I discovered that another page is using my business logo, which is copyright protected. Despite my polite request to remove it, they blocked me and were abusive. A friend reported the issue. Someone from that page, who I've never spoken to, informed me that they threatened violence against me. They are engaging in bullying behavior with no regard for ethics. I have legal representation and will involve the authorities due to the threatening comments I've received. The offending page belongs to "Best of British," whereas my company is "The Best of British Boutique Ltd." Our logo can be found on www.bobboutique.co.uk, accompanied by a proof of purchase and a certificate. The administrator, Chris Werb, admitted to copying the logo from Google in a message before blocking me and later intentionally posted another image with my logo. Other administrators involved in this misconduct are Elsie Savannah Ren, Rick Hodgson, and Richie Hepburn. Your prompt response is appreciated. Kind Regards, Corcyra Angel.

I'm frustrated about a post I made regarding child abuse that I feel Facebook should have never allowed to be shared. Despite using strong words, I believe standing up against abuse is crucial. However, Facebook's decision to post it and now ban me for 30 days seems unjust. I'm willing to delete the post, but I rely on posting for my business; removing the ban would greatly help me continue supporting my family.

I am Lori Shivers and recently faced an issue accessing my Facebook account as it threw me off showing a session expired message, preventing me from logging back in. I attempted to enter my correct email address and phone number with no success. I am uncertain if I got reported for any reason as I believe I have not violated any rules. I, Matthew (Mahdi) Rahnavard, suspect someone is using a fake profile with my name and email on Facebook to share inappropriate content without my permission. I find this behavior unacceptable and plan to contact Facebook and authorities if not resolved promptly. Amid studying law to be a District Attorney, I aim to join the FBI to safeguard law-abiding citizens. I deleted my Facebook long ago and now receive notifications, despite not having an active account, which raises my concern. I appreciate law enforcement and don't wish to burden them unnecessarily. I, Matthew (aka Mahdi) Rahnavard, suspect a fake profile using my name and email is distributing inappropriate content on Facebook. I have not used Facebook for a long time and received notifications about messages I shouldn't be getting. This is unacceptable, and I will involve authorities if not resolved by Facebook promptly. Hello, I am reaching out for assistance as I have been dealing with severe harassment. I kindly request the removal of the Oakridge and Westfir Crime Page as it has been intentionally harming me. The impact has led to the loss of job opportunities, friends, and friendships of my two sons. The group's comments, particularly under my picture, contain false information. Sara Adina Prosser is responsible for creating this page and violating policies by also operating a fake account under the name Alex Doe. I can provide evidence to support my claim. This situation has significantly affected me and my family via Facebook, where these harmful comments have been left by unknown individuals. Despite reporting this to the police, as it is not a criminal offense, they are unable to intervene. The ongoing situation is taking a toll on us, with one of my young sons even expressing suicidal thoughts. I urge for the removal of Oakridge and Westfir Crime Page, Oakridge Crime Page, and Oakridge/Westfir Crime Page to alleviate the distress it has caused. Thank you.

I received a message on Facebook from a company offering a secret shopper position. They provided a check for $[redacted], instructing me to cash it, keep $[redacted], purchase 3 Vanilla gift cards, complete a report, and send the report along with the gift card copies. The check has since bounced, leaving me at a loss of $[redacted], with insufficient funds for necessities like food and rent. I am considering contacting the FBI and 60 Minutes regarding this situation but wanted to seek advice here first.

I've been struggling to log in for the past 13-14 days. It keeps saying my account is temporarily blocked, which I don't understand. Could you please investigate and let me know when I can expect the account to be accessible again? This issue is seriously impacting my business. Furthermore, when I try to confirm the photos or proceed with the process, the system freezes and doesn't advance to the next page. I continuously click "continue" to answer the questions, but it keeps displaying a message that says they are working on fixing it.

