I am Tariq Masarwe, a Facebook account holder under the name Tariq Masarwe with phone number [redacted]. On 21/04/[redacted], I created a business page named "صالون امجد, sloon amgd." Recently, I have been facing severe security issues with the page due to the following reasons:
1. An unknown account is attempting to remove me from the page administration.
2. This account removed all previous page managers.
3. Changed the page name to "soju store," unrelated to the page.
4. The account is attempting to steal the page from me.
I have a long history with this page, which was pivotal in promoting my business. I have invested a significant amount in promoting posts verified by my general owner, Amgd Abu Zgaier, from [redacted] until now. I have worked hard on it and grown it.
I kindly request:
1. To investigate and block the account trying to steal the page.
2. Assist in restoring the previous page name.
3. Advice on enhancing the page's security.
4. To lodge a complaint against the individual causing issues on the page.

On October 12, [redacted], I experienced an issue with my Facebook account. I considered creating a new account, but it lacks all the details from my original account, which I've used for years. I attempted to access my Facebook account but was informed that my current password was incorrect. Following the password reset procedure with my photo ID for identity verification, I was able to begin logging in. However, I encountered an issue with the account verification process requiring me to select 4 comments made in the last 3 months. Unfortunately, I selected one incorrectly, resulting in being unable to verify my identity upon subsequent login attempts. I am eager to regain access to my account promptly.

I am currently unable to access my Facebook account as I have forgotten my password and the email associated with it is now inactive due to inactivity. The email in question is "[redacted]" and despite attempting to login with an incorrect password, the account appears to be disabled. My current account is linked to "[redacted]" and bears a similar name to the disabled account. I share many of the same contacts across both accounts and have communicated between them in the past. I do not recall the password, but I am willing to provide any necessary proof if required. There is no phone number linked to the account, or if there is, it likely belongs to my old account.

My Facebook account was accessed by someone who misused it, leading to it being disabled for 30 days due to violations of the Community Standards. I recently tried to log in but encountered this issue. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the phone number linked to the account as it has been lost. I updated my profile with the new number [redacted]5. I urgently need to regain access to this account as I have been using it for more than 3 years and it is a reliable one.

I'm having trouble accessing my Facebook account because the 2-step authentication is enabled. I posted my phone, so I can't receive the code from the app or approve anything from a trusted device. The 2-step authentication is the only thing preventing me from logging in, and Facebook isn't providing the help I need to resolve this issue.

My Facebook account was disabled without any explanation. I've followed the steps instructed to recover it, which I completed over two weeks ago with no response. I only have a short time left before my account is permanently disabled. Despite the option to download my profile information provided, I'm unable to do so due to my inability to access Facebook and fill out any necessary forms.

My recovery email was disabled about 1 to 2 years ago. When I tried to log into my account, I was informed that I was locked out due to suspicious activity. I attempted to prove my ownership, but the email address associated with my account was outdated. This issue has caused confusion, and I urgently need access to my account. I want to remove all current users, including myself, and undergo the verification process to regain control.

I have an old Facebook account that I haven't used for about 4 to 5 years because I forgot my username and password. I need help logging back in. My Instagram account is linked to the Facebook account, which I still use. I want to retrieve my old photos from Facebook to download them before deleting the account, as I'm uncomfortable having all my pictures and profile visible to the public when I no longer use it. My account was hacked, and the password was changed to an email address not belonging to me. When trying to reset the password, the code went to the hacker's email, not mine. To regain access, the hacker's email must be removed, or the code should be sent to my email. I need to recover my account today. Thank you.

Hello, I have a new phone and wanted to log in, but I forgot my password. Normally, a code would be sent to my email address, but my email account was deleted since I never use it. I wanted to change my email, but I need my PIN, which I forgot. It would be great if I could receive the PIN to change it via SMS on my phone. Then I could update both my password and email address. I believe my Facebook account has been hacked. Someone pretending to be a friend asked for my password on Messenger to assist me, but instead, I got logged out of both Messenger and Facebook on all my devices. Also, my two-factor authentication is turned on, and my phone number has been removed from my account. I haven't been able to receive the recovery and authentication codes. I've been trying to resolve this issue for a month now by following Facebook's help guidelines, but haven't had any success so far.

I recently had my access to Marketplace on Facebook restricted due to a general "violation of community standards." As a new resident in Sweden with an empty apartment, I have been using Marketplace frequently to furnish it economically. Additionally, I assisted my nephew in the U.S. with selling his Xbox since he is not on Facebook. After requesting a review and receiving an instant response, I am unsure if my case was thoroughly evaluated or if it was an automated reply. Despite this, I was informed that the decision is final, leaving me frustrated and seeking assistance. I am eager to regain access to Marketplace and gain clarity on the specific policy I breached in order to prevent any future violations.

This morning, I was tricked into sharing personal information with a fake Capitec Bank page on Facebook called "Capitec Consultancy." I provided details like my ID and banking information during our Messenger chat. Can you delete our conversation and take action against these scammers posing as Capitec Bank? Someone has gained access to my account. They have changed my primary email and password. Whenever I try to use the recovery code, I get the message "You have tried too many codes, try again later." I have created a new email hoping to regain access, but the verification emails are being sent to both my new email and the email they used as the primary one. I am extremely upset. This account contains all the pictures of my kids and my card information. I am following all the steps required, but as long as their email is associated with my account, I cannot access it. I need their email completely removed from my account.
