Upon retrying twice today, it still didn't work despite double-checking my comments. 3 - "Receive a code via email": My linked email account has been deleted, rendering me unable to access my mailbox. I also attempted: 1 - "Get security codes from trusted contacts": Facebook provided me with five contacts who tried to log in to retrieve the codes, but the link didn't work. 2 - "You should have received a text message with a 6-character code on your phone": However, I never received the code on my mobile, although it used to work for password recovery. After exhausting all of Facebook's proposed solutions, I found myself going in circles. Eventually, I got stuck where they required a code via SMS that never arrived or to send emails to my deleted email address.

I am experiencing difficulty logging into Facebook and Instagram. I submitted my ID for Facebook and got a reset email sent to my verified email address. Unfortunately, the link in the email is not functional. Even though I received a 6-digit verification code, I was still unable to access my account.
