I am having trouble accessing my account on Facebook. I have submitted 8 documents for verification, but unfortunately, all of them have been rejected. I followed the resizing and presentation instructions, yet my account remains locked. I am at a loss on how to proceed, as I cannot log in to see what else is needed. At this point, I am considering deleting my account as I am unable to use Facebook to communicate. This is not my preferred outcome, but I am unsure of any other options at this time.

I have been informed that messages are being sent from my Facebook account, but I hardly use the platform. When I attempted to access Facebook, I discovered that my account is frozen. Three weeks ago, I followed the instructions to submit a photo of my driver's license to verify my identity, but my account remains frozen. Since I do not frequently use Facebook and am not interested in keeping my account, I would like all the information removed and my account canceled.

I forgot my password but was able to receive a 9-digit code via email to reset it. However, after changing the password, the device was not recognized, and it requested to send a text to an old phone number which I no longer have. Now, my account is locked, and I'm being asked to upload documents to regain access. My mom sought help from a Facebook group and ended up getting hacked by someone who didn't require any additional information apart from the issue. Unfortunately, the hacker managed to access her account and send out false information. I am concerned about the security measures on Facebook and wondering if my account will be deleted if it can't be unlocked.

I've encountered an issue with being blocked from Facebook Marketplace without any prior warning or explanation. Despite submitting review forms and receiving automated replies promising a response within 7 days, I have yet to hear back from an actual person or see any changes. Even after being informed that the issue was resolved, I still cannot access the marketplace. It seems like all the responses I've received are automated and not addressing the actual problem. This situation began after a security breach caused me to log out of my account, and upon re-login, I discovered the Marketplace restriction. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am experiencing difficulties with accessing my Facebook and Messenger accounts due to issues receiving password reset links and verification codes. Despite submitting my driver's license as proof of ownership four times, I have not been able to successfully receive the necessary links to reset my passwords. I now require a password reset link to be texted to my phone at [redacted] for both Facebook and Messenger. My accounts have been temporarily paused due to multiple unsuccessful attempts on my end. I believe that providing my driver's license multiple times should be sufficient for verification purposes.

Hello, Today my Facebook account was suddenly closed while I was having a normal conversation with colleagues. I don't understand why this happened as I have been using the same account with my real name for the past 10 years. Facebook requested a picture of my passport, which I uploaded. However, I received an email stating that they need a correct picture where the information matches my account. I'm confused because the information on my passport is the same as on my account. I can't reply to the email because it was a "no reply" email. I'm worried about losing access to my account as I have many important work-related pages and photos saved there. I am trying to recover the Facebook profile for the company I work for, KroyaFloorsID. The previous manager left three years ago and cannot be reached. The account is only linked to a phone number ending in **39, which I have no access to. When I try to recover it via email, I get an error message saying: "This content is no longer available The content you requested cannot be displayed at the moment. It may be temporarily unavailable, the link you clicked on may have expired, or you may not have permission to view this page." Previously, when attempting to get an SMS code, it would not allow me to recover the page, but now it just returns to the enter password/can't access email page. Any suggestions on how to recover this account and its Facebook IDs (KroyaFloors and KroyaFloorsID) would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. I recently changed my phone, and initially, everything was working well. However, on the second day, I received an email alerting me that someone had tried to log in to my account. Unfortunately, I mistakenly selected "not aware," and as a result, I got locked out. Now, in order to log in, they are requesting my old phone number, which I left behind in my previous country five years ago. I have a South African number now, but the only option given to me is the old number. Even the search account feature only allows me to change my password, which is not what I need. I simply want to receive the access code on my alternative phone number or email.

I listed KRATON capsules on Marketplace without knowing they were prohibited. This is my first violation, and my account was suspended for 29 days without a prior warning. Upon receiving the violation notice, I promptly removed the posts. I kindly ask for Facebook to reinstate my account since I now understand and will adhere to the Marketplace policies. Thank you.

I have made several purchases from sponsors on Marketplace during their special sales, but unfortunately, I have not received any of the merchandise despite the sellers claiming that it was delivered to my mailbox. This is not possible as all packages in my development are delivered to our front door. I have been waiting for months for items like a fireplace from Walmart, a sewing machine from a special sale, and an Amazon pallet from a liquidation sale, but none of them have arrived. I am frustrated with the situation and considering taking legal action against Facebook for allowing false advertising on their Marketplace platform. It is disheartening to lose money to these scams, and I hope Facebook will look into these one day sale promotions and ensure that the merchandise advertised is actually delivered to customers.

My old Facebook account, which I've had for a long time, was hacked a year ago after I unknowingly clicked on a link in an email. I've tried numerous times to contact customer service for help to retrieve my account, but none of the links in the Facebook help center worked, and I was never able to speak to a representative. I was locked out of my own account, while my mother could access it and see posts shared with me, but I couldn't even add my old account as a friend. Last spring, my whole old page went blank, and my friends and family couldn't access it, so I thought it was gone. I've created a new account since then, but recently I noticed my old account on a friend's page and saw it's still active. It's distressing to see my late grandparents' and children's pictures on a page I no longer control. I would appreciate help either regaining access to my old Facebook account or having it deleted entirely. Knowing that people may have contacted me, shared information, and seen my photos without my consent is very distressing.

To whom it may concern, I am writing directly to Facebook regarding the issue I am facing with accessing my Facebook account, which I have had for approximately 13 years. I not only maintain my personal Facebook page but also operate my music promotion and dietary promotion pages on the platform. Around 6 months ago, my account was compromised, and I was prompted to input my email and password. After logging off for my friend to log into his account, I found myself unable to regain access to mine as it indicated a password change. Despite numerous attempts, I continue to receive an error message stating that my login details are incorrect. Could I possibly verify my identity through photo identification to confirm ownership of the account and facilitate the reset of my email and password, thereby enabling me to regain access? I have followed the instructions to submit my ID three times but have not been successful. My account was hijacked on 01/07/[redacted] at 6:44 pm PST. I have been trying to contact FB since then. The one-time-use link keeps getting sent to both my email and the hacker's email - not great. Despite sending my CA DL to verify my identity three times, FB is not removing the hijacker's email from my account. I have received the same six-digit code multiple times, and upon entering a new code, I was told I've tried too many times. I've been trying for almost 72 hours, and I'm frustrated with the situation. I need FB to remove the hijacker's email and provide a working link or code.