Hello, I hope you are well. I faced some challenges and deactivated my account during the Facebook breach. In the past, I easily reactivated it after such incidents. Thanks to Facebook, I reconnected with my dad's side siblings and childhood friends. However, I currently can't access it to reach my mom in Puerto Rico. Even though I received emails from Facebook at [redacted], the system doesn't recognize it. I deactivated the account under the name Brenda Roman, also known as BrendaLee Roman. I am eager to retrieve my original account with all my friends. Please assist me in regaining access. My contact number is +[redacted]8. On Monday, 8/21, I fell victim to a scam twice in the same day. First, I received a message claiming to be from Winfrey Oprah, stating I had won 2 million dollars. They asked for personal details like my name, address, date of birth, Facebook password, phone number, occupation, monthly income, and phone carrier. After providing this information, my messages on Messenger disappeared. Shortly after, another person named Carla Duncan reached out, alleging to be an online agent claims manager for FACEBOOK, and mentioned I had supposedly won 5 million dollars in an international pool promotion. When I expressed my concerns about being scammed again, Carla insisted she was a legitimate Facebook employee. I'm frustrated by this situation and have reported it twice on Messenger with no response. I am considering seeking legal advice to address this issue. Thank you.

I recently had a technician clean up my computer, and since then, I've been unable to access my Facebook account. Last night I was blocked from seeking help. I would like to request to be permanently removed from Facebook. I have deactivated my account but I am still receiving unwanted emails. Please remove my phone number [redacted] and email [redacted] from Facebook. I have tried to change my settings to stop the notifications but have had no success. My profile was hacked in Houston, Texas; the password, email, and phone number were changed. The hacker is sending messages on my behalf, causing concern. I desperately need access to my account. I've tried the help center to no avail. My name is Ryan G. from Fort Bragg, California. The hacker is in Texas. My profile picture shows my dirt bike by the ocean. I am upset that Facebook allowed a concerning post about child abuse from an abusive mother in another country to be shared. Despite some conflicting words, I believe standing up for the child is more important. However, I received a 30-day ban for expressing my thoughts, which I think is unfair. I am willing to delete the post, but I need the ban lifted as I run a business page and need to post to earn a living for my family. Please remove the 30-day ban.

While on Facebook this morning, I encountered a problem. After a short period of inactivity, I tried to message a friend and received a message that my session had expired. When I attempted to log back in, it indicated an incorrect password. Following the forgot password link, I tried to create a new password. During the process, when prompted to identify myself and delete unauthorized posts, an error message appeared every time I attempted to delete the posts. This issue has persisted throughout the day despite my repeated efforts. Additionally, despite not blocking a family member, they were unable to find me, and I confirmed that I didn't block them either. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have an existing account with three pages created on it. I decided to refresh my account and inadvertently created a second account with the same mobile number. I transferred my pages from the first account to the new one and then deactivated the initial account. The next day, Facebook requested identification due to the same number being used for two accounts. I provided the required identity proof, but unfortunately, my second account was disabled. Upon realizing this, I tried to deactivate my first account, but was prompted with a confirmation to permanently delete it. Unsure of what to do next, I canceled the deletion. I later discovered that my pages had been transferred to the second account, which is now disabled. I can see the pages but am unable to edit or delete them.

I attempted to watch a video on my phone, and it redirected me to Buzzfeed. The site falsely claimed that I had logged in from another location, ended my session, and prompted me to log in again. Since I no longer have access to my Hotmail account, I couldn't recover my password. Subsequently, I cannot view my page, where I stored precious memories of my babies from birth up to today. I urgently need to retrieve those photographs and regain access to my page. I am seeking assistance on how to resolve this issue. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I am concerned about the safety of using social media, specifically regarding the issue of followers. I recently discovered that I had many followers on my profile, and upon closer inspection, I realized that I only knew a few of them. Out of the 20 followers, only 3 were familiar to me, which was quite alarming. I have taken precautions on my Facebook profile by setting it to be viewable only by friends, especially since I post pictures of my child. However, I learned that followers can still access my profile. I urge the Facebook developers to address this issue by either notifying users when they gain a new follower or providing an option to remove the follower feature altogether. It is unsettling to think that strangers can access personal information and view images of young children without any notification. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly to ensure the safety and privacy of all users.

I received a link on my Facebook Messenger from a friend asking me to check out a presentation. When I tried opening the link, it redirected me to the Facebook login page. After logging in, my session expired unexpectedly. Attempting to log in again, I was informed that my password was incorrect. I proceeded to reset my password, noticing that the code was sent to a different email address (K***[redacted]). Despite the change, I was able to access my account. However, last night, I was logged out once more. Upon trying to reset my password, I realized that my email address ([redacted]) had been removed entirely. Now, I am only offered the option to send the reset code to the fraudulent account (K***[redacted]). I am unsure of how to permanently block my account or potentially recover it.
