's account. At this point, I believe it's best for both my accounts on Facebook to be deleted. It's disheartening to experience being hacked twice and realizing the security measures are lacking.

My Facebook account has been disabled and is under review for over 20 days now. I have not posted any content related to child sexual exploitation, and I haven't posted anything in a long time. However, my personal account being disabled is affecting my business page and ads account associated with it. I am unable to log in to manage my business page or ads, and I cannot create new ads.
