I am unable to access my Facebook account because it seems that spammers and scammers have compromised it. I suspect that my confrontations with them may have led to this situation. In the past, I fell for a scam where I was promised a sum of money but ended up losing it all by following their instructions to purchase iTunes or other prepaid cards. Now, my account is being utilized by scammers to deceive my friends, including using my deceased mother's photo as my profile picture. I urgently request assistance from the Facebook team to help me regain control of my account and put an end to this misuse.

I used to be part of a business named Market Magnet with a partner. After a disagreement, I created a new business manager for NZ Property Ladder. I aim to update the contact details on my original profile to match my new venture. Despite being able to access the old profile, I cannot modify the contact settings, possibly due to losing access to the Market Magnet business manager. I would like to link the old profile (Chris Hamann) with my new business manager, NZ Property Ladder, ensuring the correct access and permissions without deleting the profile with existing connections. Thank you.

Today, I received a notification that someone shared a photo of mine. Upon checking, I noticed that the person was not on my friend list. The photo shared was my featured photo, even though I did not upload it as such. This came as a shock to me. Despite not finding the photo in my featured photos on my profile, the notification claims it's my featured photo. Startled by this, I removed all my featured photos, but the notification persisted. I reached out to the individual to delete the photo. While they agreed, it remains undeleted. Additionally, the shared photo is public but does not appear on their wall. I am bewildered as to how someone shared my unuploaded featured photo and why it doesn't display on their profile. I am uncertain if the photo has been deleted or not, which is causing me distress. I seek clarification on this breach of privacy, as this situation has deeply concerned me.

Today, I received a notification that someone shared my featured photo, which I didn't upload to my featured photos. I found out he's not in my friend list. Despite the photo not appearing in my featured photos on my profile, the notification labels it as my featured photo. I was surprised by this discovery. I deleted all my featured photos, but the notification persisted. I reached out to the person, and although he agreed to delete it, it's still there. The shared photo is public but doesn't show on his wall. I'm confused about how he shared a photo I didn't upload and why it's not visible on his wall. I urgently need clarity on whether the photo is deleted. I'm concerned about this situation as it challenges my privacy. Please address this matter promptly and update me on the status of the shared photo.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. I usually log in on my iPhone by tapping on my profile picture, but now it's asking for my password. I can't remember it, and the email and phone number linked to the account are no longer valid. I've tried everything to regain access and I'm concerned it might be hacked. Why won't my usual passwords work, and why is it asking for a password now? I want to retrieve my account to keep my precious memories and photos. Please advise on how I can recover it or reset my password. Thank you.

I received a 24-hour ban on Facebook for a comment I made regarding undocumented immigrants being illegal. I disagreed with the ban as I believe what I said was not hateful or violating community standards. I mentioned my intention to vote Republican in November, which Facebook deemed as hate speech. I provided a screenshot of my comment to show it wasn't offensive. I feel unfairly targeted and wish to have the ban removed. My comment stated, "You can hide my comments, but I'll be voting Republican in November. Undocumented means illegal. Illegal immigration is a crime and all illegal immigrants are criminals." I believe the ban was unjust and hope it will be lifted soon.

My Facebook account under [redacted] was hacked recently. When I tried to recover it and mentioned that someone was impersonating me (my daughter and granddaughter are on my cover photo), it got disabled. The issue was that the name on the email account did not match. I intend to correct that. I provide my Post University email as I am studying Cyber Security Systems.

I attempted to regain access to my account by using a different email address with my three trusted contacts to provide codes. However, after entering the codes, I received an error message stating it couldn't proceed. When I attempted again, I received a message saying I was trying too frequently. My Facebook account holds almost ten years of memories from my teenage years up to becoming a parent. These memories are significant to me, and losing them would be heartbreaking. I am willing to provide necessary proof of identity to verify ownership of the account, something I have successfully done in the past. Regaining access to my account is essential to maintaining connections with my loved ones.

Dear sir, I have been using Facebook for the last five years. However, I forgot the password to my previous account and am unable to open it. I have created a new account since then but really need to access my old account as well. The previous account is under the name Sanjay S. Bele, while the new one is named Sanjay Bele. Unfortunately, I did not link an email address to the old account. I have been trying to recover my old account for the past one and a half years without success. I have watched many tutorials on YouTube and searched online, but I have not been able to retrieve it. I have valuable information and photos of my family and friends on that account that I would like to recover. Could you please help me with this issue?

I recently noticed that my Facebook account was logged out and when I tried to log back in, I encountered an error. Despite several attempts, I couldn't receive the code required to log in via SMS or email. When I tried the password recovery option, even after changing the password, I still couldn't access my account due to the recurring request for a code and the Error [redacted] message. Additionally, a while back, a suspicious message was sent from my account to all my contacts, possibly indicating it was compromised. I seek assistance to address and resolve these issues.

