I am concerned about my Facebook account as I suspect someone, John Pruitt, may have hacked it and possibly even deleted it. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the phone number linked to my account due to not having the phone anymore. I am relying on the two email addresses associated with my account for any communication. I am at a loss as I have tried several methods to regain access to my account but have been unsuccessful. It seems that someone else has the ability to lock me out of my account. I have even tried submitting my driver's license to Facebook multiple times to verify my identity, but they have rejected my request for access. I have been using this account since [redacted] and it's very important to me, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Facebook,
I am writing to inform you that my brother's Facebook account has been hacked by someone who is now in control of the account. My brother, who is not tech-savvy, is a prominent public figure in Ghana named Nana Husu (Nana Kunsu One). The hacker has made defamatory posts and even advertised our land for sale on his page. Although the post has been removed, we are requesting your assistance in permanently deleting the account. We have already reported the incident to the Ghana police, who have advised us to reach out to Facebook to have the account taken down. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

I recently experienced a security breach on my Facebook account under the name Bobba-lou Bell. I promptly responded to an email from Facebook to address the issue and changed my password as instructed. However, my account has been inaccessible since November 29th, [redacted]. This has impacted my ability to conduct business and use Messenger for communication. I want to emphasize that I am not responsible for the inappropriate content posted during the breach, and I understand the necessity of shutting down the account initially. I kindly request that my account be reinstated as soon as possible.

Hello, I'm facing an issue where I attempted to log in too frequently on my new phone and my account got temporarily blocked for security reasons. Unfortunately, the problem now is that I no longer have access to my old phone number to receive the verification code.

Hello,
I have been inactive on Facebook for several years. Recently, I started receiving emails from Facebook, and I noticed that my account has been reactivated, possibly by mistake. The login process now requires a legal friend, which I prefer not to do. I simply want to deactivate my account until I am ready to return. Unfortunately, I cannot find a way to communicate with Facebook or access a live chat feature on the platform. It is quite frustrating.

I recently got a warning for two comments flagged as spam. The context was me responding sarcastically to a post comparing Covid measures to domestic abuse and discouraging others from following guidelines or getting the booster jab. I find this behavior unacceptable and believe Facebook should not condone such actions. This is not the first time I have encountered this issue on the platform.

I recently got a new telephone because my previous one was destroyed. While setting it up, I encountered an issue with a code being sent to my old phone number, [redacted], which I no longer have access to. I received an email to reset my password, which I successfully did. However, shortly after logging in, it asked for a code again, causing me to believe I accidentally locked it. I've never had this much trouble recovering my account in over 5 years. I am willing to provide my password, email address, phone number, and identification card to assist in regaining access to my account.

My account was hacked, and the password, phone number, and email were changed, preventing me from accessing it. When I called for help, I was instructed to purchase a $[redacted] Facebook card, call back, file a report, and regain access. However, when I requested a copy of the report for the police, I was informed that it was unnecessary as they were handling it. Despite paying, I still cannot access my account. My name is Patrick Legee, and I can be reached at [redacted]. I am eager to speak with a representative.

In [redacted], when I originally created my account, I used a different email and phone number. I had trouble with my email back then, so I stopped using it. However, I continued using Facebook with my password. Over the years, I changed my phone number, but I could still access Facebook using my password each time. Recently, around March or April, when I changed my phone again, I couldn't log in with my password anymore. Now, they're asking me to provide my old email and phone number.

Hello, I'm Shannon Ohanian. There is a complaint against me from Spanky Brat, filed by Janice Lyons. I would like to request a review of the complaint as it contains false information. While our friendship may have ended, the claims made are inaccurate. I kindly ask for the complaint to be removed once the investigation confirms my innocence. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello, I recently received a notification that my account has been temporarily restricted due to excessive activity. I don't use Facebook as much as I used to, so I'm confused by this restriction. Strangely, I received a verification code via text to access Messenger, even though I didn't request it. I suspect my soon-to-be ex-boyfriend, who has been behaving inappropriately, might be trying to access my account. I'm concerned that my account's security has been compromised. I kindly request to have my account unblocked as I haven't violated any policies and fear for its safety.

On Tuesday, I attempted to log into my Facebook account at school on my personal laptop to inform my parents that I would be staying late. Unexpectedly, I received a notification that my password had been changed a minute earlier. Confused, I tried to access my account but was unsuccessful. I am unable to reset my password via email due to using an outdated email address set up a long time ago to create my Facebook profile. Furthermore, I cannot reset it using the phone number on file as it belonged to my sister from Iowa, who no longer has that number. Facebook does not allow me to reset my password through a phone number I may have used. I am eager to recover my account to reconnect with my family, siblings, and friends in different states. I have numerous photos uploaded on Facebook as proof of ownership, including images from Cedar Point. Although I provided my student ID at the help center, Facebook support deemed it insufficient evidence to validate my ownership of the account.

My account has been compromised. I reached out to Facebook security for help regarding this matter. They provided a link to unlock my account, which briefly worked until the hacker activated 2-factor authentication. Now, I'm unable to receive the required codes via email or SMS for access. Despite submitting my driver's license for identity verification, I have been unsuccessful in regaining control for the past four days. Numerous attempts to communicate my issue to security have gone unanswered. The latest code they sent is also ineffective. Additionally, the link they provided became invalid once I attempted to use it. I urgently need the link to be re-sent to my email so I can disable 2-factor authentication and reset my password. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I recently attempted to access my Facebook Marketplace account and encountered a message prompting me to upload a photo to verify my identity. Despite being a long-time user of Facebook, I am unsure how to upload a picture of myself. I need guidance on how to proceed with this verification process since I am required to have a photo to confirm my identity, which I have never uploaded before. Your assistance regarding this matter would be greatly appreciated.

In August [redacted], my Facebook account was hacked. I contacted Facebook support, verified my identity with my driver's license, and received an email confirming the verification. However, since I don't have access to the phone number or email set up by the hacker, I'm unable to bypass the two-factor authentication. I need assistance in regaining access to my account.

I received a message from Baseball Game requesting a verification code sent to my old phone number, [redacted], tied to my Facebook account. I recently changed phone numbers to [redacted]-[redacted] and cannot access my Facebook or Messenger due to not receiving the code. My name is Alan Paul Mayo with a birthdate of 2/21/79. I was informed by Dylan claiming to be a Facebook prize agent, promising me $[redacted],[redacted] in winnings. After paying over $2,[redacted] in fees as requested, I still haven't received any winnings. Dylan used a friend's Facebook account to assure me the legitimacy of the prize and to pay the fees. However, I have not received any prize money. I would like a refund of all the fees I paid. If Facebook does have prize agents distributing winnings, I would appreciate knowing who they are and what is happening with my supposed winnings.

My account was hacked, and the hacker changed both my email and phone number. They are now asking for money to return it. I've provided Facebook with my ID, but they won't give me access because the name on my profile doesn't match from years ago. It's frustrating because I've had this account since [redacted]. It's important to me as it holds memories of my late husband, including photos I lost during a winter storm. Facebook's automated system doesn't consider these factors. I urgently need to speak with someone who understands my situation and can help me recover my account.

I'm unable to access my account as it has been compromised. I have attempted various methods to reset my password, including entering a code sent via text, but nothing has been successful. I received an email notifying me of a login from the USA and reset my password through that link, assuming it was legitimate due to previous login issues. Now, I am uncertain. Messenger is essential for communicating with my niece, and I would appreciate any assistance to resolve this issue promptly. Thank you in advance.
