I am seeking assistance regarding a hacked Facebook page that is using my child's photos without permission. Despite multiple reports from myself and friends, Facebook has not taken action in the four days since the hacking occurred. I am frustrated by the lack of support from Facebook in this situation, as well as the inability to directly contact someone who can assist in deleting the hacked page or restoring my access to it. I cherish my Facebook presence, but it is disheartening that I may face consequences for defending myself while the hacker continues to misuse my page and personal photos. I have been struggling to access my account for more than a month now. Despite my efforts to recover it, I keep encountering the same issue with the code generator not being recognized by the system. I kindly request to temporarily disable 2FA so I can regain access and update my code generator. Thank you for your anticipated assistance. Requested action: Facebook to disable 2FA temporarily for me to regain access to my account. Afterward, I will reset 2FA and secure backup codes.

Hello, my Facebook account has been hacked. I no longer have access to my email or password, so I can't copy my profile link or search. The hacker has added their email, [redacted], to my account. I am experiencing a troubling situation where someone is stalking me and using my pictures under a different name. They are posting check-ins with locations that match where I've been, even sending emails to my boss to jeopardize my job. The individual's name is "John Casey" (note the spelling).

I received a warning from your team about being placed in Facebook jail without any valid reason. I was watching a video about patty melt sandwiches, and my comment was flagged for censorship. I simply mentioned that my parents invented the patty melt at our family restaurant, the Red Rooster in Mexia, Texas. I explained that a true patty melt includes Texas Toast, grilled onions, miracle whip, and cheese only. I fail to understand how this violates any community standards. I request a review of the situation and an apology for this unnecessary sanction.

Last month, my Facebook account was hacked. The hacker has been messaging my friends and requesting codes to hack into their accounts too. I have had my Facebook account since [redacted] and I am desperate to recover it as it contains thousands of pictures of my child. Unfortunately, I cannot access it because I have forgotten my password and the hacker has changed both my password and email address. If I submit my photo ID, will I be able to recover my account?

I primarily use Facebook to keep up with the posts of three friends I've known for about 20 years and to browse a local community information group. Throughout the years, I have never made any posts on Facebook and don't rely on it for news updates. Recently, they blocked my access due to what they called "unusual activity," which is confusing to me. I typically log in from one of my three computers or my iPad. When I need to reach out to my friends, I prefer using their personal websites. Now, Facebook is requiring me to go through a tedious process of resetting my password, completing a letter puzzle, and submitting a copy of my driver's license or passport, which feels like an invasion of privacy. I only follow three friends on the platform because I was initially uncomfortable sharing too much personal information. I find this request for personal documents excessive and unnecessary. I simply want to stay connected with my friends, and this situation seems like the kind of overreach by corporations that often disadvantages ordinary users.

I am not part of any secret society, and I am not a violent person. I have never invaded anyone's privacy. I am a member of various philanthropic groups on Facebook. This morning, I discovered that my account was disabled, depriving me of access to Messenger, Facebook, and Instagram simultaneously. I am baffled by this sudden development, as I have had no contentious interactions.
