I recently lost access to my Facebook account on Monday, 12/27/[redacted]. I noticed that my primary email had been changed, and when I tried to revert it back, it required a password that no longer works. I received an email notifying me of the email change back in July, but I couldn't take action then as I didn't have access to that email. Strangely, I've been able to log in to Facebook on both my phone and PC since July.

I am having trouble resetting my Facebook account. My name is Penda Kasheeta from Namibia, and my Facebook name is also Penda Kasheeta. The email linked to my account is [redacted] I forgot my password and have tried to recover my account through email and Google, but I am unable to complete the process as it keeps asking me to confirm my comments and send a code to a cellphone number I no longer have access to. Hello, I'm Brinch S. Milambwe. Recently, I discovered my Facebook account was hacked when a friend mentioned receiving inappropriate content from my account. Despite my attempts to regain access by changing passwords and verifying my identity with codes sent to my email, I've been unsuccessful. My account was even blocked due to multiple reports of unauthorized activity. I've exhausted my options but haven't been able to resolve the issue. My Facebook account has been connected to a different email address, which is not mine, and it claims that the original email used for my account doesn't exist. It seems like someone has unauthorized access, changed the email and password, and I am now completely locked out. While I'm not a big social media user, I am frustrated because I own an Oculus with approximately $[redacted] worth of games that I can no longer access. I am unable to reach customer support, which is frustrating. I can provide information about my friends on my account for security verification. I am willing to answer any security questions if required. All I want is to regain access to my account to use my Oculus. Hope to receive assistance soon.

Dear Sir, I have submitted my National Identity Card, PAN Card, and Voter ID Card to you, but I have not received any response. I kindly request that you return all my identification cards to me. My account is locked for security reasons. I am unable to unlock it because the system sends SMS to a non-existent number +[redacted]4. This number cannot be recovered. There is no way to read the SMS. I request to send a text to my second number or send the code to my email [redacted] to help restore my account. I am willing to provide my passport. How can I recover my account?

I am requesting the Facebook team for help. My account has been hacked, and the hacker is openly saying that they won't give it back. I have tried numerous times, submitted requests, and done everything but still can't retrieve my account back. Please assist me in this. The account name I am providing was with me 6 months ago, now someone has taken it. They changed the password, changed the email, and changed the phone number. How can I get my account back entirely? I need help regarding my stolen social media accounts. I am Fidel Douglas, and I believe there might be a language barrier, but I want to do my best to explain. I am from Jamaica and my accounts on Facebook and Instagram have been compromised. On December 26, [redacted], around 5:00, I clicked on an advertisement for a PUBG mobile game on Facebook and entered my information. After that, someone accessed my account and made changes. Hello, My Instagram account, m.i.h.a.i_t.i.g.a.n.u.s, was hacked on December 24th. I received a message on Instagram asking for my credentials, and then my email and phone number were changed. The hacker demanded [redacted]€ through Whatsapp for me to regain access to my account. My email was [redacted], and my phone number was [redacted]15. I am from Romania, and I believe my account is over 10 years old. I attempted to recover my account using the "get help" option, but the app crashes when I try to submit the video for verification. Since the hack, there has been no new content posted on my account, though I used to post frequently. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you.

Hello, my Facebook account was hacked, and I was locked out. The hackers changed the email so I cannot access my account. I reported this to Facebook, but the profile was not blocked. I then created a new account, which was later blocked due to confusion caused by all the reporting. The hacked account has also been reported by friends, but nothing has happened. When I email Facebook, I receive links that I already reported initially. Since the hackers changed the email, the account cannot be found using the name. I am stuck! Please respond soon. Regards, V.

Hello. Approximately a year ago, my Facebook account got hacked. The hacker enabled 2FA using their phone number and requires a 6-digit login code making it impossible for me to access my own account. Despite numerous attempts throughout the year, providing my identity details and explaining the situation to Facebook, my problem remains unresolved. The login codes are consistently sent to the hacker's phone number, instead of my email. Additionally, I have been tagged in several photos that are not mine, adding to my frustration.

My personal Facebook account is currently restricted. I became aware of this issue when I tried to connect it with Instagram and was unable to perform certain actions. Upon logging into the Facebook quality check page, I was asked to upload some identification. I complied with this request, but unfortunately, after the review, I received a notification stating that my account had been permanently blocked from advertising. I have one product under review on the marketplace, which is hair clippers. I want to clarify that I have never run any actual advertisements on Facebook. My account was hacked almost a month ago. I submitted my verification details and got a confirmation that it was received. I was informed that my account would be disabled tomorrow. I've been trying to regain access to my account, which I've had since [redacted], but I keep receiving a message saying my information was received and there's no one to review it. It doesn't seem fair that despite following all the requests to recover my account, it will still be disabled at the end of the thirty-day period.

When I tried to log into my Facebook account, I was redirected to a login verification page that mentioned Facebook didn't recognize my IP address. I followed the steps to change my password, but my account ended up getting locked. After going through the unlock process by submitting my ID, my account was unlocked. However, now when I try to log in, it asks for approval and directs me to approve from another computer. Even on the only other computer I use, it still says login needs approval and shows as not approved. The three friends code didn't work as two of them received a message that they are not trusted friends. I am stuck at this point and unsure about the next steps.

Upon logging in, I received a notification stating that my account has been locked due to unusual activity. This occurred on December 28, [redacted]. As a result, my profile is currently inaccessible to others on Facebook. Despite following the steps to unlock my account, I have not yet received the verification code via email.

I follow the instructions, but I never receive a code to unlock it.
