Since December 24, [redacted], I have been unable to access my Facebook account. I have submitted my ID several times but have not received the login code. I believe an old number may still be linked to the account. As proof of ownership, I have taken a photo of a notification I received today. My name on Facebook is Karsten Liebsch, and my profile picture is black with a candle, and it says "wanka" on it in memory of a deceased colleague. A few months ago, my husband's Facebook account was hacked, and the hacker changed his email address. Consequently, we are unable to access the account. Our business page is associated with his Facebook profile, and now the individuals who hacked his account have also breached our business page. This is a dental office, and in the past week, they have posted graphic and violent snake videos on our professional business website. We urgently need this situation resolved.

I created my Facebook account just 2 days ago. However, I received a message saying my account doesn't comply with the Community Standards and has been disabled for security reasons. I don't understand why this happened as I haven't added any pictures or friends yet. I only joined some groups related to Notary Public/Loan Signing Agents.

Years ago, my spiritone.com email account went bankrupt overnight, and when I woke up, my email was gone. This was the same account I used for Facebook. About 95% of my friends on there I have never met in person, only talked to once or twice, and I wouldn't even recognize them from a photo. Since I don't know any of my friends personally, I can't identify them, and my [redacted] account is not functioning. I have been unable to log into this account for years. It mainly contains my paintings and photography. I would like to reset this account.

I recently attempted to update my phone number on my account, but after trying to remove the old number, I received an email notification stating that a new number was added. When I clicked on the email, it resulted in me getting locked out of my account. I tried to unlock it, but the system is requesting some form of identification that I currently do not possess. No unauthorized access has been made to my account. I am simply looking to regain access so I can continue purchasing games on my Oculus.

On December 14, [redacted], I submitted a claim about the computer I purchased arriving with a broken monitor due to poor packaging by the seller. Despite filing the claim, I have not received any response. I had to clean up the system before Christmas as it was meant to be a gift for my child. However, upon opening the computer, we found numerous personal files and pictures on it. Furthermore, the computer is very noisy, and I am unable to quiet it down. I was unaware of any issues with the operating system or that the seller had not been paid for my order. I have attempted to contact the marketplace for assistance, but my messages have gone unanswered. I am at a loss for what to do next - all I want is a refund to put an end to this frustrating situation.

Hello! I'm having trouble creating promotions on Instagram due to my inactive ad account. Almost three years ago, I attempted to become a publisher and inadvertently violated Facebook's advertising rules which led to the ban. This has resulted in my current account being inactive for promotions and boosting my posts.

On December 24th, my email and phone number were changed, and I am unable to receive the authentication code due to the two-step authentication process. I have uploaded multiple IDs, but none of them match the exact name on my account. I have legally changed my name from Jo Ann Mobley O'Halloran Yerke to Jojo Yerke since setting up the account years ago. I can provide various documents to prove this, but can only verify them one at a time. In addition to this account, I also have accounts under Jojo Yerke and Joanna M at [redacted] and [redacted] My home cell number associated with the accounts is [redacted]. I have a wedding page for Jim and Jojo and 5 Gems graphics attached to my account. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.

I have encountered the frustrating issue of being unable to access my Facebook account and business page for a week now. I am struggling with mental health issues and memory loss, making it difficult to access my old Facebook account with embarrassing videos from when I was experiencing psychosis. Despite my efforts to prove my identity and report the videos as hurtful, Facebook still refuses to give me access or remove the content. I recently experienced a hacking incident on Facebook. After changing the password twice, the platform prompted me to do it again today. However, when attempting to log back in, the new password was not accepted. Facebook now requires a new password along with a 6-digit code sent to my email, which I am not receiving. Despite deleting apps from my phone and rebooting both devices, the issue persists. It seems my email has been tampered with, and the hacker has access to both my email and phone number. A few months back, my Facebook account got hacked, which was my mistake. I fell for a scam thinking it was a legitimate grant from DSHS. I ended up giving the scammers my password and control of my account, and now I'm locked out of it. Recently, my friends have been receiving messages and posts from the hackers pretending to be me, which is very concerning. My wife has already sent Facebook a screenshot of the unauthorized activity. I urgently need this issue resolved as soon as possible as I am still unable to access my account.

I created a Facebook account without sharing anything about my personal life on it. I mainly play games on it, but now since I lost my phone and can't access my account, I'm unable to play my games.
