I would like to express my gratitude to Facebook for its role in bringing people together and uniting families worldwide. However, there is a downside to the LIKE feature on photos, as it can sometimes lead to conflicts and unrealistic expectations.
I propose that Facebook considers introducing an additional feature where users can choose between liking or not liking a post. This could help individuals who prefer not to receive likes on their photos feel more comfortable and in control.

Recently, there has been an increase in fraudulent activities on Facebook, with scammers based in China promoting fake products like designer clothing and electronics. These scammers only accept payment via bank cards, and once money is sent, they vanish without delivering any goods and without sending a confirmation email. Their modus operandi involves changing names and products frequently, all with similar suspicious websites. I personally fell victim to this, losing £70 with no sign of the promised items or refund.
These scammers continue to post daily ads on Facebook, rotating through various products. After attempting to raise awareness by commenting on their ads, they have now disabled comments. It's crucial for Facebook to take action against these criminals who have likely defrauded thousands of people. It's alarming that such activities can thrive on a platform like Facebook, given its vast resources and technological capabilities.

I am writing to report an issue with my deactivated account that was unexpectedly reactivated after 7 years without my knowledge. My sister noticed suspicious activity of Ray Bans advertisements coming from the account "I" thought I had deactivated. I managed to secure the account by remembering my old email address ([redacted]) and uploaded a picture as requested for verification. However, the account is now locked as I no longer have access to the old email. Please be aware that any verification emails sent to that address will not reach me. Kindly assist me in verifying my account using my current email address, [redacted] I am baffled as to how this reactivation occurred with an inactive email address after so many years.

Around six to nine days ago, I was chatting with someone I believed to be a longtime friend. They seemed convincing and persuaded me to sign up for a grant. As a full-time student in need of funds, I decided to join. Subsequently, they manipulated me into adding them as a friend, which I did. However, my account got hacked soon after. The hacker changed my email address and password, then attempted to scam my contacts, luckily without success. I urgently need my old account restored. It holds cherished images of deceased friends, and I have no other way to contact their families for the pictures. Over six years of memories are at stake, including those with my daughter. Due to a strained relationship, these conversations matter deeply to me. I'm willing to provide any necessary documentation to recover my account, as losing it is devastating.

There is a group on Facebook that was previously shut down but has now reopened under the name "Your SO Council." The individuals managing this page are engaging in discrimination against disabled individuals with fibromyalgia. They are targeting support groups, including one I assist with, by reporting members to the Department for Work and Pensions for alleged benefit fraud and making threats to continue until our group is closed. This has resulted in three suicides within our community due to the distress caused by this illness. The group has been reported to the police in Somerset for blackmail and threatening behavior. Despite reporting these issues to Facebook, they have taken no action against the discriminatory and criminal activities happening on the page. It is concerning that Facebook allows such behavior to persist, especially when a police investigation is ongoing. It is frustrating that there is no way to directly address these issues with a person at Facebook. These actions go against the values of a platform that should not tolerate criminal behavior and discrimination towards vulnerable groups in society.

I was double-charged for a transfer to Donja Williams using Facebook Payments. After trying to cancel one through your text service, my account got locked. When reaching out to customer service, I got directed to nowhere land and waited for 45 minutes with no response. The transactions in question are #6W754982SV943241J and #2XJ11616D529884L, both for $[redacted] each. I originally intended to send only $[redacted]. My wife initiated the transaction from her phone at [redacted], and I was supposed to approve it. Although I agreed to the first one, it appeared as expired. However, it still went through. I realized both payments went through only later when I checked my PayPal account at work. We did another transaction because the first one seemed expired as per your notification. No fraudulent activity is involved in this situation.

Three years ago, I joined Facebook through my phone, and that was my primary way of access. Recently, I started a new business called Bastille Babes Defense Accessories and created a business page. I began logging in through my laptop or my business partner's laptop, but I faced challenges accessing the full version of Facebook. I had to go through multiple login attempts and struggled to navigate between my personal profile and business page. After a couple of password changes and attempts from different devices, I got locked out and now can't use the code generator to log back in. I want Facebook to be user-friendly across all devices, whether it's my phone or laptop, and I need my personal page to remain private while promoting my business effectively. I am frustrated by being put in Facebook jail repeatedly. I see others saying more extreme things with no consequences. As a disabled American veteran, I value freedom of speech. I have fought for this country. I understand people may not agree with me, but censoring me because my views differ is unfair. Please reconsider your enforcement of community standards, as it feels like my freedom of speech is being restricted unjustly. Support for Muslims is your choice, but I don't share that view. Stop monitoring me closely and blocking me based on your sensitivities. Please review your practices and allow me to express my opinions without fear of being censored. Thank you.

