I received a message on Facebook stating someone else confirmed an account using my phone number. I had previously reported that my brother took over my Instagram account on the 17th and 18th, and now this new incident happened on the 19th. My name is Joseph DeBellis, and my phone number is [redacted]. My brother took over my business Instagram, which used to be my personal one. My phone number and email were attached to the account. I have been blocked from Facebook due to a negative comment made from my computer. However, the comment that led to my removal was not made by me but by another senior friend who was using my computer under my name. I did not review any of his comments as I usually only engage in non-political discussions and respond to friends' posts. Since the problematic post, my friend who made it on my computer has been admitted to Hospice and is not expected to recover. As an 89-year-old senior with limited computer skills still using Microsoft 7, I kindly request reinstatement so I can continue to engage with posts on my Facebook page. I will ensure that no one else uses my computer in the future.

Hello! I urgently need assistance in closing my Facebook account. Recently, my account was hacked, leading to a significant compromise of my personal information. The hacker is posing as me and contacting my friends and family, requesting money and banking details under false pretenses. Regrettably, the hacker obtained my bank account information and drained my funds from my checking account. Additionally, they have accessed my driver's license, using it to add numerous contacts on my Facebook profile. I suspect they may attempt to open credit cards in my name. The situation is escalating rapidly, with thousands of contacts being added to my account daily. Although my husband attempted to deactivate my account through the Facebook security page, I am unable to access it even after changing my password numerous times. Since November 15th, my account has been inaccessible. Upon logging into Facebook, I am greeted with a locked screen displaying a message citing unusual activity and a locked account status. Despite the initial email notification from FB requesting a password change upon the next login, I have not been prompted to do so. The "Learn More" button only leads to unhelpful help menus. I have been locked out of my account associated with [redacted] I am unsure why this occurred. I have submitted my Georgia state identification card to the identification verification department multiple times in an attempt to regain access to my account, but I have been unsuccessful. In [redacted], I encountered an issue with Facebook, but due to the difficulty of reaching a human representative, I was unable to resolve it. Now, my problem could result in the deletion of valuable work and memories spanning back to my childhood. Facebook is aiming to remove both my original account and the second one I created due to the hacking incident involving the first account. They are alleging that I violated their policy by having two accounts instead of one, but the second account was necessitated by the hacking incident that compromised my first account.
Following the hacking incident in [redacted], where my phone number was disconnected from my Facebook account by the abuser of a woman I was assisting, I was unable to receive messages from Facebook through my phone number. After a couple of years, I had no choice but to create a new account. Despite using email addresses to log in to both accounts all along, Facebook is now insisting that I log in using phone numbers, which I have not been able to do as I did not receive the texts they claim to have sent. A countdown is ticking, threatening the deletion of all my data. As a licensed private detective in Maryland, I am deeply troubled by the potential loss of critical information and contacts, but reaching a Facebook representative for help appears to be an insurmountable challenge.

I am having trouble accessing my account with the username sweety_li_girl. I've tried different methods but keep getting errors. Even after reinstalling the app multiple times over the past three days, I still can't get in. I'm told a code is sent via WhatsApp, but I never receive it. Then it says it can't send the code to that number due to security settings, but I can't change those settings because I can't access the page. They claim to have sent information to a trusted device, but I haven't received anything, and I don't have a trusted device. If you can't help me regain access to the sweety_li_girl account, please delete or block any accounts linked to my phone number.

Our official Facebook page, "Tanglewood Shores Golf and Country Club," was initially set up by our former Operations Manager, Zack Vinson, for announcements only. Following Zack's departure, a board member named Jennifer Stokes took over as the administrator. However, Jennifer is no longer part of the board, and we have a new employee who wishes to take over the administrative duties. Despite our requests, Jennifer has not responded.
We kindly request assistance in removing Jennifer Stokes as the administrator of our Facebook page and appointing Hayley Bright, our Community Manager, in her place. We would prefer the page to be taken down rather than having Jennifer remain as the administrator, especially since she is relocating and may appoint someone not affiliated with our organization.
