Dear all, I am Vinu, a graphic designer. I have been using Google Authenticator for two-step verification on my Facebook account for the past 1.5 years. Since January 1st, [redacted], I have been unable to access my account. Facebook requests the two-step verification code from Google Authenticator, but the code it generates is not accepted by Facebook. I have tried contacting Facebook to remove the two-step verification, but they advised me to contact Google since I should have saved the codes generated by Facebook, which unfortunately I did not do. Google, however, mentioned that they are unable to assist. I urge you to understand my predicament and kindly help me by taking prompt action.

I received a message on Messenger claiming I had won money. I mistakenly shared my Facebook login details. The person changed my email and phone number, locking me out of my account. They possess a photo of my ID and are contacting my friends from my hijacked account, attempting to scam them too. I documented the conversation with the hacker on a new profile. The hacker admitted to the breach and offered to return control for a fee and my new account details. I can verify my identity with my ID, my husband's ID linked on the profile, past passwords, emails, and the old phone number. I regained access to my Instagram via an email about an email change. I can provide all relevant information and evidence for verification.

I recently tried enabling Facebook Protect as instructed before the deadline of December 22, [redacted]. Unfortunately, after my account was locked on December 22, [redacted], I realized my attempts had failed. I faced difficulties with the instructions, especially the last steps, which were unclear. My account has been locked since then, causing distress as I couldn't communicate with loved ones during the Christmas season. I've made over 40 attempts to enable Facebook Protect but have been unsuccessful. Whether on PC or Android, the process halts after verifying the code. It seems Facebook Protect can only be enabled while logged into my account. Please unlock my account promptly as the communication blackout has been too long. Your urgent attention is greatly appreciated. Thank you and God bless.

I had a frustrating experience with the hate speech screeners on this platform. I got banned for a day for using a common expression "The Buffalo Bills -HAD A CHINK IN THIER ARMOR-" to describe a weak link in their defense, based on the old saying about a weak spot in armor. It seems like the screeners misunderstood it. I was also flagged for humor when I mentioned "Push Aways" in a joke context about pushing oneself away from the table. The lack of understanding was disappointing. I hope these issues can be resolved. - RonnieAce Acerra. 1/5/22.

Hello, My Facebook account has been hacked. I received a request to change the password due to an illegal login attempt from an unknown device. Upon trying to change the password, I realized that the email address associated with the account was not mine. I underwent an identity verification process by sending a copy of the first page of my passport. Subsequently, I received a link to reset my password, but encountered an error message during the process. Despite numerous attempts to log in and request a 6-digit code, I have been unsuccessful. The previously linked email address, [redacted], no longer shows any connection to my account. Following the identity verification, I managed to add a new email address, [redacted], where I now receive the login codes. However, whenever I enter the code on the mobile phone, it displays an Unknown error, while on the computer it indicates an error for entering too many codes. I am stuck in a loop and unable to access my account. Any assistance in recovering my account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Anton O.

I am experiencing trouble accessing my Facebook accounts due to the verification process. One account is under the email [redacted] with the name Sade Renee Gatlin, created during high school. The other account, with the email [redacted] and the name Sade Gatlin-Maldonado, was created after high school. Although I can log into my second account, I encountered issues when trying to change my last name to Maldonado after getting married. Facebook prompted me to verify my identity by asking for a code from friends, and I couldn't proceed without it. Even though I received an email notifying me of an attempted login on January 5, I am certain it was me. I am seeking alternative ways to access my account to retrieve my photos and videos before permanently deleting my account.

My personal account was compromised last weekend. Despite multiple requests for help, I have received no response. Upon learning someone in Coventry attempted to log in, and a stranger appeared on my friends list, I changed my password and removed that user. However, they re-added themselves, causing me to be locked out of my account. I was erroneously banned for a post I did not make. Despite trying to verify my identity, I remain locked out of my account. My personal and business pages are disabled, impacting my ability to advertise and operate. I have invested significantly in Facebook advertising for my business, and the lack of customer support is concerning. It is vital to have access to my account for business functions. I am frustrated that Facebook has not addressed this issue, especially as a paying customer. The business page affected is Mayflower Pool France.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding my Instagram account, parchan_djr, which has been hacked. I have been attempting to recover my account for three days, but the app malfunctions each time I complete the recovery process. The links sent by Instagram as alerts were deemed "invalid," hindering me from preventing the hack. Moreover, the option to cancel the email change was unavailable. I possess numerous pieces of evidence proving ownership of the account, such as photos of myself, pictures from the account, emails associated with the account, the phone number linked to the account, cookies, and more. I am eager to regain access to my account promptly and am willing to provide this evidence for resolution. Thank you and best wishes for the New Year. Best regards, parchan_djr

I came across a Facebook page under the name Wesley Lewis (Wes). I received an email on November 23rd at 12:53 p.m. requesting me to confirm my Facebook account, but neither I nor my husband created this account. The email was sent to my email address [redacted] Could you please provide me with the IP address of the account creation for verification purposes? We have been questioned about this private page, and we are concerned about our information being associated with Wesley Lewis (Wes). Our only association with that email should be regarding my late mother, Leona Ladner Warden, and I would like to maintain that connection. It would be helpful to know the town where the account was created or delete it if linked to my computer to avoid any mix-up. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated as we aim to keep our information separate from Wesley Lewis (Wes). Thank you for your support. Leisa & Wesley Lewis.

I recently received a notice from Facebook requesting verification of my account. I was locked out for 48 hours though it was initially stated to be only 24 hours. After waiting, I provided a photo ID on December 9th as requested. Yet, the system claimed I had disagreed with a decision on December 10th, which was still December 9th, causing confusion. It assured completion in just over a day, but it remains unresolved until now. I never received any notifications about an issue to disagree with. Today, my account was disabled due to the elapsed time. I can't create another account using the same contact info. This situation has been frustrating, consuming a significant amount of time. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently received a notice from Facebook asking to verify my account. After being locked out for longer than initially stated, I provided a photo ID as requested on December 9th. There was a discrepancy about the date on which I apparently disagreed with a decision, causing confusion. The process was meant to take just over a day, but it has been ongoing without any updates. Today, my account was disabled citing the time delay as the reason. I am unable to create a new account using the same contact information. I have been a loyal Facebook user since [redacted] and never encountered such issues before the transition to Meta. This situation has been frustrating, and I seek assistance to resolve it promptly.

I would appreciate some guidance on a situation with Facebook Marketplace. Two items I listed for sale were automatically approved without my knowledge. Facebook covered the shipping, and I was supposed to receive payment after the products were shipped. However, the shipping labels provided by Facebook were incorrect. As a result, the buyers received the wrong items, causing frustration for all parties involved. Additionally, a third transaction was approved automatically for an item I didn't have, leading to confusion and a customer being charged without receiving the product. I informed everyone involved that I would contact customer support as the issue was out of my control. I haven't received any payment for these items, and I need assistance in ensuring the customers are refunded promptly. Thank you for any help on this matter.

I'm facing challenges accessing my inactive Yahoo account, which I created at the age of 10. Despite multiple attempts, I'm unable to reset the password. I've since transitioned to using Gmail at 21. I encountered a hacking incident previously, and after inadvertently logging out from my phone, I lost access to the account. Although I've tried various recovery options, inputting my California ID and old email prompts a loop back to the login page. I possess valid identification, including my California ID and birth certificate, to authenticate my identity. It's frustrating not being able to regain access to my original account and I prefer not to resort to an alternate one. My family members can attest to my identity as well. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