Dear Facebook Team,
My name is Conrad A., and I am reaching out from Vea, a small village in northern Ghana. I recently factory reset my Infinix Hot4 Lite phone and lost access to my Facebook account as the login code generator is inactive. Despite multiple attempts, I have not received the login code required to log back in. This has resulted in the loss of important business contacts.
My username is "atambire Conrad lil'mizzle asingbe," and my profile picture features me in an orange t-shirt with two tribal marks on my face. I kindly ask for your assistance in retrieving my account.
Thank you.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have noticed that my account is occasionally blocked under a "temporary feature block" due to posts that allegedly violate Facebook's Community Standards. I believe this is due to complaints regarding adult nudity and sexual activity in my content.
As a poem writer, I want to clarify that my poems are not of a sexual nature, but rather, they could be considered erotic. Additionally, the images I use are artistic and sourced from Facebook pages, carefully chosen to ensure they do not contain nudity.
I suspect that these complaints are coming from individuals who have organized against me. Unfortunately, even a single complaint now leads to my account being blocked for an extended period.
Having been a loyal member of the Facebook community for over seven years, I kindly ask for the removal of this feature block from my account.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Yours faithfully,
Kelum Bandara W.

My wife and I have multiple Facebook and Google accounts with corresponding email addresses. Some accounts had $50.00 gift cards, including ones for Barnes and Noble and Facebook. Our favorite games were Hayday and Oregon Trails, where we spent over a thousand real dollars combined. We acknowledge our responsibility as we are not tech-savvy and relied on our kids to set up new devices and install apps. Upon losing some devices and merging information unintentionally, our accounts got locked, and we faced difficulties in recovering them across various platforms like Facebook, Google, and Apple. Despite having all the necessary information, passwords, and account details, we are struggling to regain access to our accounts. We seek assistance from the support teams to help us link our logins and transfer data to our devices, specifically an iPad and a Samsung Galaxy 8+ phone.

I am encountering a problem logging in to my account to modify my personal details. Currently, I am logged into my account on my phone but I am unable to delete an old email address because I changed my password four months back and failed to record it. Unfortunately, I have no access to my old embarqmail email account. Despite entering my current email addresses, [redacted] and [redacted], I am not receiving any verification code. Although my mobile number is registered in my account, I am not given the option to send a code to it. It seems that my [redacted] email is listed as an alternate email but not verified; hence, the system keeps attempting to send a code to my inactive embarqmail account. I am immensely frustrated by this situation. I was even asked to provide a picture ID, so I reluctantly submitted an image of my expired driver's license containing my photo, address, and birthdate. The changes I require are as follows: 1. Eradicate the embarqmail email account. 2. Validate my mobile number for code sending, as I am not receiving it at [redacted] 3. Establish [redacted] as my current email address. 4. Finally, update and securely record my password. I am seeking assistance as I am struggling to update my account information due to a forgotten password.

I am in urgent need of selling my home due to a disability before it faces foreclosure. Unfortunately, I've been restricted from posting in for sale groups. I'm genuinely trying to sell my home because of my situation. I can't find any information on how to lift this restriction. It seems to keep happening despite my efforts. I assure you this is not spam. Please assist me in removing these restrictions so I can continue trying to sell my home as I really need to. Thank you for understanding, Jerry Lee.

I previously reported this issue, was informed it was resolved, but I am still facing restrictions. I urgently need assistance as I must sell my home due to my disability before it gets foreclosed. The restrictions prevent me from posting in sale groups. I am not spamming; I solely want to sell my home. Please help remove these restrictions on my account so I can proceed with selling my property. I have tried reaching out repeatedly without success. Assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. My contact email is H*****@***.com. Thank you.

Lately, I've noticed that my posts from reputable news sources like CNN, Fox News, Science News, YouTube, are being flagged as spam by Facebook and removed from my page. The notification left on my page suggests they violate Community Standards, which is not the case. I've already tried marking them as not spam and reposting them, but the issue persists. It's frustrating to have my posts taken down incorrectly. I believe this is a misunderstanding by Facebook's system. It would be great to get some clarity on this matter and find a solution to prevent this from happening in the future.

I recently had my Facebook account deactivated because Facebook claimed someone else was logging in, but I have been the only one using it. I solely use Facebook to store and link my game progress on Brave Frontier. Losing access to my account not only prevents me from playing the game but also results in the loss of all my saved data. I am reaching out to request that Facebook reconsider reactivating my account so I can retrieve my game data. I appreciate your assistance in this matter.

Hello, we are a professional business looking to update our business page's name. We have encountered a problem where it shows a pending name change, although to our knowledge, there is no pending change. This is causing a delay in updating crucial information as we transition to a new brokerage. The current page name is Michael Newton - M2 Construction Inc. & Keller Williams Greater Lex Realtor. We would like to change it to Michael Newton - M2 Construction Inc. & Realtor.
Similarly, I manage a page for a law firm that also needs a name change, but the system is not allowing it. The business page is currently under the name Amy Newton - Landrum & Shouse, but we aim to change it to Landrum Shouse, the name of the attorney. Your prompt assistance with resolving both of these issues would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Support Team,
Approximately ten hours ago, my password was changed without my authorization. My username is [redacted] When attempting to reset my Facebook account, I am prompted to answer questions related to my old Hotmail account, which I have not used in a decade. Unfortunately, I cannot answer questions like "which email address did you last send to" as I no longer have access to the account. It seems the password was changed by someone in Vietnam, according to Microsoft, while I am based in Sweden. I am seeking assistance on how to regain control of my Facebook account under the circumstances. Friends who have checked my profile haven't noticed anything suspicious so far. I appreciate any help you can provide. Kind regards, Paul.