I intended to make a small donation to the cause. However, I mistakenly hit the donate button instead of selecting "Other amount" option. Upon realizing this, I quickly pressed the back button on my phone, assuming I had rectified the error. Unfortunately, when I checked my account, I discovered that both donations were processed. It seems there is a significant issue with this large company not incorporating a confirmation prompt like "Are you sure you want to donate" to prevent such accidents. I've learned that I am not the only one facing this problem. Thankfully, I found help for Donations support on the Help Centre, but I have been unsuccessful in contacting them. Every time I attempt to reach out, I receive a message stating my request cannot be processed, instructing me to try again.

Yesterday, I attempted multiple times to receive a text message for two-factor authentication on Facebook but didn't receive any. Despite spacing out the requests, I was eventually blocked for suspected abuse. Today, when I tried again, I received an error message saying I had requested too many codes. If this issue isn't resolved quickly, I may consider leaving Facebook.

I received a disturbing image that was inadvertently shared with all my contacts on Facebook. My account was swiftly frozen after I alerted others that it was compromised. I have never condoned or shared such content before and am puzzled by this incident. I am an active Facebook user, relying on it as my main communication platform with friends and family. To my dismay, I've learned that my profile has been removed. Reconnecting with many contacts, whose numbers I lack outside of Facebook, has now become a challenge. I have a new desktop and a new phone but whenever I try to log in, I keep accessing one of my old accounts that should have been deleted. I am trying to log in from my KIM HENAGAN BRECHEEN PITSLATA account but I can't seem to find it. Unfortunately, I don't remember my password because it has always been saved each time I changed it. I'm currently facing a frustrating situation where it's nearly impossible to get assistance. I've repeatedly shared my issue, but I'll explain it again. Over the past few months, I've had numerous hospital visits. Unfortunately, Facebook has accused me of impersonation, which I believe is due to being hacked multiple times before. My account is disabled for pretending to be someone by mistake, even though I've previously submitted my ID card to Facebook, and all the information on my profile is genuine. They have disabled my account and requested a picture with my identity, so I sent my national identity card. After a long wait of 2 days, they asked for the identity card again to be held in my hand along with a picture of my face for identification. It has been 3 days now, and they haven't replied. My sister is struggling with severe depression, and an entire album of her photos was mistakenly deleted as spam. These photos were not spam; they were precious memories documenting her hard work restoring items and transforming trash into treasure. Her friends and family cherish these photos, including moments with her children.
Instances like this where Facebook erroneously flags content as spam are becoming too frequent. This can inadvertently enable bullying behavior, causing significant distress to individuals like my sister who are already vulnerable. It is unacceptable for cherished memories to disappear without valid reason.
The generic response claiming the deleted content was spam is insufficient. It is evident that the reviewers are not thoroughly assessing the flagged items, leading to unjust removals like my sister's entire album.
I urge Facebook to address this issue promptly to prevent further injustices. People rely on platforms like Facebook to safeguard their memories, not randomly erase them. This situation is distressing and needs to be rectified.

Revealing photos of me were posted on my timeline and sent to male friends, causing embarrassment and damage to my reputation. My page with 100k likes got taken down, and I am baffled as I have done nothing wrong. I have never posted nude pics or anything harmful. My page is for art & entertainment, not a community page. I've tried tirelessly to change the setting to public, but it's not allowing me to. I'm an actress/model, and it seems unfair that some individuals dislike my content but instead of unfollowing, they report falsely. I have never posted anything violent or nude. I am frustrated by the lack of support for business owners, artists, and entertainers like me against false reports on community pages. I've put in so much effort into my page, even investing in promotions. Now my page is being blocked repeatedly for reasons unknown to me.
